The last time I was there, the manager berated me, in front of other clients, in the lobby. If it wouldn't have cost my lash professional the appointment, I would have left. Apparently, the management is more concerned with blame shaming clients, than respecting their individual needs. My lashes were ruined... I went right before thanksgiving just to have them for the holidays. They looked great for about a week and a half. I went for two fills and at that was fine it was the holidays, I splurged. Decided to take them off and my natural lashes are WRECKED! They are short and very very thin. I used to have great lashes and was told this won't affect that. After my lash removal I went home and there is still glue on my lashes that I can't get off with any oil, and they are sparse. Be careful. If you think they're glued to your lid they are, and that means no more new growth for your lashes. read more

I went to Lash Boutique because i saw online it got good views and how they did other people's lashes looked similar to how i usually tend to do mine. This was the first time i've ever gone to a place and gotten my eyelashes professionally done. I got there at about 12pm and Tee was the one doing my eyelashes and we spent about 20-30 minutes alone on me showering her pictures and explaining to her exactly what I like. She acts like she understands and tells me she can do it for me so i trust her and sit there and let her do my lashes. While i'm sitting there it is literally so hot. I have a PUDDLE of sweat that i am just laying in. She ended up just giving me the hand held fan because it was SO HOT IN THERE. The whole time i can feel a crazy burning feeling in my eyeball too. Then, she tells me she's done and i get up and look and my eyes INSTANTLY start watering from how unsatisfied i was with these eyelashes. Not only were they already falling out infront of my face but, they were nothing like i asked for. I told her i didn't like them and she told me i had to still pay $200 because i took an hour and 30 minutes of her time. I refused to pay $200, only paid $100 and OBLITERATED the no tip button. I don't recommend ever going to Lash Boutique and more importantly never let Tee do your eyelashes. read more

The owner herself has high discrimination against younger women. She treated me very poorly. Because I came back for a simple correction she wanted to argue with me in front of everyone else. I had a few times that my lashes didn't stay, Ann was more then welcome to have me come back in and have her touch them up. It was to no fault to their work that they didn't stay that time. I have been wearing them for a long time so have grown a little weak. Ann suggested something lash serum to strengthen my lashes. It worked great and have had no issues. In no way have I ever seen Ann or anyone from her staff be rude to anyone. She always goes out of her way to accommodate me to get me in when needed with her or another employee.
