I have been here three times and all of my experiences have been great! All of the lady's that work here are great at shaping eyebrows or just a simple clean up. I was searching for an eyebrow place in the springs for a very long time after moving from California. I have been to other places but I did not like them as much because they would leave a good around of hair above my eyebrows and they left my eyebrows thin. My mom came down for a weekend and she decided to try this place. This have forever been my favorite for far in the springs! They do my arch very well and clean up my eyebrows without leaving them super thin! I love this place! Definitely 5/5! read more

Sharmila is amazing!! Very quick and precise and I love that she has a chart for all sorts of styles. She has a punch card system so you can come again and again! read more

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. The threading was only $12 which is not too bad. The ladies were so sweet and informative. Will definitely come back soon and hopefully try out some of the other things they offer other than just the eyebrow threading. read more

Rema is truly one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. My first time getting my brows done Rema explained what she was doing and what she planned to do in the future. Very little discomfort and they look amazing, and they only look better every time I visit. Her rates are affordable and she is always available. Definitely the only place to go. read more

I love threading, but before this little shop opened, it was pretty cost prohibitive in Colorado Springs. She also does things gradually, i.e. increasing the arch of your eyebrows, etc., so it doesn't look too extreme. Also, I'm pretty hairy, so I get the full face-and it takes off everything, to include excessive peach fuzz. Highly recommend it! read more

I'm making this review because the reviews that I saw were pretty old and I was hesitant about coming here. My husband and I both got our eyebrows done and they were perfect! not too skinny and she kept our shape. I wish I knew her name but i didn't get it. Ignore the old reviews and just go try it yourself :) read more

To skinny ... told her clean up and she reshaped my stuff ..............................

I found this place on yelp. I wasn't sure what to expect when I pulled into this shopping center but I was pleasantly surprised. Eyebrow threading was $12 and she took me right away. Nothing fancy on the inside but she did a great job and I will be back. read more

I've been going here for 5 years because no other place compares! I drive 30 minutes each time - they're so precise and quick also extremely welcoming and friendly (: read more

I still go here a year later ! Even through the pandemic I still love this place. So sad I'm moving and have to find someone even CLOSE to them! read more

Sharmila is not only a sweet heart but always does a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. Since I started going to her, she noticed unevenness in my brows and has given me tips and how to get those stubborn hairs to grow and every time I go in there she makes me feel like we're on a team!!! She always remembers what the issue is and always asks if I'm following her advise on what to do. She is also super responsive when I reach out to her last minute to stop by for threading. I would $1,000% recommend her and her shop. Keep up the extraordinary work and customer service. read more

I came in with very messed up eyebrows (from over tweezing). So I grew out my eyebrows and decided to cone here and I'm VERY satisfied with my brows. The lady was super sweet!! Will be coming back. I also got a punch card and after five visits it's 5 bucks! read more

My daughter's review is spot on! As an older woman, my eyebrows suffered from over-tweezing syndrome. Rema has done an incredible job of getting my brows back in to shape. We let them grow whilst shaping them, so I didn't look like a hairy beast in the process. She's fantastic! read more

Nobody answered the phone and it was allegedly "open" drove there and it was closed. Waste of time.

After coming here a couple times I kept getting different stylists and they kept messing up my eyebrows. Stopped coming here because when I said something they had an issue with the way I wanted my eyebrows to look. read more

I really really hate to be the first to give a negative review for this place, especially since their employees are so nice and it's a clean little shop, but I did not have as great of an experience as everyone else has. I did not have Rima, but another young woman at the shop. She was incredibly sweet, but I have never had a more painful threading in my life, to the point where parts of my face actually started bleeding and scabbed over the course of the next few days. The job wasn't super clean, with pretty significant stray hairs when I left, and I had requested my full face but the sides of my face were left, which is probably more my bad, as that is something I could have caught in the shop and requested be removed, were I not in incredible pain. I don't know how many women are in rotation at this shop, but it seems as though from reading other reviews that your best bet is Rima. read more

Sharmila is amazing! I've been going to her for over three years. I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She's very nice and remembers who you are and how you want your eyebrows done. She has never messed up my eyebrows, not even once. I left for 9 months and got back and she still remembered me and how to do my eyebrows properly. I'm a very forgetful person so she gave me her phone number and always immediately answers any questions I have about her work schedule. I'm moving to Texas and am really sad. I wish I could pack her up and take her with me read more

First time visiting this location it was quick and i will be back for sure she did a great job and she knows her stuff for sure great service and I got a punch card :) read more

This will be my new go-to eyebrow place. The owner is so sweet & did such a great job shaping my shapeless eyebrows. She was fast & the price is a total bargain for quality of work. Threading can be painful but she definitely minimizes that with her technique. So happy I found her! read more

Hands down the best eyebrow threading in the springs! I've tried many places and been disappointed -- but here they always take their time and never damage the skin. My eyebrows are perfectly shaped every time! read more

Attentive & caring, she actually gives a crap what your brows look like. Also incredibly cheap. Only wish I lived in the springs longer & could keep going! read more

This is by far one of the best eyebrow places. They do such an excellent job! I like how quick they are, and the end results are fabulous. If you're new to town or if you simply want to try out a new eyebrow place, this is it. read more

All the hours online say close at 7pm daily. No. They close at 6pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Came back the next day. She was very apologetic about the hours. Took her time with my eyebrows and very personable. I will be back! Thank you! read more

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Better than my previous go-to before I moved. Will make this my go to place.

I have been going here for 6 months. She always does a perfect job, I never want it shaped just cleaned up and she does exactly that. She is also super sweet. Unfortunately I will be moving soon, but if I were to stay in the springs I'd only go here for the rest of my life. read more

Love this place. Quick and perfect every time. She does great work & even has a punch card for loyalty. This is my go to and I recommend it to anyone who values great brows at a great price. read more

Rema is AMAZING at eyebrows. She is gradually giving me more of an arch (my brows are naturally pretty flat). She is also one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. My mom and grandma now go to her too- I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Best place in the springs!!! The lady there is so sweet and does a really good job! I highly recommend.

Only place to come if you need your eyebrows threaded correctly! Both ladies that work there do excellent work and listen to what you want not what they think you want. Sometimes there's a wait but that's to be expected. They always take their time and I've always left happy! You won't be disappointed if you come here. I really like the discount punch card too- it's just a little plus- I would come even if she didn't offer a punch card. read more

Never had my eyebrows threaded before. Even though it was a little painfull totally worth. She was fast, friendly and held a conversation not just small talk. Will definitely be back. I recommend going here to any one. You really can't beat getting your eyebrows looking amazing for just $10 . read more

I must admit that for a couple months I went to see another eyebrow threading lady up on N Academy. She charged more and even upped her prices. What I love about this place is the quality of service and price has been consistent. Even when Rema had another gal working while she took mat leave, I never had any issues with the great work provided on my brows. I can't say the same for other establishments. I won't go anywhere else except here now! read more

Great place for eyebrow threading. Was a little hesitant because of the location but my eyebrows look fantastic and the price was perfect. Does a really nice job of shaping them to match your face shape and gave me a punch card for $5 off after 10 visits. Will definitely be returning read more

Rima(Reema), don't know if I spelled it correctly but omg she does excellent work. I was losing hope for finding a decent threading place here because since moving from LA to here it's seriously been hit and miss with things. The area looks kinda tough but she does amazing work and charges way less than some shops I quoted, it's about 2 bucks cheaper than most places in LA which isn't that much but it's a lot cheaper than the excessive 20 or 15 or random pricing I've seen here so far. She didn't do a crazy arch, listened to what I asked her for, more natural, less super thin from the 90s that some places were trying to do. I think I've found my threading lady and upper lip + eyebrows were $15 and I gave a good tip because she did work as good as LA and Dubai. read more

I've been seeing Rima for over a year now. When I first started going, my eyebrows were such a mess. She has COMPLETELY transformed my eyebrows. I get so many compliments and I always recommend people. They also offer a punchcard that on a certain number of visits you get $5 off. Don't bother going anywhere else! read more

Rima is the best! She's very quick and sweet - talks to you like she has known you for a long time. Her work is clean and so is her little shop. You also can't beat the price. She also offers punch cards so after 5 visits you only pay $5. read more

The owner did a great job. She even took a picture to keep track of how muw my brows looked and so she could groom them better next time. Clean and confortable, quite. Maybe could have used some music or a TV so wasn't so quiet? but that is just a personal pref, didn't retract from the experience! She did a wonderful job and I will be back everytime! read more

I was a walk-in and was attended immediately by Rima. My eye brows had been ruined by another place and needed them reshaped after letting them grow back. She did an awesome job, I will be returning. read more

The only place I go for my eyebrows. It's fast and I always look great when I leave. So affordable! Way better than tweezing!

I've been going to this location for years now! I love her friendliness and quality of work. Super clean environment. She makes it easy to go in without an appointment, I never wait more than a few minutes. She ensures I'm content with the work. I will continue to be customer, I highly recommend going here!! Best place in the springs for eyebrow threading. read more

I had never had my eyebrows threaded but they needed some serious shaping so I gave it a shot. I was in and out in 15 minutes with amazing brows. She was really friendly and so fast. I'll be back read more
