Salon is very clean and nice but terribly overpriced. I have never seen the prices they charge and the dip manicure I received was subpar. They do not use a drill so they file a lot - my cuticles are cut and red. Charged $10 to take my current dip off and I had to sit through very painful filing for 20+ minutes. My nails are all different shapes and lengths because two nail techs each did a hand and never compared finger nails. Had to go home and reshape all my nails. read more

Nice place and usually great nails. In my last set of dip nails 2 were chipped within 3 days and after 1 week one nail popped off entirely. The nails aren't cheap, so I after my last set I haven't been in for a while. I also don't like that I can't book with a specific person. I'd go back if I could pick my nail artist. read more

There was a time when I loved this place. When they treated you well and spent time on the services you paid for. I tend to continue going to this place for convenience sake and every time I do, I'm just so unhappy. The last several times I've gone for a pedicure, they've finished in 20 minutes, no exaggeration. It's not relaxing at all and you're basically paying $35 for them to soak your feet for 5 minutes and then paint your toe nails. The girls seem arrogant and it feels like they gossip back and forth about you. I made a complaint one time about the rushed service, and now, every time I go in, they whisper back and forth quickly before seating me and then they still rush, and act irritable the entire time. I would not recommend New York Nails. Pedicures and manicures are spa services-and you pay for that luxury. I'd highly suggest spending your money elsewhere. read more

I have been going to this salon, driving up from Castle Rock, for almost a year...and I love it! Sometimes they seem a little rushed, but only when really busy. I love my S&S nails and how pampered I feel! It is exceptionally clean, quiet and classy. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the girls do not speak english except when talking to clients. I think it would be even classier if they spoke english all the time. I walked in for a pedicure and asked if they had time. They sat me down and finished in 25 min, Luke warm water, didn't exfoliate my feet, it wasn't relaxing or even worth it. $40 and the nail polish wasn't painted evenly. Don't go here. read more

This was my first visit as I'm new to the neighborhood. Got my nails done Monday (SNS powder) and one nail was messed up the day of... they tried to fix it but it was noticeably bumpy and not as good as the other nails. However, I had been there for two hours already so I was not about to stay any longer. Also, the technician filed too rough under another nail and made it bleed. I've had to put liquid bandaid and Neosporin on it daily. Then two days later 3 other nails have cracked. I paid $60 (that's $20 more than most other salons) plus $10 tip. It's only been 4 days and my nails look like crap. Usually my dip lasts 4 weeks from other salons. Do not recommend! read more

I was looking for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon and was turned away by several places. Came into NY Nails and wasn't sure what to expect. They are the closest nail salon to my house but I had never tried them in the two years I lived here. Kelly gave me the deluxe treatment- she got rid of ALL my rough spots (which usually doesn't happen at normal pedicure- even with paraffin). I did pay more ($50 +tip) but well worth it! She even massaged my shoulders as my nails dried. Full service! Highly recommend! I'll be back! read more

I have been to dozens of nail salons all over the country because I travel for a living. This salon is the best I've ever been to. My technicians were Kim and Anita. I get the SNS nails. Never before have my nails looked so beautiful, thin, and natural. The salon is clean and comfortable. No grinders or masks. Everything is hand filed, no chemical smell, and you get a nice little massage too! Its a much different experience than your average salon. I loved it. They might be a little more expensive for what I get done, ($50 instead of $40 average) and I don't suggest walking in, they had a very steady regular clientele, but I understand why. Make an appointment. It's worth the time and money. So happy!!! read more

I initially gave this salon 5 stars because their service is awesome (despite the fact that the woman that did my nails made my cuticle bleed) , but less than a week after I got my SNS dip nails they are already cracking and my shellac pedicure is chipping off. I paid 110$ (plus a tip) and I am disappointed in how the product is holding up because that is pretty expensive as far as a mani/pedi goes. read more

While there, they were sweet and attentive to my daughter, even offering her holiday chocolates, while having fun conversations! The girls here are so sweet. My mom was a fan of this nail salon up until she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. When she was in her final days in hospice, a couple of girls from this shop drove all the way to Lakewood to give her a surprise French manicure at their own doing--her favorite! This is the cleanest salon I've ever been to. The workers are so nice and do SUCH a great job. I really recommend getting SNS nails done here- they don't use an electric file, they file by hand which is much healthier for your nails. It's quite the drive for me but totally worth it! read more

I have gone to this salon regularly for over a decade, even drive from Littleton because I have never found a nail salon where the service and skill comes close to New York Nails. Always impeccably clean, always friendly and professional, always top notch service - been taking my teenage daughter since she was tiny as well and they treat her as well as the treat me. Turned me away with a cold attitude. The place was not busy, and I barely walked in. Don't recommend.

We went in for a pedi/mani. I sat most of the time in the pedi chair with no water, they do almost the whole pedi while you just sit there. When they finally put water in, it's just for the shortest time, no time to just soak and relax. Also, compared to many other nail salons, the basic package is pretty quick, they barely touched heels to exfoliate, no scrubbing. The nail polish remover stayed on my hands 40 minutes and started getting irritated, very uncomfortable. When moved over to the other chairs for the rest of the mani, there were 2 women working on my hands, another woman standing in front of me all talking fast and loud to each other. Left with my nails shorter than I asked. So much for a pleasant visit! Last, the colors for gel are very limited, I finally chose a color just for them to say that one will be $5 more. That pedi basic was definitely not worth $60. We ended up with $220 for 2 of us. Never going back. read more

Ok pedi but very unfriendly. Went for about three years but got tired of attitude. So so pedicures.

My mom and I both wanted a shellac and spa pedicure at the same time. We decided at the last minute that we wanted to go, and the salons we called couldn't book us together. I found NY Nails and they said the could get us in together when we wanted. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and though they didn't speak English very well, it did not detract from the experience. The shellac was impeccably done and the pedicure was extremely relaxing and well done. The music was calming and soothing and the pedicure massage chairs were very comfortable. The salon was clean and neat and tastefully decorated. After the manicure and pedicure were over, they gave us a mini neck message. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a manicure or pedicure. read more

I searched for someplace in Colorado that did Signature Nails. This place was on the website that offered them. I was not impressed with the location, it is off the beaten path and secluded, nothing nearby. BUT... I made an appointment and was greeted warmly. My nails were in a mess but the woman did a wonderful job with what she could with what was left of my nails and even gave me a shoulder massage after she was done.
