Had an incredibly lovely Groupon facial from Adriana at Nu Cell recently that I ended up booking another appointment. She was incredibly fun and easy to talk to and I enjoyed not only being pampered but great conversation too. The microderm was good and left feeling rejuvenated and my face feeling great without all that yucky dead skin on it! I am excited to try to Dermaplane next time as I've only had that once but I think will be a great way to get all those little baby hairs and whatnot off as well. Came in today for the first of three microderms and express facials since I had purchased a WeeklyPlus Deal. The building is very nondescript, but once I walked inside Adriana's office, it was very cozy and comfortable. It is also very close to where I live, so that is a plus. Adriana had me fill out paperwork and I waited because I did come in early and she had another client. She went over my paperwork and then explained the entire procedure. I searched for a place to visit in Denver that would give me a wonderful facial for my first time. The health of my skin is dire to me, so I was nervous to have something done. I found Adriana on yelp, and decided to check out her services. I opted for the pumpkin peel for my first time in her office since pumpkin is one of my favorite scents and well, why not? Her location was hidden right under my nose off of hampden. Her office is quaint and cozy, and her customer service is through the roof! She made me feel comfortable and so relaxed. The pumpkin peel smelled exactly like pumpkin pie and felt so cool when she placed it on my face. She massaged my arms as well, and right before I fell asleep, I rose to complexion perfection! So I had my first facial at Nu Cell and it was not only relaxing but my skin feels amazing!!! Adriana knows her skincare and is very informative and helpful. She take caution as well, I was set up for a peel and when she asked me if I had used any Retina A or other type of products, which I had so thankfully she switched to something more suitable for me and took the time to explain why. I haven't had a good microdermabrasion like that in quite a long time--she even got into the nooks of my nose, which is typically where a lot of my dry skin/oil collects. I was telling her that I could tell she was very experienced with the diamond tip wand by how precisely she hit every spot on my face AND neck! Adriana also gave me recommendations on the appropriate skin care regimen for the youthful and fresh look I'm trying to maintain at my mature age--and she gave me a small sample to try before I buy. Adriana will take care of you! I had never had a facial, but my facial was AMAZING! I am hooked after her perfect touch. Then I asked about her dermapen procedures. She agreed to just do the places where I needed and the results have been good. She uses professional strength numbing cream and it makes the procedure painless. I have some very deep wrinkles that are not responding to the dermapen procedure, so she has suggested that I visit with her nurse for other options rather than continue with something that has done all that it can.
