We were greeted upon entry. Me, Kenn and Tam had an appointment at 9:30 for pedicures. We checked in and were told what seat to sit at. We all got the I Deserve pedicures for $68. Also, they were running a special you get free gel polish... but if you wanted the cat eye it was an extra $10!! Jennifer came over and got the water and the jelly stuff started for us to put our feet in soak... then they started to take off our gel polish, clip and clean out toe nails... Tam had Jennifer but, I was told she didn't do pedicures by the dude that made our appointment.. I had Sue and Kenn had Emma. Kenn said he liked how she clipped and trimmed his toe nails and the hot towels. Tam said she liked how Jennifer clipped and polished her toes and made them look so nice. Sue was very gentle on my feet. I have very sensitive toes and feet due to neuropathy... so I was satisfied with how she did things... clipping the skink and cuticle around my big toes hurt a little.. The massages was great we really enjoyed them and who doesn't love paraffin wax it just makes your feet feel sooooooo wonderful... I also got a fresh gel coat on my nails which was another $10.. I went in for a gel x full set , pedicure I got the tropical citrus and eye brow wax. I was a walk in and they attended me promptly even though it was busy . At first a lady started but then a different employee finish he misunderstood my color preferences however I loved it and didn't say anything he quickly offered to change it once he remembered but I actually really liked it so I said no. I went to get a pedicure. The lady who did my nails was very professional and very gentle when it came to working on my feet. I appreciate her. The front staff were nice and welcoming as well. Can't judge a book by its cover! I have drove by numerous times, and never gave it a second look. We we're going on vacation and needed someone fast. This place was not too far and had available spots. I had a mani pedi and my daughter had a full set of acrylics with a Hawaiian theme. I have no complaints about the person that painted my nails because the color looks great but this is the first time someone has charged me $40 to remove a color and put on another solid gel color. Nothing fancy no designs no fill just taking an ugly color off and putting on a nicer color. Needless to say I won't be going back there. I like to change my nail color every other week or so and I'm not going to pay $40 each time that's ridiculous. I called around several other shops and they charge $20. I had my lips tattoo by Jennifer and 1 month out I have no color except a faint lip line on the left side of my upper lip. I requested that she redo it no charge and she told me a touch up is 150. There is nothing there to touch up. She argue with me saying I requested a natural look, If i wanted natural I wouldn't have gone through the pain. She tore my lips up she even scraped the inside of my bottom lip. { i have had tattooed lips before and I know this is not a professional Job I had plenty of color without a touch up..}You would think she would want to make this right.but she kept telling me i needed 150 dollar touch up to make it right. I am very pleased with my experience and the quality of work I found at Lisa's Nails this week! I had both my Basic Manicure ($30 + $15 for gel) and Dip manicure done by Sam (funny that we have the same name). We spent the time chatting and laughing, and I also liked the leg massage and callus remover included in the pedicure! Never again will I visit this place. They act nice until they mess up on the services and your time. Nail tech David called me to reschedule my gel x fill for both feet and hands as my previous appointment was scheduled during his trip. When arriving for my scheduled appointment time, it was cut short due to David picking up his child from school. The design I wanted David couldn't do because he was pressed for time and the services for my feet weren't met. I called 2 days later, which is well into my 7 day period, and the person who answered the phone said David was already on his trip and won't be back until the 27th. She consulted with the store manager whom mentioned when David comes back she will discuss things with him and he will be owing me a refund for messing up the schedule when he rescheduled me. She also said the nail techs are not supposed to schedule or reschedule appointments to avoid mess ups. I was supposed to receive a call when David returned and I never did. I reached out today and the young lady gave the phone to David and when I say he was rude, I mean I was surprised. David had the nerve to ask me why it took me so long to reach out. Ummmmnm David, 2 days is when I reached out, but you were gone for 2 weeks. So, clearly, David can't do the math. David will fool you with his nail art and how he presents himself, but if it's something not to his liking such as his manager said he owed me a refund, David is no longer nice David, he's an a**. David became very irritated telling me I'm not entitled to the refund that his manager said I was entitled to. David has proven he's very unprofessional and has presented bullying type behaviors as he proceeded to call me sweetheart, laugh, and say what else can he do for me. What you could have done David, is take accountability for your actions, but we all know that never happens. There's nothing you can do for me, not with how arrogant and disrespectful it was of you to call me sweetheart and proceed to laugh, especially when you know you're wrong David! read more

My girl friend loves this place so I agreed to come with her. I was a little apprehensive because I saw that there were only 2 pedicure techs working but seats were quickly being filled up. My friend insisted on waiting -- even though it was an hour wait. I agreed, only because she promised it was worth waiting for. When it was finally our turn to get pedicures, the tech who was assisting me didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted or what color I wanted. She just did her own thing and eventually I brought up wanting the hot rocks pedicure (I believe it's the VIP one). She said something to her coworker, who was working on my friend and they turned to me and said that she had already put paraffin wax on my feet and that was enough. I wasn't sure what the paraffin wax on my feet had to do with me wanting hot rocks on my legs, but I kept quiet and let her continue. Pros were that she found a color exactly like I ended up wanting (she asked towards the end) and that she did massage my legs and feet for a good amount of time. My feet feel very clean and soft. However; I do want to bring up the cleanliness of the salon. It didn't look up kept, and when I originally sat down in my pedicure seat I noticed hair and other particles inside of the bowl. I know they line the bowl, but I was still a little uneasy about that. Overall, it was an OK experience but I probably won't be back, even with an appointment. I noticed multiple women coming in who had appointments and weren't seen until after my friend and I due to only a few techs working. Towards the end of my visit, I will say they DID have plenty of techs working! I sadly wish that they had them all there before the rush. I will add that I felt like my pedicure was rushed, and my toes reflect that. They are all smudged in some type of way on my feet and I'm a little sad about that. read more

No nonsense place for pedicure. As requested, my wife requires I get a pedicure every couple of months so when I'm in Colorado this is where I come. Had a very positive experience this time around and my interaction with Van was the best. She asked me very specific questions about what I wanted to have done and she made sure not to be rough or hurt me. I've been on the receiving end of some people that seem distracted and injured my feet in the past. Anyway, $25 in and out plenty of parking I'm satisfied. read more

I got my lashes filled here a day ago and I was really disappointed. The first red flag was that the lash tech didn't wash my lashes and she asked me what kind of lashes I had done already, which I said volume but she charged me for mega volume. Second the lash tech didn't take long maybe about an hour but when I sat up I noticed that the lashes she put down were literally glued to the base of my lash touching my lid, which is not at all healthy for your natural lashes nor is it comfortable. My eyes still hurt and burn. third she didn't add any bonder, bonder is not always necessary but to keep the lashes on for a longer time it would be a good thing to add to your service. She said that the first lash fill charge was 100 which could be understandable since I'm coming from a different place but then she said the next fills will be 80-100$. Which is ridiculous, charge what your works worth actually is. The vibe of the overall experience and business was very uncomfortable and disappointing. I feel robbed. read more

I'm giving 5 stars to this place because I can see how much effort they put into doing the design I desired. Communication was a little bit tricky. You have to really specify and remind them of what you want. You have to be prepared to say "no thank you" to anything they want to add. They do not mind telling you the prices for each thing so don't be scared to ask. My nails lasted 4 days but to be honest the price is very good and I think is worth it if you want to go for a cool design for a party or something. Also, in their defense I love to hike, swim and do weights so that could've been a factor. I had an ingrown nail and they couldn't help me out but other than that they are nice and hardworking. Today was my first time coming to Lisa's nails unfortunately my regular place was extremely busy with hours of wait time so I landed here while driving by, they were also busy but everyone worked so efficiently that even being a walk in I was attended to right away and was able to get in a chair quickly! My nails were done by Thuy and OMG she did SUCH an AMAZING job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and she made it happen! It looked great at first but within 2 days the paint began to chip and the nails began to crack This is what my nails look like within a week of getting them done with dipping powder. I have been unhappy with the "quality" of the gel fills I have received at this salon for the times I have been here. I selected this salon because they also do eyelashes. My most previous appointment was on July 28, 2022. I normally have gel & eyelash fills every other week, but was out of town all last week when I normally would have had a fill appointment. The salon did not have appointment pages prepared for 3 weeks out, so the lash technician made a note on a slip of paper for my appointment at 9:30 for eyelash fill, gel fill & pedicure for TODAY (8/17/22). Somehow, that note was entered into the salon's schedule for 8/22/22. That would have made it almost FOUR weeks between fills!!! As far as the gel fills are concerned: I have never had so many broken nails and chipped finishes as I have with this salon. I moved here from San Francisco June 4, 2022. My salon in SF (Miracle Spa - Clement between 15th Ave & 16th Ave) always did a wonderful job. I never had chips in the finish & if I broke a nail it was because I had done something wrong. It was never the side of my nail (not protected by the fill powder) that caused my nail to chip & brake as they have done the last two fills I received at Lisa Nails. They would not do my lashes today. They will never do my lashes or my nails again. I am looking for another salon, hoping to find one with similar quality of work as my salon in SF. read more
