Leaving another review as Orenda had my previous review removed…read more I had been a loyal client of this med spa for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300--double the quoted price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told he had been treated for a full area, which was not accurate based on what was actually done. Despite explaining this, we were told we were lying and that they would stand behind their new employee. A week later, I received a phone call informing both of us that we were no longer welcome as clients and to "find somewhere else to go." After I shared my experience in a review, I was then contacted again and threatened with legal action if I did not remove it. This situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of being a customer. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this spa due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Things are good until they are not.
