Presley performed a cherished mani with dip removal. She was great! Presley checked in with my constantly to ensure I was having an amazing experience. We had a great conversation and the end result was amazing. I was on the fence about getting a dip mani again. Presley went over all of my options. I chose a cherished mani and upgraded to Dazzle for $12 more. Glosshouz mani is overpriced at $50 for what you get. I paid about $70 (including tip) for a BASIC mani. I'll admit that the price is listed on their site. I assumed ( my error) that it would be glitz like a water bowl with flowers in it, a private room, scented lotion, something to justify this price, but nope; just basic. Glosshouz needs to get out the early 2000s and come into 2023. Why Presley was using a manual file? An electric file could have shaved time off with removing my dip. On a positive note, the atmosphere is very inviting. The staff are always welcoming and professional. read more

I apologize for the length of this review but everyone needs to know. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I will provide pictures for anyone that would like to see. I HAD been going to Glosshouz a little over 3 years and also referred several family and friends. The last time I went was September 24 2023 for BOTOX service with Amber, the nurse practitioner. Not only was I not satisfied with the service, Amber injected the BOTOX in the wrong area (below my eyebrow) and I am now suffering with the outcome. My eye is swollen and I am unable to see clearly. I wanted to give GlossHouz the opportunity to make this better as I would think they would value a customer of 3 years. I called after the 10 days of injection and was hoping they would offer at least next botox service at no charge or refund my money. I was told more BOTOX will make it worse and was told "Botox is a risk you are taking" therefore they cannot refund me back. I said this was unacceptable and they sent me home with UpNeeQ to attempt to open the eyes wide during an event, a $10 product, what an insult. I still thought maybe the owner will do something! I asked to speak to the owner, LANA and was given an email address instead of her phone number. I was told she replies back to all inquiries. In the email, I requested to be called back and got a call from Amber. All Amber could say is "Oh you poor thing." I advised Amber I had asked for the owner LANA to call me. She said she will have her call me and 2 weeks later, her I am, no call. I am planning on taking this further and speaking to my attorney. read more

It's bright, beautiful, and clean. The relaxation room is so calming to sit in before your service. Anjanette and Brittany were my service providers and I can not say enough good things about them. They walked me through the process of my service and I never felt like I had any unanswered questions. I loved them both so much. I spent over 2 hours at Glosshouz getting eyelash extensions and when I left it barely looked as if anything had happened. The eyelash extensions placed on my eyelashes don't even appear like I'm wearing mascara. I showed images of the dramatic yet natural lashes I got a Dekalash and these looked nothing like it. Not only can you barely tell (after I spent $100) but you can see my base lashes and there isn't even extensions on a good amount of them. Just super bummed because I got these just prior to having a baby and was hoping to not have to wear makeup and this honestly doesn't look like I have anything on. read more

If I could give this stealing company a ZERO star rating I would. First of a let me say that I am a member at this spa (not anymore as of March 20) and even though the spa canceled my appointment in March and they are closing their doors until May- they still had the audacity to charge loyal members $75 a month for unperformed services. My own gym that I've been apart of for 2 years isn't charging me a membership fee during these uncertain times. This is UNETHICAL and wrong to still be charging people during a GLOBAL pandemic like Covid-19. This is a greedy and terrible company to be apart of. With that said. . . The services they did perform were mediocre at best. I've been in about 8 times for eyelash extensions and there was one time with Kira where I actually felt like the extensions were what I wanted. All the other times the technicians seemed new to the job and they couldn't make one eye match with the other. Very inconsistent work on their part. I signed up to be a member only after Kira did my eyelash extensions and I have regretted it every day since then because one person doesn't make an entire UNETHICAL company better. How dare you charge people in uncertain times like this. How dare you treat your loyal members like this. How dare you when there are millions of companies all over the world taking strides to help their fellow man during this global pandemic. Do not go here. The moment we got there it felt like we stepped into a movie... we were greeted with mimosas, shown to the relaxation room and were then collected by our massage therapists Kaitlin and Kristi. We received the 100 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones and CBD oil... we left feeling so relaxed and AMAZINGGGG!! I recently went to Glosshouz for the eyelash lift and tint service. Extremely disappointed due to the cost and lack of results. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I had researched results on many different day spa sights and they all seemed favorable. I have a membership with them because I was getting the eyelash extension services previously. I loved the extensions but was hoping for a lower maintenance solution to enhanced eyelashes. The lash lift and tint is definitely NOT the answer. I see NO difference from the before to the after and $ 110 (plus tip). I've been there 4 times now. Everyone is always so pleasant and friendly. However on this visit I was extremely turned off by the manager. My technician was trying to Airdrop pictures of me during the procedure just for fun. They went to the managers phone who was sitting there. She said "what is this". The tech apologized when she realized they went to her phone and I could feel how nervous she was that they went to her boss. Not once did the manager look up and acknowledge me or the tech but rather seemed very unfriendly and bothered. A quick glance, hello and a smile would have been nice. Will be canceling my membership and will not allow them to continue to pre-charge my card monthly. Very unfortunate. Amazing what an impact first impressions can have on a customer!!! read more

I absolutely fell in love with this place! It's gorgeous first of all, and everybody I talked to was overly kind and professional. I did a whole day spa package so I had Emily, Jarrod, Takiyah and Dee! All of them amazing at what they do. Every one of them started up conversation and then let me enjoy my service, which I would rate 10/10 to all. Takiyah and Dee both educated me on certain things about my skin and were truthful about it all. I recently came here for a blowout before going out of town. My appointment was for 5:00 PM I got there about 10 minutes before and sat down by the front desk and waited to get checked in. The woman working at the front desk was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me until ten after 5 telling me that the person I had my appointment was running late. Finally after another 5 minutes another woman volunteered to get my hair started at least. Around 5:40 the woman I had my appointment showed up but didn't like how the first woman started my hair so she re-washed it and started over. Because of these delays and the customer service I didn't get out of there until 6:45 when I had a 5:00 appointment and it was only supposed to take 45 minutes total. I think customer service and scheduling needs to improve before I want to go back. read more

Love Alexus for lashes! She's so fast and the lashes stay stuck until your natural lash falls out. They look professionally done every time--really feel like I'm getting my money's worth! Love the membership deals too. This place does EVERYTHING, so the membership comes in handy for all kinds of services. Took a star off for several appointments getting canceled over the 9-ish months I've been coming here (I believe it was due to recent employee turnover, hopefully that's in the past now). On the plus side, once you get in, the atmosphere is beautiful and clean and staff is always friendly. I always recommend this place when people compliment my lashes :) read more

The parking lot was empty. When I walked in, the lady at the front (found out the owner), acted like I was interrupting her day. I told her I had an appointment and she proceeded to tell me it was at a different time. I offered her the email confirmation that I had received and she still insisted I was wrong. Great start, right? She left me standing there to go get someone else and then wouldn't look me in the eye when she came back, sending me to following the young lady she'd just brought up. The young lady seemed very new. She kept asking how to do things. I came in for a 35 minute pedicure. The pedi stations are not the traditional massage chair type, but more of an uncomfortable low backed chair. Doesn't seem well thought out, because you grease a woman's feet, then ask her to step down from the pedicure platform in flip flops.. Accident waiting to happen. I understand it's nicer for the person giving the pedi though. They offer snacks, wine and mimosas which is nice, but I get a free wine with my nails at my regular spot, I don't need to add the $8 drink here. The manicure station is set up like a high top bar, which is nice. They carry some line of cosmetics I've never heard of, and the sale price is $27 for a mascara. Mmm, me thinks not. From the outside, it looks great, but neither my friend or me will ever go back. The 35 minute pedicures were over an hour and a half. They also were not very professional. I could do my own toes better at home. Not worth my time or money here. read more

It was ok. Would not recommend or go back. Spent a half day there for my birthday. Massage was ok, but could hear person in next room the entire time. Facial was short & nothing special. Technician didn't tell me any of the products she put on my face or what they were for. She sat on her phone while I in the room. Extremely unprofessional. The blowout was awful. Hair had so much product on it with awful half finished curls. Immediately went home and washed it. What is most disappointing is that I filled out a online follow-up with these very same complaints and NO ONE responded. read more
