I had gone with a group of family and friends for a wedding, I have long multi textured hair, and she was unable to curl my hair. I told her basic half way down curls going away from my face. I left with straight hair and the ends curled under. she had no idea how to curl my hair Like I requested. i still tipped but felt like I should not have given her anything. the most I got was a wash and dry and still had to go back to my hotel to curl and fix my own hair. what a waste of money and time.

Lots of clean, bright, white spaces. There's a refreshment bar! They only had cheese and crackers today, but they did have almond crackers. I decided to get lunch later. I was offered a generous sample of the hibiscus lemonade, but it was too sweet for me. The iced peach green tea was perfect. They offer wine and cocktails, too. I had to take an uber there and back because my car needs fixing, but a drink in daytime puts me to sleep. I was led to a beautiful waiting room with a fireplace, and then the lovely Misty came to get me. She is calm, smiling, and very professional. The eyelash procedure was very relaxing. She did a skin test to check the glue first, which I appreciate. This took a while, but my eyelashes look very natural and I do look slightly more awake. Puffy allergy eyes aren't helping. I was given a services menu and information on their membership program. They offer a huge variety of services! Misty also does facials. I may return for one. A most pleasant experience in a peaceful setting!

She helped fix my eyebrows in the past, and I've always been so happy with her work. I've also seen Cassidy, who did an amazing job on my hair, and Bonnie, who did a fantastic job on my daughter's hair. Unfortunately, my experience in October was very different. The salon scheduled me with Krystal because Marina was not available. My appointment was at 2:45pm, and I arrived at 2:47pm, two minutes late. From the moment I walked in, Krystal seemed rushed and was noticeably rude toward my little girl, which immediately set the tone. She began working on my eyebrows right away without any conversation or care. She finished in under two minutes, didn't show me a mirror, and just wanted me to pay and leave. I complied because I felt extremely uncomfortable, and I have never experienced a service like that before. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was shocked, my eyebrows were destroyed. I have naturally thick brows and only needed a simple clean-up, but I left with uneven, overly thinned-out brows. They were corked, patchy, and nothing like the full brows I walked in with. When I went back inside to ask for help, no one would assist me. I ended up having to cancel my plans for the evening because of how they looked. I later went to another place, and it took the specialist there an hour just to reshape what was left so that regrowth could eventually happen. It's now December, and my eyebrows are still in bad shape. I went somewhere else again today, and the specialist told me I will have to continue waiting for them to grow back or consider microneedling because of how severe the damage is. Since everyone here is a 1099 contractor, there is no real management to turn to when something goes wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but I should have been taken seriously and helped immediately when I returned to the salon. Instead, I was treated like I didn't matter. I was embarrassed, upset, and completely dismissed. The owner left me a voicemail two days later, and Krystal called to apologize the next day, but by then it felt too late. Accountability should have been taken in the moment. You go to a salon to feel beautiful. Instead, I left feeling extremely embarrassed and insecure. It has now been almost two months, and I'm still struggling with how badly my eyebrows were damaged. I do not want another person to have a bad experience. The salon should have never booked my eyebrows with a nail technician. I was under the impression I was getting the same quality service. Honestly, their customer service is as outdated as their website.
