    I can't say enough good things about this place. I went in for Botox and came out with new BFFs. I was greeted promptly and offered a beverage of my choice and then taken to wait in the relaxation room. My aesthetician Colleen was amazing and explained everything step-by-step. I can't wait to return to be pampered again. They offer every kind of spa service you can think of. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the entire staff was very welcoming and accommodative

    I have been working slowly to lighten my hair I started the process of healthy hair lightening since December. In March I was notified that my normal hair stylist was no longer with the company. They scheduled me with another stylist for my third hair appointment and my hair is not only a mess, I have lost so much hair. I spent almost $1,000 for my first 2 appointments On the third appointment I was told that they don't have formula notes for what they were doing to my hair previously. For $1000 there should be formula notes! In March my hair was healthy! After dying my hair, she brushed it and blow dried my hair to which it was extremely noticeable to both of us that my hair was falling out. It was also apparent that all of my gray roots were still showing. She wanted me to come back in a week to fix the gray hair. To which I said no. I paid and left upset and defeated. If I wanted ruined hair I would not have been doing this in stages at an expensive price point. I was told not to put any heat on my hair for a week. I wash my hair after 5 days and I had to clean my brush 3 times because the brush was full of damaged hair. I paid another almost $500 for this! I emailed the owner and asked for her to cancel my membership, she responded and said she would look into it and the next week my credit card was charged again. When I called the salon they didn't refund my money nor give me a refund for my damaged hair I tried not to post this review but this is my hair still falling out after each brush stroke after 3 weeks Do not sign up for a membership here.

    So far I've been twice and I see every reason to return. I'm even thinking that the benefits membership may be a good fit for me. I had my brows done by Ana and unfortunately she did cut me with the tweezers. Not gonna post that picture because she apologized. I had a wonderful wash and press by a really nice lady but I forgot her name, probably because she didn't hurt me; hahaha. Anyway, I'm writing now to compliment the two ladies that took care of our pedicures tonight. That's Domenike and Megan. They were funny, knowledgeable and generous. We will definitely be back for additional services and I would ask for Ana again because even with the small cut she got my brows just the way I like them. Side note, everything except the first beverage is an add on. Book ahead and call for specific requests. They are an easy going staff and it's pretty nice here.

    I was rescheduled a handful of times due to turnover and then was cancelled all together at the last minute. I will give it to them that they did call in a lash tech to take care of me- that was a nice gesture. I wanted classic natural looking lashes and instead I left with a heavy volume lash- not my style but more importantly not what I asked for. Glue application is excessive, thick and uncomfortable- I ended up taking some tweezers to my lash line when I got home to try an relieve my eyelid of the heaviness and cluster lashes. I was hoping to find a place closer to where I live but I'll return to my regular lady further out. **notice- the eyelash technician that found my review funny- Alexis. Real professionals we have working there, ladies. Sheesh. Bad energy.

    I recently came into GlossHouz for a hair cut. Anna P cut and styled my hair just the way i wanted it! She asked many questions, and looked at all the photos I had. Before she cut it she double checked that i wanted to do go that short. She was so sweet, and friendly, and made the experience so much fun! I will be back! :)

I had been sooo dissapointed and depressed and just had my hair up in a bun the last couple months as I tried to figure out when I was going to feel better about redoing my hair and if I would find someone that would make me feel amazing. I had Hairwell bookmarked based on the positive reviews and I sat on my decision for 2 weeks, finally I decided to make an appt and in one day I was booked for Sat Nov 23. I walked in and what a beautiful atmosphere and greeted immediately by Lana. She sat with me really quick to see what my hair looked like, I told her I wanted some stuff corrected and I told her I had a lot of anxiety and she was soooooo nurturing and calming and said " Dont worry". I was introduced to Devin as she asked me what my ideas were , I showed her some pictures and she also shared some ideas and told her I trusted her skills as long as we can shoot for my idea of the style I wanted. She made it all sound not impossible. Later on as the night went further Lana asked m eif I wanted a tea and I said yes, She and Devin Both meticulously worked on my haircolor that I instantly felt like things were gonna work out and I was gonna walk out soo happy. Wash, trim, and styling was incredible and when Devin showed me a picture on her phone I thought " that mannequin has beautiful hair!" She then said it was my hair!!! I can't express how much Devin and Lana made me feel like a couple of months ago was erased in those couple of hours with their pride in evry single strand they touched on my hair. Theri words of affirmation and the small things I requested were easily listened to and , the way they made me feel I have to say it was emotional for me in the most positive way,I am a big fan of Hairwell and after a couple years I finally found my place.

    I waited some time before writing this review, as I wanted to be fair. This happened in October…read more2025. I usually see Marina, who is honestly amazing. She helped fix my eyebrows in the past, and I've always been so happy with her work. I've also seen Cassidy, who did an amazing job on my hair, and Bonnie, who did a fantastic job on my daughter's hair. Unfortunately, my experience in October was very different. The salon scheduled me with Krystal because Marina was not available. My appointment was at 2:45pm, and I arrived at 2:47pm, two minutes late. From the moment I walked in, Krystal seemed rushed and was noticeably rude toward my little girl, which immediately set the tone. She began working on my eyebrows right away without any conversation or care. She finished in under two minutes, didn't show me a mirror, and just wanted me to pay and leave. I complied because I felt extremely uncomfortable, and I have never experienced a service like that before. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was shocked, my eyebrows were destroyed. I have naturally thick brows and only needed a simple clean-up, but I left with uneven, overly thinned-out brows. They were corked, patchy, and nothing like the full brows I walked in with. When I went back inside to ask for help, no one would assist me. I ended up having to cancel my plans for the evening because of how they looked. I later went to another place, and it took the specialist there an hour just to reshape what was left so that regrowth could eventually happen. It's now December, and my eyebrows are still in bad shape. I went somewhere else again today, and the specialist told me I will have to continue waiting for them to grow back or consider microneedling because of how severe the damage is. Since everyone here is a 1099 contractor, there is no real management to turn to when something goes wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but I should have been taken seriously and helped immediately when I returned to the salon. Instead, I was treated like I didn't matter. I was embarrassed, upset, and completely dismissed. The owner left me a voicemail two days later, and Krystal called to apologize the next day, but by then it felt too late. Accountability should have been taken in the moment. You go to a salon to feel beautiful. Instead, I left feeling extremely embarrassed and insecure. It has now been almost two months, and I'm still struggling with how badly my eyebrows were damaged. I do not want another person to have a bad experience. The salon should have never booked my eyebrows with a nail technician. I was under the impression I was getting the same quality service. Honestly, their customer service is as outdated as their website.
