I have been to purity 3 times so far. The place is very clean and organized and people at the front desk are friendly. However, a couple of things really get to me. 1) Every time I go I feel immense pressure to buy product. I understand why they suggest the products, but I can't afford a bunch of expensive skin care products. If I could I prob would, but I truly can't justify it with my budget. Even when I express my financial concerns I feel I am still pushed to buy and feel guilty saying no. 2) The last time I was there (3/8/25) I had scheduled a moderate peel. I somehow ended up with a diamond peel or something like that for almost double what I was expecting to pay and wasn't made aware my service had been changed until I got to the register. I think some where during the conversation about what I was there for the Esthetician changed the service on me in a subtle way so I didn't know I was essentially agreeing to a more expensive service without being made aware. This was very upsetting as again, I am on a budget and I felt tricked. I came to the conclusion that purity is a better place for a person with long term skin goals and a large budget to dedicate to it. Not a person who just wants an occasional peel or facial. Not only is Rachel amazing at what she does, the front desk team is amazing as well! I called today, I had surgery a couple of weeks ago and I thought it would be too uncomfortable to lay on the table for my Friday appointment. Lexi was amazing and so understanding of the situation, she rescheduled me, no questions asked and ended the phone call telling me that she hoped I feel better soon. I was very excited to begin a skin care regiment at this studio. You literally put your trust in the esthetician, especially when there is uncertainty as to what to expect. I had two procedures 4 weeks apart: a chemical peel and I then returned for microneedling. Again, I did not know what to expect. I made two more appointments, 5 weeks apart (btw, I had to pay $100 each deposit on those future appointments) both based upon my work, social and family activities. I was emailed a change to my next appointment, it had been rescheduled by the front desk without consulting me and as if they knew my calendar! After several attempts via phone, text and email, I was able to reach the front desk, originally to reschedule the rescheduled apt. Long story short, the front desk was rude to me when I asked her if this was "normal" for them to just change my appointment without consulting me. I canceled the future appointments and waited a week to receive the credits to my card. Now that I have since found a new studio and I have received the same skincare treatment, I'm finding a huge difference in care and cost. Not only did I notice that when the treatment was complete I clearly could tell that this new esthetician actually did what I had read I should expect afterwards, and she gave me "after care" instructions along with product to use on my skin. I must also note that the treatment was less expensive by $100 with no deposit required. It does pay to shop around and to ask friends who they trust, or where they go for their skincare! read more

Purity is hands-down the place to go if you are looking to improve your skin. I've (so far) chosen not to take the injectable route and Nikki has guided me through the best laser treatments to keep my skin looking fresh and bright, while promoting collagen to keep lines under control. At age 44, for the first time in my life, I WANTED to go to an event with only mascara, thanks to the results from just one Moxi done by Nikki. I have also done several BBL treatments and no longer have visible signs of dark spots on my face, which were extremely obvious after my child-bearing years and after many years of intentional sun exposure (gasp!). I have loved that Nikki (and anyone I've seen at Purity) have all been so supportive of my choice to take a more natural route with my skin, from the products I use to the services they suggest. I can't say enough good things about Amanda. She is absolutely amazing! I have wanted to try microbladibg for a long time and Amanda from Purity Skin Studio came very highly recommended. I've never had a facial, never done any skin treatments and never worked with an esthetician. Needless to say; i was skeptical not only to try something new but something semi- permanent on my face! Amanda abolished any fears I had and did a wonderful job! I did not know much about the process other than needles were involved. Amanda explained everything perfectly. She was very honest and straight forward about what I should expect in the weeks to follow the initial appointment and the responsibility on my end to make sure the treatment was successful. Love, love, love these people! Their office is super easy to get to, they have plenty of parking and, most importantly, extreme pampering goes on inside their doors. They have a new sauna that you just need to experience. There are so many health benefits. What I love most is that Amanda and her team are passionate about skin! My teenage son was really struggling with his complexion. I signed him up for Amanda's teen skin boot camp series and he is the clear skin kid. They just don't need to suffer through that anymore. I really struggled with who to go to for my microblading service, it's a huge decision to select someone to tattoo your face! I am SO GLAD I chose to go with Amanda at Purity Skin Studio--my brows are absolutely INCREDIBLE! When I first talked to her about booking this service with her, she did an amazing job explaining exactly what to expect throughout the process and going over my preferences for my brows. When I came in for my appointment she spent a good forty five minutes or so perfecting the color, shape, size, and placement of my brows before she got started. Tried the Acne facials for my daughter after our dermatologist wanted her to start accutane . We were looking for something less " toxic".
