I have been going to Ms. Ashley Hardman at Step It Up Styling for at least 5 years. She makes you feel relaxed, talks with you, and ACTUALLY listens to what you want for your hair. I have never trusted anyone as much as I do with her, the products she uses don't damage my hair, and she makes you feel beautiful inside and out! Her prices are the BEST out there and affordable. Whenever I leave her salon I feel like I am on top of the world, and everyone has given me compliments and asks me where I go to get my hair done. If you want a stylist that has a great personality, professional, and listens to you then, this is the place and this is the girl! :) I personally recommend her, and will be going to her for the rest of my life. You know you want to get your hair done by her!!!! read more

Don't look any further you have found your hairstylist! Ashley is professionally, awesome, makes you feel comfortable, and really listens to how you want your hair styled. I have a short pixie cut and Ashley was the first person to cut it all off. I don't trust my hair to anyone else, she always makes it so cute and when I want to try something funky and fun she does an awesome job. I highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking for a new stylist! Her prices are great, and she is incredibly talented in all areas of her field! read more

I've been going to Ashley for 7 years. I moved to California in the middle of that time and went through 3 stylists as no one could replace her work! She listens to what you want and guarantees your happiness. I have short, straight hair that's cut into a bob. I'm naturally blonde, but thanks to Ashley, I've been brunette for over 5 years. I get stopped and asked who does my hair daily by other women because their stylist just "can't get it to look like" mine. If you don't want a do over, call Ashley! read more

Ashley is a down to earth, classy, no B.S. girl. She cuts your hair the way you want it and she's not afraid to try new things! Her prices are unbelievably reasonable for the services and experience she brings! I received a haircut from Ashley a week ago. I have short hair and a lot of it! The style I was going for required lots of TEXTURIZING. She did a great job. I love my haircut! I did not have any coloring done. However, The top layer of Ashley's hair was dyed and it looked ADORABLE! read more

AMAZING. I absolutely love what Ashley can do with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and matched my color to my extensions perfectly. Can't say enough good about my experiences here. I have lived in CO for 4 years and until I found Step It Up Styling, I was flying back to my stylist in Chicago because I couldn't trust anyone else with my hair. So thankful that I have FINALLY found someone I trust with my difficult hair. read more

Ashley is a true professional, her expertise shows every time I see her and say "well I'm not sure what I want... some highlights maybe- just make me look good!" She takes my vague instruction and creates beautiful coloring that compliments my skin tone. She's also fun and engaging while doing your hair- you never have that weird awkward silence because you don't know what to talk about. Highly recommend!! read more

Seriously people, If you need your hair done, and done right, this is the place to go! Ashley is a doll and can do the impossible!!! I don't trust anyone else to touch my hair. She has taken me from long to short, dark to blond, blond to red, red to dark, and I've loved every look she's given me. She is nothing short of perfection from her talent, to the sheer love of her job. Highly recommended!!!! read more

Ashley is amazing at what she does and so much fun to sit and gab with!! She is creative and listens to what you want and guides you when you aren't sure what you want. She can do basic mens or the crazy color if you change your mind each visit and try something new, but which ever you do is always classy! And she can accommodate schedules and kids crawling around if you have to bring them!! read more
