However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. She fishes through her bag for a good 5 minutes before I can finally pay and leave angry. And the wifi is down so this annoying visit didn't even count towards my rewards.
