Very unhappy. I had a medical issue n haven't been able to do my eyebrows in two months. They were all grown out w no shape. I showed the girl how my brows normally look and she began. One eyebrow starts in line w the corner of my eye. The other starts much farther towards the middle of my nose. The shape is not even close to what I showed her. The thing tht is the worst is that she used scissors to cut my brows n they look like they have been hacked. Normally the threader will use a spooly to come them up n only trim them very slightly. Mine or so short in areas that it looks like bald patches. I normally go to threading place on Galley. Shame on me for cheating on them. I DO NOT recommend unless u don't mind a kid doing ur brows w no idea what she is doing. I need to start the whole process of letting them grow out for my normal place to fix them which will take months. read more

Went in for a full set of lashes (hybrid) to be exact. Lashes are patchy, they start and end in different parts of my eyes. Decided to add on brow tinting while I was on the table. Didn't ask for my eyebrows to be threaded, but said "sure" just so my tint doesn't come out uneven. I was cut with the thread above my left eyelid and I now have uneven short stubby lashes, and two completely different eyebrows on my face. Still left a tip of 20 dollars and paid in full for the services. This was a horrible first time experience for me. Thank you for your time, your efforts, and your kindness. read more

I came here in early-mid October looking for a lash lift and tint. I moved here from out of state and don't have my usual spots that I frequent. I'm always a bit nervous to see someone new. We did the lash lift and it didn't quite lift so we repeated it and then it had a beautiful lift. When we went to do the tint my lashes fell. The owner saw that they fell and immediately said don't pay, come back in two days so we can make it right. I was impressed. Not only was she incredibly kind, but she honestly cared about how my lashes turned out. I returned and we were able to lift them. They have maintained a beautiful lift for 7 weeks. This is a place I will be coming back to because, their focus wasn't about executing the service I asked for-- it was about doing it right and doing it well. I got my eyebrows and upper lip Threaded before my birthday. It was the most painful threading experience I have ever had. I had tears rolling down my face and my lip was actually quivering while she was threading my upper lip. In the days to follow my eyebrows and upper lip completely broke out in tiny painful bumps and pimples. I look hideous. I look like I have cold sores all over my upper lip. I just moved to Colorado Springs from Memphis, TN a month ago and have been so nervous about getting my eyebrows threaded. BEST eyebrow threading experience! Highly recommend! I have very thin eye brows and I let them grow out for about 2 months. Finally decided I need to get them cleaned up.
