My mom and I have been going here for years, the service lately has been just okay. We went in today to get our toes painted. Just regular polish, no fancy pedicure, just a simple clip and polish. They charged 20$ for a pedicure and they were giving my mom and I dirty looks the entire time. my mom had on red polish before they removed it, and it somehow smeared all over her skin around her toes.When we noticed it we asked that they would kindly remove it a little better, they tried to play it off and act like we didn't ask, they also chipped both of one of our toes and they were rushing the service like we didn't PAY for their service. Never write reviews, and never like to write them but i am so highly disappointed that i'm writing one for these people. we walked in and ask for 4 pedicures, and they were quick about it which was very nice. They started doing the pedicures. they didn't ask us what pedicures we wanted. they just started doing their highest priced pedicure. we told them we then said we wanted normal polish. and they were so dead set about us doing gel. so they did gel. pedicures went fine but not for the price we paid, it went downhill when we started manicures. i got a full set, was told it would be 50. who would say no to that. and a manicure for $35. we started the process, was going good. when doing my full set i asked for a skinny square shape, she said that was fine. as we finished the shaping, she showed me and i ask to see if she could make them thinner, since they were fairly wide, she said yes, shows me again and they look the same, i asked again and she said that's thin. i was close to grabbing the nail file myself and doing it. As we're doing the designs on the manicure, multiple of their employees walked up and were talking and laughing at the design that was chose on the manicure, they were making fun of them, and it was quite obvious... it was rude. and absolutely NOT okay.it was NON stop. at the end the manicure turned out good and were happy about it. but as for the full set. i'm so dissatisfied. When finished we walked up and she told me they were 70? What happened to the 50 dollars you told me i'd be paying for... i told her i wasn't paying for nails that looked like steve harvey's teeth but colored lol. she said that's what u asked for, i said not even close... colors were spot on (because i chose them) but the shape and design wasn't what i asked for. I had asked multiple times POLITELY to fix the shape and she didn't bother to try.. anyways, i told her i wasn't paying full price for something that turned out to be... ugly? thankfully they were nice enough to offer to try and reshape them, and drop me down to 40 but id rather go somewhere else to fix them. then stay there longer than i already had. (i know it takes time to do nails, im not mad about how long it took, just don't want to trust them with my nails again lol) overall. never returning. the pictures are the full set. they claimed it was my nails that caused them to be stubby like that but ik that's not the issue because i have had skinny coffin, skinny almond, and skinny square shape before. these are just herendous in my opinion. They tried to tell me that's what i asked for too lol. the picture off pinterest looks nothing like what i asked for. do yourself a favor and don't go here. read more

If you want your polish to look like you had it done a week prior, go here! I rarely leave bad yelp reviews, but my experience here was poor. I asked for a regular polish manicure. The tech tried upselling me gel polish instead, I politely declined. She proceeded to do my manicure standing up in less than 5 minutes. No hand massage, no lotion, nothing, (I thought maybe since I paid for the regular manicure these steps weren't included? I received a cut, file, buff, and polish) She might as well have filed and buffed my nails with her eyes closed. She put the polish on 3/4 of the width of each nail and I politely asked her to please extend to the edges of the nail. (Isn't this an expectation when you get your nails done??) She fixed a few of them, then told me that since it's regular polish and not gel she could not make it go to the edges of the nail. ???? Every other nail salon I've been to has been able to do this with no issue, not sure if it was just this specific tech..? I'm rarely picky about little things like this but when you are paying $75 before tip for a mani/pedi you want it to last. Of course it's not gel, so I don't expect regular polish to last as long, but to walk out looking like my nails were already grown out is not the service I want to spend my money on. At home, I can give myself a quick file and polish that will last me a solid two weeks for FREE :) read more

I should have trusted other reviews but I really wanted to like this place! It is very close to home, making an appointment was easy and the staff was friendly. However, this is the worst gel manicure I have ever had. Gel manicures normally last two weeks and sometimes up to three weeks for me. Unfortunately, the one I got at Magic Nails started chipping at the bottom of my nails about four days afterward and got so bad by day 7 that I had to peel them all off (see photos). I was happy they at least lasted for the wedding I was going to but were completely destroyed by my birthday a week later. I want a refund. read more

I walked in for a gel manicure and got in right away. The technician said the polish I wanted wasn't available. She removed the polish from one hand and then another customer came in and the technician just got up and left and started taking care of the customer who had just walked in. She said "someone else will take care of you". I would have left then but I had polish on one hand and not on the other. Another tech came over and she found the color I asked for and finished the manicure. Poor customer service. read more

Van wasn't too excited about me just having clear nail polish, but she went for it, and added a beautiful Christmas Tree to make it more festive.
