When my friends and colleagues saw me they couldn't believe it. I reached out to her. I wanted resolution, I felt I should be refunded since now I have to pay a fortune to have corrective color done and she refused to acknowledge me and tried to say it was my shampoo and conditioner. Which by the way is Kerastse high quality product color safe. I had only washed my hair three times and all the low lights pulled out. Do not go to Tanya for color of any type. She tried to tell me she had 20 years experience. I can assure you nobody with 20 years of experience of doing color would have done what she did to my hair. Please see attached photos.

A sole proprietor with a unique space within a hair salon in downtown Castle Rock, and SO darn good at what she does. Today on Tuesday , 4 nails have white blemishes which look like it is in the top coat. I have cuticle, skin tears from the trimming of my cuticles. Very disappointed honestly don't want to go back to have them fix them, not sure what I would end up with.
