Then she was very gentle and professional with the procedure. She is a perfectionist and even when I thought it was good, she still saw a few flaws and made corrections. She is very friendly and her studio is exceptionally clean. Since then, I went back for touch ups (it is recommended to do it every 6 months) and she did just as great job as she did the first time. I strongly recommend her. She is worth it! PS. If you're considering microblading just know this that no one ever mentions. When you leave the place your eyebrows will look dark, thick and very scary. It's normal and will go back to what it's supposed to look within a week. It looks scary and I wasn't prepared for this lol Also, you can't get it wet for a week so if you're planning a vacation or an even, plan accordingly.

She does work out of her home but it's very clean and the room she works out of is private. It's clean, has a nice ambiance to it and smelled nice. At some point in time I fell asleep during one of the facial masks which surprised me that I'd be that relaxed. It's been a few weeks since my appointment and my skin still looks/feels great. I will definitely continue to go to Kim for future facials.

It didn't go well at all. I botched the tops and came running here in a total panic for some emergency damage control. The Rescue Mission & Results: I usually have thicker brows, but after my DIY disaster, they were completely uneven. Thankfully, there was no wait when I walked in. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again. They went from looking like a Neanderthal to looking absolutely lovely. Value & Efficiency: I've been here a few times before, and they always do a fantastic job. This visit was quick it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, and it only cost $12! The value here is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. Overall Experience: Honestly, my only complaint is that I wish they were located right here in Denver! This is what happened to me, if you're interested please read my experience. Sorry, it's lengthy, no short way of explaining... This place is booked out about two weeks in advance, I'd suggest to put your name on waitlist, due to cancellations. There's an extensive form to fill out, I filled it out truthfully, submitted over a week in advance and knew it would be a long drive (51 mi) from home. I spoke with clinic extensively, daily, with multiple questions because for a person like me, I'm chronically ill and must be careful with my risks. The day of my appointment, we drive down, taking about 1.5 hrs, with traffic and took us in for my consultation. She goes over pricing for what I wanted done, discussed how many sessions are needed. We only had time to do one treatment done. They put us in room, put things in closet and laid on white heated bed with comforter. I'm warm, asked to turn it down and begun treatment. She put numbing gel on my neck and left (about 15 min) I got up to grab phone from closet and laid back down. I think, from moving around, some of cream wiped off, plus I'm wearing oxygen tubing on my face which lays directly on my neck, some could've been rubbed off. As she continued treatment, going along, when she got closer to body, it began to sting and it began to hurt. I thought how strange, because I felt nothing while she was on upper part of my neck, so asked if she could put additional cream on other side in case it got rubbed off. She did and I definitely couldn't feel anything. She provided stress balls, it continues to sting a lot and suddenly, everything stopped. We were only halfway through treatment removal. I've been waiting for weeks to have this procedure done. Then, esthetician got up and left (?) she came back and said, she could not finish my treatment. I pleaded with her, we are almost done and worst part was on other side she didn't finish. Then, manager came in, saying that they cannot finish the treatment. Excuse me? She said, they don't know whether I'd heal, it could get bad if doesn't heal properly. And, she spoke with the owner, she felt it would be best if I left. I explained, I would sign any liability onto myself. All I wanted to do is finish my treatment. Nope, basically, they want me to get up and leave, we are right in middle of my treatment. I asked, why did you even tell me, I could come here, if you were unable to do my treatments? I drove a long way to get there, over 51 miles away from home & I can't drive that far, it's how much I wanted this treatment done. I was little dizzy from laying down, it took me little bit to get ready and got up. I am not going to pay for an unfinished treatment, they said, I needed to cover for esthetician's time and pay $50, they gave me a pamphlet and I left. It was waste of my time, efforts and if you suffer from any medical issues, I'd think twice about coming here.

Upon getting home I took a better look at my receipt and realized the receptionist charged me $20 instead of 20%.I had gone with a friend so I let her know what happened & she mentioned she was also charged $20 instead of 20%.Being that I heard multiple customers ask her to add a 20% tip while I awaited my service I decided to call the following Monday to let the manager know what happened to me and at least one other customer.I spoke to the front desk who said the manager wasn't available but would give me a call the following day.It has now been a week from my service and I never heard back from any staff member. As much as I liked my esthetician I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the administrative staff.

Tech named Wubanchi was not experienced in waxing. Did not know how to apply wax to skin, wax was too hot even after I mentioned it. Did not make me feel comfortable coming into appointment locked the door as I went in the room. After consultation on how I wanted my eyebrows waxed I stated only a clean up do not touch shape. Tech went ahead and started applying wax. She started with the mid section of the brows and applied wax from the top of the forehead down toward the bridge of my nose. She then did the top of my eyebrows and would apply a very long strip of wax and rip it off which is not how most techs apply the wax in sections and knowing how and in what direction to rip off the wax. This tech did not know in what direction to rip off wax. Oh and she also got wax on the rest of my eyebrows that she was trying not to remove so I have holes in my eyebrows too. The shape of my eyebrows was severely touched and I now have very very thing shapeless eyebrows that are not even the same shape. They do not match they look like thin lines and is not at all what I told her to do with my eyebrows. I was extremely disappointed with this tech given that this is a European Wax center how is supposed to hire knowledgeable technicians. I will now have to show up to my job which is customer facing by the way and have to look like a total weirdo with my eyebrows after this service. I have written a very negative review in Google and also left no tip to this tech because I felt incredibly deceived with this service I received. I have been a loyal customer to European wax center for over a year now and even went ahead and bought a wax pass because I thought the service was good. All three of us asked for regular manicures, and confirmed several times we did not want gel polish. They directed us to the polish center and we each chose a different color. My daughter confirmed three times with the manicurist it was regular polish for her own nails. Our manicures were fine, though I noticed one of my nails was a little ragged the next day (not smoothly filed). When it came to putting polish on, my daughter felt the polish was going on very thickly and asked agin if it was regular polish, and was told that yes, it was regular not gel. After completion, a regular top coat was put on and we went to sit at the drying spot for the time they suggested. When we left, my daughter's nails were still thick and easily dented. We drove to Ulta and bought hardening drops, which did not help. By the end of the day, her nails were still thick and easily dented. She researched the name of the polish and the visual of that and learned that it was GEL polish all along. No wonder it did not dried. I had paid for all of us so I spent $30 for this manicure and a $15 cash tip and my daughter had to chip it away the same day. What an incredible waste of money. I wrote to the company via the web page and heard nothing at all. I've been to this location a number of times and never had a problem but this one makes me think I should not return. So, buyer beware. Update: the business replied so they could say on this reply that they did but no resolution was offered in my opinion. My daughter already had to remove and redo the polish so they cannot fix it and refuse a refund because that is the policy, even when they make a mistake. The polish was clearly wrong, behaved like gel, but the technician repeatedly insisted it was regular polish and would dry. More than five hours later, it still could be easily moved around the nail and dented. This is very unprofessional.

For a service that is supposed to last significantly longer and comes at a premium price, this level of quality is unacceptable.
