These are not trained massage therapists. It did not feel good. They also tip shamed as other reviews mention.

The reflexology was my first ever, so I will need to do a bit more research on it if I decide to try it again. Everyone here is super nice. I usually just drink water, but found out yesterday that coffee was an option too! Yes thank you! There is a hydrofacial event coming up this week, so go check it out if you have always been thinking about it and save a few bucks while doing it! Great Customer care. Still super relaxing and rejuvenating. I do feel a bit guilty pampering myself so much, but I am honing in my favorite providers for the different services. It is nice to make taking care of myself a priority, you should to. Go check them out!

I got right in for my massage after changing into the robes and added a hot stone option. The updates to the relaxation room are improving with new, comfy benches and an overall more visually pleasing layout. They even have usable furniture outside now. They're continuing to update, I'm told, and I'm excited to go back and see the finished product. Big thanks to Alicia who got me back in to change my experience and Kristi, LMT who gave a great focused massage that was much needed.

Great place to unwind and relax with a good companion. the check-in process was kinda slow,…read moreconsidering that we were the only people there. You're asked to arrive 30 minutes early, and we sat around the entire 30 minutes, then finally they walked us through the how-to of it all. the staff is really friendly and the place is clean and well appointed. it was a nice experience, but very indulgent. i don't believe the price is worth it, esp at $1/ounce on the beer & the 90-minute time limit in the room, when one wants to bounce around from sauna to cold shower to hot tub (not necessarily in that order), etc. plus time for dressing and undressing. the anti-gravity massage chairs are also an extra add-on, which i find a bit extreme. overall, we enjoyed ourselves and disappearing from the outside world was rather nice, but it's definitely a one-off, or an annual experience at best. Checking out was equally slow. The host was giving a lady a demonstration on the beer bar and he could have kindly asked to be excused to check us out, but instead he let us sit for over 15 minutes as he gave the gal samples.

As lovely as the common area and patio are, it belies the relaxation that awaits in your private spa room. Before you are escorted to your room, you are offered your choice of locally made beer (My favorite was the "beer flavored beer", which tasted like.... Beer), as well as wine, kombucha, juice, or seltzer water. The drinks are served in a stainless steel insulated tumbler so you don't have to worry about breaks or spills. There are also complimentary snacks available including banana chips and an absolutely delicious savory trail mix. There's also a bathtub full of plastic "bubbles" (think 'grown-up ball pit', but a bathtub) in the common area which invites you to take your most Instagrammable shot. The spa even has a monthly competition for the best photo submission. I appreciate the intentionality with which this spa was designed. Truly they thought of (almost) everything: Hair ties, shower caps, hair dryers, plastic bags for wet clothes, their beer infused shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion offered both in the private room as well as in the common areas, a pitcher of water on the edge of the tub (Because one cannot live off of beer alone).... Even conversation cards containing thought provoking questions placed strategically throughout the facility (Even in your private infrared spa). This is not just an opportunity to relax, but to deepen connection. I came here with one of my friends and in addition to feeling infinitely more relaxed, I left here feeling like my friend and I got to know each other on a much more substantive and meaningful level as a result of this experience. Now before you ask... No, you are not soaking in a tub full of beer. (That was my initial concern, and I almost passed on visiting this spa because of said concern). Instead, you are soaking in a deep stainless steel soaking tub that is full of water and infused with your choice of herbs and aromatics. The room also comes with a CBD infused bath bomb, as well as a CBD and mushroom infused mud mask for extra relaxation and detoxification. The water temperature was absolutely perfect: Nice and steamy but not too hot. The soaking experience was simply not long enough... Which is not a slight to the staff or the facility at all. Just a testament to how relaxing the experience is. I could have stayed there soaking all day without a care in the world. Once we reached the end of our soaking experience, the tub started to automatically drain on its own. We used that time to shower, moisturize, and proceed to the next part of our spa experience... The massage room. The room is dark with small twinkling lights on the ceiling that kinda look like stars and the night sky. There are several zero-gravity massage chairs in the room, but do not be mistaken... These are NOT your run-of-the-mill nail salon pedicure spa chairs. These massage chairs mean business! Even on the lowest setting, my muscles were still sore for several days afterwards because that kneading function gets all up in those muscle fibers. Several times I found myself breathing through the massage like I was having contractions... Especially as those rollers made repeated passes over my lower back. It was definitely the most thorough and intense chair massage I have ever received. Each of the staff members we encountered was absolutely wonderful; Friendly and welcoming, answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of time to take pictures and video to capture the moment and really make the most of the spa experience. Our drinks were never empty and our every need was provided for. The only piece of feedback I have to offer is that it would be great if there were swimsuit dryer spinner on site. I was flying back home immediately after my spa experience and I had to bring my sopping wet swimsuit back with me. I double bagged it to make sure it didn't leak all over the place, but it would have been great to dry it out a bit before putting it back in my suitcase. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's likely the most unique spa experience you will ever have... Even if you are not a beer enthusiast.

I went to Liz Nielsen several years ago for permanent makeup, while she was at Liquid salon. She is…read morea medical esthetician and now has her own spot in the Blue Lion Suites. She offers many more services, under a medical director. I had a plasma fibroblast pen treatment. Liz has the BEST prices that I found! She also offers facials, red/blue/yellow light therapy, laser treatments, RF microneedling, and fat removal. Her own skin is absolutely gorgeous! Liz is calm, friendly, professional, and very soothing during painful treatments. She's skilled and competent, and I plan to see her again for future treatments. She did my lower eyelids and upper lip with the plasma pen, and provided medical-grade numbing cream before the procedure. I numbed myself at home. She didn't provide aftercare cream, but did provide a full set of aftercare instructions. This was not a problem, as Liz recommended Aquaphor. Protocols vary among practitioners. Liz takes more of a simple, effective, no-fuss approach. I also like the fact that Liz doesn't upsell or push other products and services. If you ask what can be done for a particular problem, like forehead creases, she will tell you what she can do for them. She is now in suite 401. I have pictures of my face, but chickened out and removed them. However, the plasma pen burns are neat and professional :) I may or may not add before and after pictures at a later date.

Liz also does my dermal fillers and Botox to my face; which looks so good and not an overdone look. Never any bruising or soreness...love.... love. My face looks so natural but yet gives it a boost of looking fresh and some years younger... Liz looks at your face much like an artist approaches their work and does what works for you!!!!! She explains each step along the way and any aftercare needed for your treatment. She goes over and beyond; which is hard to find nowadays. Liz is the best! I love the appearance of my skin now!!

However, a couple of things really get to me. 1) Every time I go I feel immense pressure to buy product. I understand why they suggest the products, but I can't afford a bunch of expensive skin care products. If I could I prob would, but I truly can't justify it with my budget. Even when I express my financial concerns I feel I am still pushed to buy and feel guilty saying no. 2) The last time I was there (3/8/25) I had scheduled a moderate peel. I somehow ended up with a diamond peel or something like that for almost double what I was expecting to pay and wasn't made aware my service had been changed until I got to the register. I think some where during the conversation about what I was there for the Esthetician changed the service on me in a subtle way so I didn't know I was essentially agreeing to a more expensive service without being made aware. This was very upsetting as again, I am on a budget and I felt tricked. I came to the conclusion that purity is a better place for a person with long term skin goals and a large budget to dedicate to it. Not a person who just wants an occasional peel or facial. At least that's how I have felt after my few times there. For that reason I will not be going back
