I have been to purity 3 times so far. The place is very clean and organized and people at the front…read moredesk are friendly. However, a couple of things really get to me. 1) Every time I go I feel immense pressure to buy product. I understand why they suggest the products, but I can't afford a bunch of expensive skin care products. If I could I prob would, but I truly can't justify it with my budget. Even when I express my financial concerns I feel I am still pushed to buy and feel guilty saying no. 2) The last time I was there (3/8/25) I had scheduled a moderate peel. I somehow ended up with a diamond peel or something like that for almost double what I was expecting to pay and wasn't made aware my service had been changed until I got to the register. I think some where during the conversation about what I was there for the Esthetician changed the service on me in a subtle way so I didn't know I was essentially agreeing to a more expensive service without being made aware. This was very upsetting as again, I am on a budget and I felt tricked. I came to the conclusion that purity is a better place for a person with long term skin goals and a large budget to dedicate to it. Not a person who just wants an occasional peel or facial. At least that's how I have felt after my few times there. For that reason I will not be going back

It was quite an expensive endeavor, even with the gift certificate, but so worth it. I was so tired of going to dime a dozen places for my nails where you just don't really know how clean their tools really are, and whether if they are all licensed. It was refreshing to get someone who actually did talk to me and not amongst themselves in another language. The facial was a hydro one and am hoping it will get me back on track to take care of my skin again. Music. Smell. Lighting. All relaxing and rejuvenation.
