She also does things gradually, i.e. increasing the arch of your eyebrows, etc., so it doesn't look too extreme. I was searching for an eyebrow place in the springs for a very long time after moving from California. I have been to other places but I did not like them as much because they would leave a good around of hair above my eyebrows and they left my eyebrows thin. My mom came down for a weekend and she decided to try this place. This have forever been my favorite for far in the springs! They do my arch very well and clean up my eyebrows without leaving them super thin! I love this place! Definitely 5/5!

One eyebrow starts in line w the corner of my eye. The other starts much farther towards the middle of my nose. The shape is not even close to what I showed her. The thing tht is the worst is that she used scissors to cut my brows n they look like they have been hacked. Normally the threader will use a spooly to come them up n only trim them very slightly. Mine or so short in areas that it looks like bald patches. I normally go to threading place on Galley. Shame on me for cheating on them. I DO NOT recommend unless u don't mind a kid doing ur brows w no idea what she is doing. I need to start the whole process of letting them grow out for my normal place to fix them which will take months.

I get my eyebrows done every month but I was looking for a new place so decided to try Karm's. I called in advance for a same-day appoint and the store confirmed I could come. However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.
