I felt it was time to update my review. It's been several years now and I continue to love Orenda and especially Molly! Over those years, Molly has proven to be a gifted and talented professional. I appreciate the fact that she is a nationally recognized educator in her field. Not only does Molly teach other professionals, she also educates her clients. She's going to make sure that your expectations are realistic and sometimes that might require multiple visits or patience! Results come in their own time and she has NEVER let me down. I trust her completely. There's clear and fair pricing. The service is impeccable. Orenda is on the cutting edge of the industry. I ALWAYS love my results. On a personal note, Molly truly cares about her clients. I love that she cares about her employees. Leaving another review as Orenda had my previous review removed. I had been a loyal client of this med spa for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300--double the quoted price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told he had been treated for a full area, which was not accurate based on what was actually done. Despite explaining this, we were told we were lying and that they would stand behind their new employee. A week later, I received a phone call informing both of us that we were no longer welcome as clients and to "find somewhere else to go." After I shared my experience in a review, I was then contacted again and threatened with legal action if I did not remove it. This situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of being a customer. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this spa due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Things are good until they are not. read more

After being a client for several years, I'm disappointed to write this. My husband scheduled what was intended to be a small touch-up appointment for a laser hair removal of an area that was missed during his initial appointment. During the visit, additional areas were treated after being asked if he'd like a few darker spots addressed. At no point was it communicated that this would convert the service into a full treatment at DOUBLE the expected cost. This review is not about the amount of money but about clear communication and transparency. If a service is being upgraded or significantly increasing in price, that should be clearly discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. I reached out privately to address the miscommunication, but the conversation escalated substantially rather than focusing on resolving the concern. The owner waited a week and then I woke up to a personal text message asking my husband and myself to never come back to her spa. If you book service here, make sure to discuss every minute thing around your service as your bill may be higher than you bargained for. Instead of you using this as a teaching opportunity to help her employee understand clear communication needs to be had before increasing the service as well as the charge associated with that, she used it as an opportunity to try to take advantage of a long-standing client. You don't put that kind of blame on the client. Her learning curve should not be at the expense of clients. You take on that risk and responsibility as the owner and her employer and you make it right without backlashing. Clear communication around pricing is essential in any business, especially in aesthetics. I hope this feedback encourages more transparency in this area when it comes to other clients. read more

I bought a package for IPL and it didn't work one time. I asked to do something different to use up my package I purchased and Molly wouldn't honor it. I spent thousands of dollars and I was treated pretty poorly by her. read more

Oh boy this is going to be long...This company is one of the best spa companies anybody can go to!!! Molly the owner has all the newest technologies and advancement for body improvement. She updates constantly, keeping her services and equipment in sync with the times. I went to a lot of places and got the basic stuff done. At that time, I never got anything further than Botox because I didn't know enough about what was available and I wasn't informed from the establishment. And most of the other place didn't invest in newer technology and equipment. Orenda was the first place I went to that really asked me what I was looking for and what I wanted as the end results. They took that information and gave me options to choose from. When you first start going to a new place they have to really figure out your face or body and what works for you. For example, some people have reactions that are different. For me if I don't give you enough Botox on my forehead my eyebrows raise too much. So, sometimes you have to go back to fix it or even if something wasn't working good enough as you wanted, they touched it up for free. Hence, sometimes when you start a new process you don't know what you want and if it wasn't exactly what you wanted they fixed it no arguments about it. Another time when I got my first LPL laser treatment for some age spots. The first time was great and I saw fabulous results. When I went for my second treatment I didn't see as much reactions and they were like "come on and will fix it come on in" and they gave me another LPL treatment for free. They don't mess around with arguing or debating you don't feel guilty with not feeling like you're not satisfied. I have been through that with other places that were like "oh well". They also have great plans ...like I have a membership plan ...so I paid like $99 a month and that goes to a certain package and the package can build up and I can use it whenever I want. And they also send me before and after pictures which is quite awesome and I've never had any company do that for me prior. They help me understand the processes and procedures and what to expect. The last time I went I told Molly, I have to go to a wedding in four days and this is what I want... this this this and she said "you can't get that because you will not be healed in time for the wedding because it will take 10 days and your face will be swollen at the wedding instead, let's try this approach. It was amazing because Molly analyzed what I wanted, told me the cost up front on each procedures, and explained as to why. That's what I'm saying they treat you as a person not a dollar. Absolutely LOVE Molly and the staff at Orenda. I was so nervous to change providers for my injections, but after reading reviews and looking at copious photos of her work, I decided to switch and am SO glad I did! Getting filler with her led to so many comments from family and friends about how rested and young I look. She is such an artist and gives the best look without having it be too much. Amanda is always great with scheduling and a friendly face when you arrive for your appointment. Molly at Orenda is wonderful! I was initially nervous about putting filler in my lips but she was ultra conservative so I got exactly what I wanted. She will work with your budget and never pressure you into a treatment you don't want. Her laser is actually as cold as ice but tightened my pores and gave me a nice glow. I will see her again and again for my Botox, laser, filler in lips and eye hollows and other maintenance. I highly recommend as she is great to work with and a lovely person! read more

I recently went to Orenda Med Spa and I loved my experience. The space is beautiful and relaxing. Everything is exceptionally clean. I had the derma plane and IPL done. My skin is so smooth and glowing now!! Molly the RN who did the procedure​ was so professional and she owns the spa. Molly is nice, friendly and easy to talk to. She really knows what she is doing. I like the fact that she is a BSN, which means she has a high level of education!! Molly does not try to upsell​l, she recommends what she thinks is best for you and does not push products on you that you don't need. She has some of the best prices in town and she even has memberships to make services more afforadable.
