Half of the employees listed on the appointment page are no longer there, but they'll certainly take your appointment as if they are. My manicurist, her name sounded like Mai, she used the dremel tool to remove my gel...down to the nail. DO NOT COME HERE. Had I known how bad this place was, I would have just waited to go my regular place and worked another 2 days with terrible looking nails (unprofessional). I came in with a clear inspiration photo and explained exactly what I wanted. I was ready to take off a significant amount of length, wanted my hair thinned out, and asked for long layers. I also jokingly mentioned what I did not want and, ironically, that is almost exactly what I ended up with. Instead of long, blended layers, I left with what I can only describe as a mushroom-shaped cut with an additional layer at the bottom. It looks nothing like the inspiration photo I provided and does honestly just looks terrible While I understand miscommunications can happen, this result feels like a complete disconnect from what I asked for. I'm currently five months pregnant and already struggling with feeling good about my appearance, and this haircut has genuinely left me feeling upset and discouraged. I now find myself crying when I look in the mirror. I'm sharing this so others know to be very clear and cautious if they're looking for layered, thinned, or longer styles. Kindness alone doesn't make up for a result that's this far off from what was requested. Now, I'm not sure where I can go to help me fix this disaster.

Also, they were running a special you get free gel polish... but if you wanted the cat eye it was an extra $10!! Jennifer came over and got the water and the jelly stuff started for us to put our feet in soak... then they started to take off our gel polish, clip and clean out toe nails... Tam had Jennifer but, I was told she didn't do pedicures by the dude that made our appointment.. I had Sue and Kenn had Emma. Kenn said he liked how she clipped and trimmed his toe nails and the hot towels. Tam said she liked how Jennifer clipped and polished her toes and made them look so nice. Sue was very gentle on my feet. I have very sensitive toes and feet due to neuropathy... so I was satisfied with how she did things... clipping the skink and cuticle around my big toes hurt a little.. The massages was great we really enjoyed them and who doesn't love paraffin wax it just makes your feet feel sooooooo wonderful... I also got a fresh gel coat on my nails which was another $10.. I was very satisfied with the service and we will be back.
