If I could give zero stars, I would. Loni, you ruined your own business for me. You need to pick and choose your own battles. Loni charged me 450 for my hair color that took 3 hours to dye when I was told weeks prior it would be and all over one color charge of 160. My total bill was 710.00 dollars. It was the most I have ever paid to get my hair colored in any state. I grew up in highlands ranch. I have lived all over the world. This is a money stealing place. I have got my lashes done over and over again until I moved here and they ruined my lashes. I didn't think anything of it until I read more reviews. Each employee is paid by hour. Not by their specialty or if they want you to return. They don't care. I am already looking for a new place for Botox, lashes, hair and everything else. Don't care if it's different places! Better if it's closer to me! Better if they care and don't over charge. Response to Loni- If I didn't have the membership it would be the price of 750.00..... it states that on the receipt. So that is why I am writing my opinion and my review of your place. It took us less than a normal time to dye my hair than others. It was the fact that I booked her all day that you had be a problem with. She cut my long hair before we started and combined everything together. I've had a membership here, and gone to get my lashes done - perm and extensions (for 1 year) as well as a chemical peel. 1. About a year ago, they lost a few of their staff that were AMAZING. Literal chemical peels and lashes that I got complimented on everyday. The staff that left told me it was due to salaries and general treatment. So I can't support that. 5 stars. 2. They have this monthly program. That takes money from your debit card and adds it to the account. Makes perfect sense if you go here monthly for things, because the discount is great. HOWEVER, If you skip a few months, or don't need something done you'll have a balance in your account that you can't get refund and you have to spend it there on products and such. So not a huge fan. Also I had to cancel this program 2 times before it was actually cancelled. They forgot to tell me I had $140 in my account. So the next time I came, 5 months later, I realized that. 2 stars. 3. It's extremely luxe, and everything is high-end. There was thought put into the entire environment and the products they use. 5 stars. read more

Would not go back! We had appointments for mani/pedi's and had to wait an extra 15 minutes before they would see us. The nail technicians were running behind and had other appointments but we saw one texting in the bathroom beforehand and taking a break. The quality of our mani/pedi's was not impressive, especially for having to pay a few dollars more than other nail salons in the area. Neither of our manicures lasted 4 days. Once they finished with us they just left us at the nail bar to try without checking on us or getting fans out to dry. No customer service. The manager helped us check out but it took more than 15 minutes for her to figure out how to apply our gift cards. Not an impressive experience. read more

I should have listened to the reviews before going to this saloon. It's completely true they use cheap products . This place might be fine if you need a haircut or a spa day. Absolutely don't get anything major done here. I got eyelash extensions they looked pretty good at first. I got the hybrid lash. All of the lashes fell out by three days. I followed all of the directions perfectly. The owner of the shop is pretty snobby as well And difficult to work with. Listen to the reviews of this place and don't go !!!! Had been going to this place for years and always had a great experience until the last one. I explained that I would have to cancel my BFF membership as I was moving. The woman gave me a paper to sign saying I was cancelling. Bear in mind I had just had a procedure, did not have my glasses on and was a bit fuzzy. Never once did she mention I would still be charged for an extra month after cancellation. When I called to ask why I was still being charged a month later, I was told that's our policy. That was repeated numerous times. I will never again recommend this place and will encourage people to avoid it read more

I wish I could rate this zero stars. I just got a blowout 3 days ago and I'm disgusted by the service I received. I made my appointment online and selected "blowout with braid". A few minutes after the appointment I texted the contact # to add a peppermint scalp massage since I was unable to do so online. I received a text back saying that it was added to my appointment. When I arrived the stylist had no idea what I was there for and nobody had informed her of the added scalp massage so I had to tell her. She was also unable to do the braid. I ended up with crappy looking dull/dry/flat hair with a baaaad looking "braid" I could have done better myself (and I'm no braider lol). I don't know if the miscommunication is the stylist's fault or the receptionist, but either way, it was very unprofessional. I'm confused why they have options on their website that the stylists are unable to do. I'm also confused why they have the website at all if they aren't going to even read what was booked. This was expensive and I was willing to spend the money to have a nice experience, but now I feel like it was a waste. read more

I went to glosshouz for Botox. This studio is beautiful, the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful! I received 24 units of Botox during my initial visit. About a month later I noticed that I had a stubborn wrinkle that would not freeze. I called to schedule for more units. Lauren was my RN injector and she did the touch up for free! Outstanding customer service and Lauren is so sweet and knowledgeable. read more

I've been meaning to write a review as I keep getting emails for their oh-so-fab $79 classic $119 classic full set eyelash extensions. I've gotten my lashes done for YEARS and stopped going to amazing lash for the constant downhill in skill their stylists have. But this place..... I paid $119 dollars for a hybrid set as the lash tech tried to convince me of a membership that almost had me going. DONT DO IT. This girl did a FULL SET in about 30 minutes and a few days later would tell me why it went so quick. She used 13d fans on me and when I lost ONE the fans were in such a massive chunk I had a huge missing spot on my eye, embarrassing. As more days went by and more massive clumps of fans fell out (I'm talking a solid centimeters worth at once) I looked like a crackhead. Just don't do it. It's not even worth it. read more

I tried 2 times to schedule a massage. First time I scheduled it with the front office I told them I was pregnant and they didn't say anything about it. Went in for my massage and it wasn't until the masseuse informed me getting a massage before 13 weeks isn't recommended. So I spoke with the front desk and they offered to reschedule me since when I originally booked no one mentioned about having to be 13 weeks (I told them at time of booking I was 9 weeks so they were aware). I rebooked for Jan 5th on my bday and I received confirmation texts saying my massage and add on treatments were at noon. I arrived at 11:45 and checked in and was informed my massage was at 11 and the add on's were at noon. I never received any texts about my massage at 11. Everything was for noon. The front desk lady wasn't very helpful and just offered to rebook me (AGAIN) but she didn't seem to care this was now my second time trying to get a massage. I left without rebooking. If you do book here I would call and get a vocal confirmation on the time of your appt because the texts obviously don't work. Definitely won't be coming back and canceled my VIP membership. The reviews are accurate, this place is mids. I walked in and was greeted by a nice woman (Bri) and given a tour before my consultation for Botox and fillers. When it came time for my consultation, the injector had down that I was an appointment for Botox and juvederm - not a consultation, and seemed a little pissed. She was not a friendly lady. It's my first time considering getting any type of injectables/fillers, which I told her. Even with that information, she was extremely short with me. If she would've been a little warmer, I would've gone through with the appointment that she thought was scheduled. I have no interest in giving my business to rude people. Update - because the owner "apologized" via yelp comments (so professional ha!) she wants me to "reconsider my review". This is just bad business. Furthermore, during my initial phone call to set up the consultation, I specifically mentioned I was not sure if I wanted to do those services that day. The woman on the phone, the owner and one that replied to this review, told me she would book me for these services even if I did not want to follow through with them that day. So why wasn't this relayed to my rude injector? Another thing, you mention she had a full schedule that day but we walked out of the office at the same time and I saw her drive away. I will NOT be reconsidering my review, in fact, I'm bumping it down a star for the owners unprofessional reply. There are PLENTY of accredited BBB med spas in Denver. I am conflicted on the stars. But two it will be due to ownership . I am a loyal client to say the least . I have to first recognize the girls that are hands down the best . Ms Nikki B, Destiny , Lauren, Caroline, Liz , Kina, Selma, lil mommas , Sam, Rachel and of course Ms Alexus. I have gotten my lips, cheeks, hair , nails, facials and messages but when I went to get my lashes filled . I was placed with Anna . Now Anna is sweet but after she explained what everyone got paid and why she felt to rush my service due to over booked schedule . I was a little shocked. And then I got up after lashes being placed . Eyes where burning . I was told it was the glue and not to brush or wash for a week . At that point Nikki the GM pulled me to the side to ask if I was ok. Due to my eyes looking very very irritated. Ms Destiny pluck the eyelash that was glued to my skin and tear duck. Ouch. Two days I go back because I was instructed not to brush or clean for a week . Which was odd to begin with. Alexus looked over and removed my lashes . after further review they where put on wrong and attached to my lid and water line. Ouch ouch ouch !!! Chemical burns from the glue . I then went back in after giving my eyes a rest . Kina slayed it . And never once did I find burning or irritated. Now when the owner was notified she seemed very confident that Anna knew what she was doing . I went in today and spent another couple hundred on my hair . The owner walked in yelled at her front end manager over some client concerned never even acknowledging the customers in saloon . Bad business and bad leadership. Have some class. It's frustrating to see such a great staff get devalued and under appreciated. Sooooo end of story , love the girls and my services 95 percent of the time . Hopefully ownership realizes how valuable the girls are and take some accountability in poor leadership . Cause regardless at the end of the day these girls work hard and are underpaid. Period . And when a client complains maybe a follow up or a hello would be appreciated. Because I do believe Anna could be awesome just needs training . Just my opinion . Update - Fraud refuses to cancel my membership and reimburse unopened and unused product . DO NOT DO Business with this company. Never seen so much unethical and malpractice SOPs I'm a company.
