I came and got a fullset on Thursday. My tech was so sweet and did a good job. Unfortunately one of my nails broke. I came in to get it fixed and I couldn't remember the exact color I got on my nails and when I asked if I could maybe get the shape fixed and maybe a color change they told me the color change would be 35 dollars?!? Like I've never heard of such insanity. Then, next day another nail broke... mind you I haven't even had these on a week. Anyways I asked for a refund and doubt they'll give me one given how much they nickel and dime. I work In the same industry and would never treat my clients this way. Unfortunately if I want my nails done I'll have to go somewhere else and pay for a new set sadly and now I'll be out of almost 200 dollars. read more

My experience is with regular polish. I do not recommend this salon if you want your polish to last for a reasonable amount of time. I typically do my own nails (Colorstreet on hands, regular bottle polish on toes with Essie base coat and top coat). I decided to treat myself to an end-of-summer mani/pedi. My finger polish lasted 3 days before visibly chipping and my toes lasted 10 days. When I do them myself my toes last closer to a month. Not sure why it was so disastrous but I do not recommend them for regular polish. read more

My niece, her best friend and i walked in and immediately they took all three of us. We all three got our nails and our toes done. They did exactly what the girls had wanted. ( the cool designs and rhinestones) the designs were impeccable. Definitely recommended also very sanitary. Recently moved to Parker from Denver and new I needed to find a new nail salon to go that is closer to me. After going to a few different places around town in Parker I stumbled upon LA Nails and I'm so glad I did. I went in first just for a last minute eyebrow waxing and noticed how much time all the women working there were taking on each customer. I instantly got excited to try them for my nails. (I was even more excited to try them after my eyebrow waxing was done and looked very nice) The first time I got my nails done was by Connie the owner, she did an amazing job and was so kind. The second time I went for a shellac manicure I had Viviane and she also did a beautiful job. I am very impressed by their ability to replicate pinterest pictures and their consistency in doing a great job and detailed work. Found my new spot in Parker!! read more

My mother and I have been going here for a while now and it's been amazing every time coming in and coming out. We are kinda known to be a little late to our appointments but they were nice enough not to care and still let us get our nails done! They are so nice, I find their store to be clean. Great customer service and they are really good at getting what you want done and quickly too. Their tools look clean and new every time I come to get my nails refilled. I haven't had a single issue since I've been going there. It may be "expensive" as some say (even though these are pretty normal prices even in my mothers and grandmothers time as my mother says.) but I prefer quality over quantity. read more

I don't understand the good reviews. This place is filthy. The workstations look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The lady pulled out tools from an unsealed bag that had been used for god knows how long. I should have left then, but I made the mistake of sticking it out. She filed the tips of my fingers raw while filing my nails, and then cut my finger as she was ripping away at my cuticles. This place needs a health inspection. I thought "oh at least it will be cheap." Nope, it was more expensive than many high quality, clean, certified places. Never again. read more

I went in for a pedicure, which was fabulous and ended up having Connie fix my acrylic nails that I had just gotten from another place the day before. She turned the worst acrylic nails I've ever gotten, into one of the best! I should have gone there in the first place! Lesson learned and I will be going there from now on! I have had my nails done 3 times by these people. I was happy until today. Today I sat down to have then start trimming my nails and be told that they will charge me an additional $5 to do my nails as I prefer them long. This has never been a charge before. Ever. I think this is unacceptable and feel they waited until I had no other option as they had already started trimming my nails. I would never refer this business for the secret fees. read more
