If I am right, then this salon belongs to VEE NAIL'S SPA. I am really glad to have found this hidden treasure of a gorgeous nail salon! It is always refreshing to visit VEE + staff to refresh my look. They are located at a good street with lots of other shopping amenities and ample of parking. Her work on my nails always shine on me, every time I go. Their prices are affordable and their salon outlook, fashion and decoration do look super cute and stylish. (Sometimes, I feel like they "file" a little rough on my fingers, though.) Other than that, they do great work on your nails with plenty of colors to choose from and/or fancy creative nail art designs to add. I went today for a pedicure and manicure and the board on the wall said $20.00 for a manicure and pedicure $26.00. While I was getting my pedicure I was told another $5.00 for my heels which I understand. So total should have been $51.00 , when it was time to pay V said $56.00. I said no it should be $51.00 , she said no a regular manicure is $20 but if you have polish on it's 25. What place in this town charges extra to put polish on a nail having a basic manicure? They will never see me again. This is ridiculous and unethical I have never had to pay extra for nail polish for a regular manicure, not gel polish, just regular polish. They will never see me again there. I advise you to stay away from this place . read more

Ms. Vee always come through. Came in for hot stone manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. They are simply the best in the area. I've been coming for a year now since moving to COS and not once I've been disappointed. Very friendly staff, everything is cleaned and sanitized before and after each client. I definitely won't be going back to this salon. My nail bed looks deformed. Instead of filing it down to wear it was smooth or removing the old acrylic he just filled it in with more acrylic and it left an ugly line in my nail. I normally don't ever leave bad reviews if I get mediocre service but this was bad. He saw how the nail looked just like i did. Lesson learned, never again. read more

Unfortunately I had to give one star. Otherwise it would be no stars. My daughter saves her own money to get her acrylics done. Went here in a pinch. The girl cut her fingers in five different places. Made her take off her full set for a new set. (The set she had originally was brand new) drilled so far down her natural nails she bled in the middle of her nail. To stop the bleeding they put nail glue on it. Then charged $65 for a full set. Was having a horrible day so decided to go get a pedicure and my nails removed. I didn't catch their names but the girls/employees were incredibly nice. They stayed open past closing time for me and I still got a wonderful experience. Not rushed, crappy, or painful in the slightest. Normally when I get my acrylic nails taken off it hurts so bad but they soaked them off and my bitter dry nails looked so healthy after they got done. They even gave me a discount and a gift. I hate salons and only go to independent nail technicians but this is the only salon I genuinely like people, service, and environment wise. Such kind and genuine people! read more

This place is absolutely terrible. My husband and I went to get regular mani's and pedi's came to $95 I don't have much time to get to the nail salon and I am very busy throughout the week so this was supposed to be a treat. I was thoroughly trying to enjoy my time there so I didn't really check their work (paint). When I got home I realized my nails looked SO bad which was so upsetting because I didn't have time to go back and have them fix it. 3 days later, I decided to give them a call because my nails were disgusting and just getting worse and worse. I called and the guy who answered could care less he said they don't guarantee their work unless it was gel polish and the fact that it was already wearing off was not this problem. AFTER 3 days?! I told him not only was it about my nail polish wearing off but the fact that the paint job was terrible. You can literally see lines from the second double coat of polish and he again could care less. I've had less than the best polish job done before and just deal with it, but to this degree, never and for them to literally not have a care in the world and not work with me after 3 days is absolutely ridiculous. While I was in there, another lady came in and told them her nails needed to be fixed and left in a hissy fit because they wanted to charge her extra after it has been 2 days. I thought she was overreacting, but now I feel bad that I judged her. What a waste of $ I will NEVER go back and I don't recommend this place to anyone either! read more

This cute nail salon is tucked away conveniently in a busy shopping area right next to Starbucks. Needless to say, you can enjoy the aroma and after your nails are done, you can get a drink right next door! The nail technicians were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job with my manicure! The salon was clean and I loved the soothing aesthetics. Prices are very reasonable with services for nails, basic waxing and facials. Went on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to accommodate new clientele with little to no wait time! Came in for the first time today and I had the best care! Ana was very welcoming, as I was the first customer in and she did a great job with my feet! My feet are very painful all of the time and never once did I have to ask her to be gentle. My toes turned out FABULOUS! For my manicure I had the pleasure of meeting Gaby, who was such a sweetheart! We had a great conversation, and boy does she know how to make a girl feel better about herself. She also did my eyebrows while I was there. These ladies were great! I don't normally leave such low ratings for something so small BUT take this with a grain of salt if you're looking for a good nail salon. This is the second time I've had such bad service from 2 different nail techs. The first time, I had a horrible experience when I got a pedicure here. The tech cut my toe, did a horrible job on the initial paint job and when I asked her to re-do it she obviously had an issue bc she started speaking Vietnamese talking crap about how she just spent 10 mins doing a design now she has to re-do it (not knowing I fully understood what she was saying ). Tip: before you talk crap about a customer in your native tongue, ask if they speak or understand - you might be surprised). Fast forward, a year later (yesterday)...I asked for a regular fill & cut, American. Too easy, right? Wrong! the tech did the fill using gel (a $15 up-charge btw), then when I suggested the paint was too white and I can't wear it in uniform, the co-owner‍ chimes in and insisted it was American. Maybe bc American w/ gel and American regular are 2 different looks idk but going back to my first issue when I asked for a regular and not gel would've solved the entire problem‍. Anyway, Leo (manager) "fixed" it so I can at least go to work and not have to worry about my nails being too faddish for my work standards. I am new to this area so I was looking where to go to do my nails. I went to this one which is the closest to me. It is very clean and organized. Although the service was just okay. I received a pedicure and my nails were cut slightly slanted and barely any work was done. My color was painted just okay. The manicurist was on the phone the entire time. I Brought my daughter in today for regular full set acrylic which per their price board says $30+. Well that "+" equals whatever the hell we want to charge. They charged us $45 and said it was due to the length of her nails. She just got regular nail polish no glitter or special details or effects. Just one color polish and acrylic nails. Such a rip off!!! I'm so disappointed and will never return, and warn anyone to never go there. read more

I went with my sister-in-law to get her first pedicure, and the service was disappointing. The man who did my nails was rude and didn't do a good job. When I got in the chair I lost my balance and my purse caught on the arm causing it fall down loudly. I was embarrassed and apologized but the man just scowled at me. He said something and I asked him what and he repeated "gently" in a rude voice with a scowl. As he did my nails he was not friendly and he made me feel uncomfortable. He barely buffed my heel, literally went back and forth once on each foot. Then he didn't do a good massage, he didn't use the hot towel, and he cut my cuticle and got nail polish on my toe and injured cuticle, he did a messy job (the very reason I don't Do my own toenails), and didn't bother to wipe it off. I finished about 10 minutes before my sister in law, who was getting the same service, and sat there waiting. My toe began to burn and when I tried to wipe the nail polish off my cut my nail polish on my toe got messed up. I asked if they had something I could use to remove the messy nail polish and they guy only responded "you mess up" then he came over and put more polish on the spot (not the clear coat so it's not shiny) and wiped off most of the messy polish. Ultimately I paid for a pedicure and didn't receive the full service (hot towel, massage, foot buffing) and there. The nail polish was messy. It was a stressful time when I wanted to relax. The whole experience was awful and the whole time I just wanted to go somewhere else where my sister in law could have had a better experience. I will never go back. read more

My experience at this establishment left very little to be desired!!! The staff was extremely rude. I got my eye brows waxed next door at European wax center and need a nail polish change on my toes. The staff go upset when I decided to change my color before they started painting and even when I told them what colors I wanted they made me get up and get the colors myself! (I had a picture) The way that the staff spoke to many patrons was rude and unprofessional. When I went to check out the man who did the polish change on mine and my daughters toes told me it would be $28, the women quickly responded NO!!! it is $30 for her! I guess $2 extra charge for changing my mind (LOL) I will not be going back and I would NEVER recommend this nail salon to anyone. read more

I have been going to the same salon for the past 12 years, unfortunately my nail tech left so I was trying out somewhere new. I spent about $100.00 not including tip and was so disgusted. The same day I got my "nails done" the top coat started chipping on top of the nail, today is day 4 after going to this salon my nails look even worse then when I needed a fill! I had a scheduled appointment and was not started on until almost an hour after my appt time. The owner was very unprofessional and does not do the dip powder correctly, the point is for your real nails to be able to grow and taken care of but this lady was so ruff and had no idea what to do (even though that was the service I paid for) My daughter was just in for a basic acrylic fill and she too was started on super late (later than me), they have a total of 4 employees and continue to take clients, having ppl wait for hours. Facility was not very clean either. I will NEVER return to this place, lesson learned. read more
