Honestly, this may be one of the worst nail experiences I've had. I've been here twice, the first time was great and I left very happy. I got a full set of acrylics, with plain french tips. Very detailed and looked great. This second time, was terrible. I called to make an appointment at 10, for an acrylic fill, arrived like 5 ish minutes early- not expecting them to like jump up and take me early. However Jenny comes over and takes me as soon as I arrive, we sit down and she doesn't ask me for any reference pictures. I show her two anyways. I am very specific when it comes to shape, I like a very sharpe square look, no tapered sides. I explain this, show my pictures (the nicely done pictures) and she takes a picture of one of them and says "No problem". I have about 3 weeks of growth so it's a pretty good gap. She puts clear acrylic over a pick acrylic, so the color is off and it's very easy to see where the OG nail acrylic is and the overlay is. She then puts on a really cute nude pink- no problem, I am expecting like 2-3 layers so the color matches. Nope, just one layer. Then she starts on the french tips, as seen in the reference photo, the french tips are relatively skinner than normal french tips. She asks me if that's how I want them, I say yes, we begin. After doing one and getting my approval- she starts doing the rest. Then the french tips just keep getting bigger and bigger, it seems like french tips are not her specialty so I let it go because I don't hate it. As we are doing it, she is very rushed and slow at the same time. She also keeps correcting how my hands are and how deep they need to be in the blue light machine, becoming a little aggressive when telling me to put it in more and moving my hand in. There were multiple times my nails touched the machine because she pushed my hands in. The polish got messed up like 2-3 times and my nails were collecting dust. She didn't fix the polish, just painted over it. She also kept on saying "don't worry we're almost done" "almost done", mind you, I never said anything about how long it was taking or acted annoyed, so I was caught off guard by this. Then after she finished with the french tips, I asked if there was any way we could just put some more color on the gap (where OG acrylic was and where my nails grew out) because the color difference was pretty apparent. I emphasized how sorry I was for not mentioning it before and if it was too late, then I really didn't mind. She got frustrated immediately and said "ok fine", did it very quickly and shoved my hands right back in the machine. Then after we were done, aggressively took my hands and put lotion on them (didn't even rub it in all the way), then said "ok meet me up front". So I go up, she says "you have venmo?" I say "yes" and she just clicks the no tip on the machine and throws her phone down saying, "here's my venmo". Mind you, I went in for an acrylic fill and paid $70. I believe that is outrageous, especially with a new full set being $90-$95. Then I tipped $20, 1 because I just really wanted to get out of there and did not want to confront her as I thought the "fix" would come out worse and 2 because I love to tip. Overall I hate my nails, the shape, color, and painting is just terrible. My thumb nail is so bumpy and sloppy. The french tips are very streaky and bumpy. The shape is awful, it doesn't match the corresponding length or shape of the mirrored finger. There was also left over paint and acrylic on my fingers. The price and attitude from Jenny was insane. This experience was so different than my first time there, hence why I put 2 stars instead of zero/1, because maybe you just have to go to specific people to get quality. They might look fine from afar, but in person they are awful and not what I expected based on my reference pictures, previous communication, and from my experience last visit. Overall, I am at a loss for words, upset, and will not be returning. read more

My daughter is giving Organic Nails 2 stars because the lady who did her nails was super sweet and friendly, which she really appreciated! Unfortunately, the quality of the nails wasn't great. The French tips turned out very messy and she could tell the lady didn't know how to do it at all and was not at all what She asked for. I've been getting dip nails here since September of 2023 and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and always gets me in the same day I request a service. I've also had my eyebrows waxed a couple times and they've been great. Came in today to ask for July 4th themed nails and left very pleased with my design. My nail tech was easy to work with and came up with ideas to go with mine. After putting the blue on, she decided to add the wisps of white and it made them look fabulous. I got a manicure here yesterday. Just a regular manicure and, I bring my own polishes so when I get polish wear down, I have the polish to fix it. I've gone in about half a dozen times. I have started bringing a cotton pad and a spray bottle of alcohol to wipe down my nail beds before they put on the base polish. The techs will use polish remover otherwise and that will just repel the polish. Also, techs had buffed and filed my nails so much that my nails are now brutally thin and the sides don't grow straight up; they are more like the coffin nail shape. I prefer mine to be squoval shaped. Yesterday, while I was getting a manicure, a woman came in and wanted a gel polish manicure. The manager, who was doing my nails, took me over to the drying table and said that I had to dry my nails between coats. I only had one top coat left to be done! But, he wanted to get started on the gel polish woman. Maybe because that's where they make the most money. So, he left me there over 10 minutes so I just started to put my own top coat on. I only had 3 nails left when he came over and said something along the lines of 'Oh, you are polishing?' Well, yea, because you weren't doing it! After I let them dry, I got up to leave and he said 'Good bye'. I came back and told him that I wouldn't be coming back because he left me at the dry table and let another customer butt in on my service. It does seem petty however, I want to get the same type of attention as everyone else does at a nail salon. I also have preferences that I don't think are hard to accommodate. I mean, I only needed that last top coat and I would have been finished. SMH read more

I had my Pedi and immediately impressed as they have clear bag protectors over the basin so it's sanitized throughout. Then they had another girl start my SNS dip during my Pedi...Time saving & perfect! I loved it even more that they were not chatting amongst themselves much, because honestly most of the times the workers talk to each other more then customers and you always have to wonder if it's about you. Henna was sweet and Kelly was amazing too. My nails are short by choice & they looked amazing!! My new favorite spot & not expensive at all. I've been coming to this salon for years, even as a child. Throughout the years I've stuck with them even as management changed and through the whole remodel of the salon. Recently, they've gotten so many new colors and shades in for all of the nail options and they've even expanded into eyelash extensions. They've always kept up with the needs of their customers and they always check in throughout your appointment to make sure you like what they're doing. Everyone there is happy to help and they do their best to get to everyone in a timely matter (with the occasional wait-time if you're in during peak hours). I've recently found my go to nail gal, who is so sweet and so talented. Jenny, one of the women who work there is always making sure that her and I are on the same page, which makes the experience a whole lot more enjoyable and comfortable. I've also found an extraordinary lash gal, Lena. She's so fast and she makes sure that I'm comfortable while she's doing my lashes. Normally a refill with lashes takes around an hour, sometimes even longer, but Lena gets me in and out in around 40 minutes. If you're looking for a salon, I recommend Organic! I made an appointment to get a dip manicure and pedicure for my wedding. I was seen right away for my nails and Jenny did a wonderful job. I was seated at the pedicure bath and then proceeded to sit there for 40 minutes in cold water, while staff continued to work on customers that were walking in. When I finally asked when I was going to be helped because I needed to leave, I was told "sorry we're busy". I made an appointment to avoid that scenario and it was completely useless. When I was helped I told the girl I needed a quick decent pedicure, because I no longer wanted to be there. She did not exfoliate, pumice, or massage my feet and still charged me for a full pedicure. Great nail place. Prices really reasonable. They have a large salon and plenty of staff. Rarely wait if I just walk in because the mood strikes me. My mother who is a cancer patient, takes a lot of help to go in. They have helped me with her wheelchair getting in and out and actually redid her nails in the front seat of my car once when she messed them up getting back into the car. I have been searching around southern Colorado for a consistently great nail technician. I'm pretty sure I have found my favorite nail salon, ever!! Andy did an acrylic-gel on my finger nails. It looks fantastic, it lasts a month, and the salon has far more options and color choices than any place I have ever been to. The entire staff is friendly and they all help each other out so their customers are not waiting forever. Organic Nails Bar is quality product with a friendly and clean atmosphere. I would recommend going to Andy or his wife. They are both amazing at producing beautiful art work on the nail. read more

One of the worst nail jobs I have received. I do dipped and this place has no idea how to use the product. They try to apply the dipping powder like acrylic. They also use the drills which is the whole purpose of getting dipped to not ruin your nails. The tech started to use the drill on my bare nail! In addition to not knowing how to properly apply dipped nails I was cut twice when the tech used the drill to try and smooth out the improperly applied dipping material. Also one of my hands has a matte finish and the other a shiny finish. My friend got gel nails and she was also cut 3 times to the point of dripping blood then her nail tech applied oil from a nail polish jar with a brush over her cut and put the brush back in the jar!!! read more

I go on a weekend getaway tomorrow, and decided last minute to get my toes done for the occasion. I called on my way (it was 4:45), and they told me they could take me at 5. I didn't get in the chair until 5:15, but NBD. I appreciate the bright atmosphere and cool light fixtures. My tech, Emily, was fabulous and listened to my preferences. I'm writing this review as my polish dries, and I'm super pleased with my pretty toes. My biggest critique is that this salon could be tidier and cleaner. There are cardboard boxes filled with supplies haphazardly falling out, and the floor is filthy. These are common issues for these affordable walk-in mani/pedi places, so I'm not super deterred. I do think that the supplies and the foot bowl are clean so that's good. Provided my polish lasts a reasonable amount of time, I'll come back to have Emily paint them again! read more

Seriously, how hard is it to clean up your messy job before sending your client on their way? $50 for nails that are sloppy and already look a few days old because of the apparent gap. No cuticle clean up or nail clean up. The guy was obviously in a rush to get as many people as in and out as possible. Been going for over a year now. And the service from Lita, holly and Jenny is always great, but the customer care from Kelly not so much . You might get 100% and the next time 25% workmanship, prices always seem to increase every time. They over charge a card and you wont get refund for days as they say that's just policy, ok then they need to explain refund wont go through for days. Communication not their strong suit. I will say Kelly's nails won't lift but the lack of customer service is not worth the headache. The owner is rude! And needs to work on customer care! Over all it's a pretty store. With a few good employees but when you keep getting price gouged and disrespected it's just not worth it . Fast service, no waiting, and Michael did a wonderful job on my gel manicure with embellishments. The base price was average for the market, but the extras were over-priced, more than double what I've paid in the past at other salons for rhinestones. In fairness, I was quoted the extra cost after the basic manicure was finished and agreed to it since it was what I wanted done and I was already there. This place is the worst nail place that I have been to in Castle Rock. They nickel and dime you for everything and they are very very messy and dirty. This review is based on only one experience of visiting here for lash extensions. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was told to sit down. I sat there for 10 minutes past my appointment time before anyone said anything to me. It would have been nice to be told the person doing my extensions was still working on someone's nails. I have been getting my lashes done for a year now and just moved from Florida where I had an amazing woman doing my lashes so I was very nervous on how it would go. The experience went okay, it took about 2 hours just for a fill which is longer than I'm used to but I recognize I was spoiled in Florida. However, it really rubbed me the wrong way that halfway through she stopped and took a lady that wanted a brow wax. I had to lay there (unable to open my eyes) for ten minutes while she waxes a ladies brows. I felt that was terrible customer service. If you are in the middle of doing my lashes and my eyes are taped shut to where I can't even open them you should not leave me to lay there while you accept another client's service. Anyway, she finished and they certainly did look great. Except later that day my eye was really bothering me. It felt like there was something in my eye and I could not blink or flush it out. A week later and my eye still hurts in the same spot. I go to the eye doctor and find out I have a corner abrasion aka a scratch on my eye. I have no idea how that could have happened but needless to say I am terrified to get my lashes done now and if I ever do, I will never go back here. I get that accidents happen but with the poor customer service I will definitely not give them a second chance. read more
