The strongest action for a woman is to love herself that includes getting your manicure and pedicure as an act of kindness to yourself. After researching the Yelp reviews for surrounding salons, I decided I would try Classy Nails after moving to the area. It is surprising to me how dip nails are not a big thing here in Colorado versus Arizona. Prices are comparable to my old salons in AZ and certainly for the Castle Pines area. I was able to walk in and get same day service but recommend setting an appointment in the future. The salon is immaculate and welcoming when you step inside. It's calming and peaceful. I discovered my nail tech was the new owner and Holly was wonderful. Not only professional, meticulous with an eye for attention to detail, she was knowledgeable and friendly. I was super impressed they do not use drills to remove your gel or dip color. Holly painstakingly used the file to remove the old color which is time consumng but healthier for your nails. She also checks in after filing that you are happy with the nail shape before proceeding. Holly was great in suggesting the color choice after showing her what I wanted. I loved that the dip service also included a scrub and hot towel with quick massage. I definitely will be back for a pedicure when I have time. If you have had your nails done correctly, you know to expect that dip can take an hour or two especially without drill. If you want a fast drive through experience, it is NOT at any reputable nail salon. Pedicures with any kind of extra service like callous removal or wax paraffin will take an hour. So plan accordingly. Manis and pedis are spa treatments. You don't go in for a massage expecting a 20 minute service do you? So focus on what brings you joy, nothing else matters. This place used to be so great for walk-ins, I have been turned away 4 times now when I walk-in- make an appointment is you go here first.

I came here almost a week ago and got a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was great! I got the milk and honey one and it was such a good massage and callus removal .I loved my dip manicure too. I went in today to have a nail fixed (it was totally my fault for it getting messed up). They were so nice, fixed it and didn't even charge me (I tipped though because I was thankful they were able to fix it and was totally willing to pay at least something!!). I also love that they don't try and rush you out of there they take their time which I like!! Will definitely be back to this place, super friendly, clean place, relaxing and great customer service!! Called and got appt for a mani/pedi. When I arrived they only had me down for a manicure. Said if you don't have time for both that I would prefer to get a pedicure. She said ok. Much difficulty understanding her English. She decides she can do my manicure while someone else was doing pedi. (I would have preferred to just try and enjoy pedi but as stated I difficulty understanding her English). Paid extra for a better pedi but it was rushed and don't feel like I got an upgrade at all. It didn't even seem like I got a decent basic service. Mani was quick. Told her I had thin nails and wanted to help them get stronger. She suggested nail tek and I said fine. Got 1 coat of clear nail tek. I had asked about nail art on just big toes. She wanted a picture so I showed her a picture of some little daisies. She said sure that she could do that. All she did was put a "dots" of something on my big toes. Only one color and not at all like the picture I showed her. I Was at this spot over a decade ago and it was very good. I was there for over 2 hours for a dip and the tech ended up putting shellac over the dip she botched and then botched that. Moreover, she was incredibly rough (see pictures). When I went back to speak to the manager she apologized and gave me a gift card that doesn't even cover another service. I'm sad this business wasn't great and that I'll have to wait who knows how long until my cuticles are healed. read more

The nail tech was professional and I liked the ambience in the salon. I just have my cuticles pushed back as I don't like to have cuticle's cut. I will come back in two weeks to get my shellac again. Absolutely awful. Do not go this place for waxing. It is under new ownership and I just went for an eyebrow wax. The owner ripped the skin completely off my eyelids and between my eyes. Not a little! I mean it is ripped off and my left eye is completely swollen. I called to tell the owner what happened and her response "I am sorry, I don't know what happened. I have been doing waxing for a long time. She was very dismissive. Incredibly unfortunate. read more

Really kills me to write this, as I have gone here 2-3 times a month for 10 years; literally since the week they opened. I have watched as the service has gotten worse and worse. Appointment times mean nothing; they mislead on wait times ( 10 minutes almost always means 30). Some of the techs are INCREDIBLE and some are half asleep. The reason I am writing today is that I visited for my last time ever as we are moving out of state. The man who runs it, who I have known forever, let the tech know "I was moving" i.e. don't worry about giving her a great pedicure. He barked at her 3 times during my service as if to say "hurry up, other customers are waiting". I have bad feet and she only spent about 5 minutes total on callous removal, even tho I bought the upgraded pedicure. The final straw was when I went to pay, my coupon expired a day earlier. He would not honor it. I tried to tease with him, reminded him this was the last time he would see me, I have been a great customer ( as have my daughters). He turned into stone and wouldn't reply. I realized then that the thousands I had spent there carried no weight. He was on to fresher meat. I am so sorry all my memories of good conversations with my technicians and good experiences will be tainted by greed. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Wish I had built a relationship elsewhere. :( read more

I go here on and off - now it will be off. I paid too much money for a dip, which the woman obviously didn't know how to do. It took 1.5 hours, and my nails were bumpy. I came here to just get my shellac off, which I'm usually worried about because most places really try to pressure you into getting your nails painted, but this place didn't! I really appreciate them listening to what I wanted and not pressuring me into any other purchases! The interior is very nice and so are the employees!
