I'm still looking for a nail shop who uses good quality products! This salon had a new lady who did my nails in a record time. You know why it was done so quickly? Because my nails were filed uneven, she went too fast on cleaning my cuticles, and the nail polish was so cheap it started to chipping in 3 days and now after a few weeks half my nails are missing. I called last minute to get a full set of acrylic. They said they had time for me so I drove over. Immediately I was greeted politely by the employees and asked me how my day was. I felt extremely welcome. Good vibes all around. Kim, my nail tech, recommended a deep red that matched my Chanel wallet. With fall approaching us I definitely loved the idea. The shape, color, thickness of the nail is spot on. The entire process would be too long to write. But I have 0 complaints. I am blown away by the quality, price, and TIME. I loved my nails and they last a while, but the lady I had was very rude. I suffer from hyper hydrolysis which makes my hands sweat. The lady went on and on about my hands and saying they're so wet and gross. I felt very uncomfortable and offended. It made me not want to come back especially because I have been here so many times and nobody has ever been rude to me before. read more

This place isn't bad. It has come through in the clutch a few times because it's close to where I work and the prices aren't bad. One time I went here and the nail tech got a little sassy with the manager because he asked her to do my nails but she complained about how she couldn't cause she had to go get her son.. hey, I get it but dang, don't make me feel unwelcome. Also, almost a year ago, I had asked for a pedi using the chrome and asked for a specific color and the nail tech asked me what colors I needed to combine to get the color I wanted. UMMM, IDK?! My pedicure was amazing. There was so much attention to detail and no rushing! My nails looked amazing and the people were so personable. My only qualm was the price it was $58 for a gel acrylic full set and $58 for a deluxe pedicure. This is my favorite nail place in town. First of all, I love that their prices make sense and are consistent. Prices tend to float around at other nail salons, and I never know what they are going to charge. But not here. It's always the same amount, and I really appreciate that. Second, they are the masters of the dip. My dips last an extra week compared to other place I've been. Third, their pedicures are amazing. If you get an upgraded one, they last a full hour and come with hot stones, paraffin, and long massage, etc. if you have the time and want to treat yourself, I highly recommend it!! read more

I've seen this place many times since I shop at the grocery store next door. I've wanted to come in but have been so busy. Tonight I gave it a try and was not disappointed with my service. Mai was my technician and she was so friendly and sweet. She really took care of my toes during my pedicure and the service was quite nice. I elected to get dip nails with the matching color for my toes. She did a great job with shaping and cleaning my cuticles. She did not hurt me once! Amazing and gentle. The only complaint I have is the dip polish wasn't the same color as the toes. It was a matte instead of shiny. She offered to fix it since it was their error but I was charged extra for the replacement gel coat on top. With dip nails already costing $45 I thought this was excessive. Also, although I asked for the basic pedicure at $35 I was still charged $50 for it and the total bill was $106 - as I always - a good job deserves a good tip and I gave her one. The owner reached out and corrected the issue and this really made me appreciate them so much! read more

Two girls from my work have the most beautiful pink and whites and after asking them where they go, they told me here. My mom and I got an appointment w Chase and came up after work. We were greeted by Chase and felt comfortable right away. He took his time with my pink and white rebase and when he was done, I almost cried, my nails and hands looked better than ever. He then put a full set on my mom and took his time and worked his magic again.. staying even after the shop was closed to finish my moms. Trying to find a new place in Castle Rock. Stopped in here based on some good reviews And was sadly disappointed. They have a great deluxe pedicure if you have the time to sit for 1.5 Hr. But the manicure is not an actual service. No push back, no cuticle trim, no actual care for your nails, etc. just soak, file, paint. Also, if you're looking for fun and simple nail art...this is NOT your place. I immediately painted over the design when I got home as 2.5hr for mani/pedi is an excessive time and I could not sit another minute for her to try once again. read more

My daughter and I went here for gel manicures yesterday. First, they acted like we were a pain in their butt and let us know that they were closing early due to weather and we were the last clients for the day. Everything they did reflected that they couldn't wait to get out of there! Half-assed manicures - she never even touched my cuticles. It's one day after and I can already see the tips wearing off. My manicurist didn't even try to pretend to be friendly. We will never go back. This is definitely NOT how you keep clients during Covid. read more

Although I've had great service here before with the woman who had done my nails, today I went to get acrylics again and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The man who did my nails did them unevenly, with one hand looking great and at the perfect length while the other was short, stubby, and much more rounded than square. I was also charged $48 instead of $31, because they told me I used "white powder" instead of regular acrylic powder. I had told them I wanted WHITE ACRYLICS, not white powder! I'm very upset and will not be returning. I do NOT recommend spending money here, the service is very inconsistent and unreliable, and they will try to charge you extra/ scam you. read more

I wish that I could have given no stars. I am from Missouri and visiting my son. Thought I would try this place out and treat myself to a nice pedicure. First off, for the basic it was $35 which is more than I've paid in California when I visit there. Second, the girl immediately started cutting my cuticles without putting any lotion on them and this caused them to bleed. There was no massage and there was no scrubbing my heels to try to remove anything. My heels were still hard and cracked when I got home. The experience was not worth $20, much less $35. I visit my son often, but I will never go back to this place again. read more

I bought my wife a gift certificate here for our anniversary. I enjoy when my wife has her nails done and they do a great job every time.

Usually do a great job but my nail tech rushed through my appt, didn't ask what shape I wanted my acrylics and assumed I wanted them square, leaving them too short to properly make them the shape I wanted (coffin). She tried anyway and I now have varying lengths of nails. Polish job was rushed as well and my thumb has several smudges and gashes. There was no cleanup done so I still have polish on my skin and acrylic glue on my fingertips, underneath my nails, and all of my nails are stuck to my fingers. Minimal communication throughout appt and I can't help but want to go to another salon to get them removed and redone so they're at least the same lengths. read more
