I'm not sure why they gave away our reservations before we even got there when we got there early.... The time before that my mom and I were getting pedicures and a walk in came in half way though out pedicures and the lady doing my toes left to do her and said that the lady doing my moms toes could finish mine when she was done. She said it was fine cause we weren't in a rush but then I told her we actually were in a rush. So we needed up having to leave with just one of us having our toes painted so that the walk in customer didn't have to wait just 15-20 minutes. When I already picked my colors for my nails and me and my mom were amazed at how the colors turned out. So she did very good job with my and my mom nails to. I highly recommend this nails if you want to get your nails done professionally and this is place for anything like a party, or get them fixed and could be a good Mother's Day gift or a holiday Excellent customer service

Very disappointing second experience…read more I had two very different experiences at this salon. I should also not both times we're walk-ins around 1pm and they were busier the second time I went. The first time I went, I had a great experience with my technician. She took the time to understand what I wanted and I left very happy with my nails! They were beautiful and this place was close to my boyfriend's house, so I got excited and wanted to start coming back regularly. Unfortunately I was very clumsy that week and broke two of my beautiful nails -- my index finger and thumb. So I went in again on my day off, said hello and checked in, picked out my color from before (thankfully I remembered!), and sat patiently in the corner on my phone for them to be ready for me. (I should also note that I literally had nothing to do on my day off, so I could have waited an hour and I wouldn't have cared in the slightest! I also work in the service industry and understand how hectic times can be and also how great it is this store is busy with business again). A technician told me to follow her back so I did so. I imminently was under the impression that she did not want to see me as she talking to a client that has already booked an appointment with her. She told her client that she would fix my nails quickly and be right with her. It seemed awkward for both myself and her other customer, as we were sitting right next to each other. The technician was very thorough with checking with her regular client about how she was doing and if she needed anything and what she wanted done. She did not as me any of these questions, which made me feel extremely unwelcome. I sat quietly and waited for her to complete her work. The technician then told me when we were almost done that "it was not her job to do my nails because she already had an appointment right now." (This is word-for-word what she told me). This shocked me to hear and made me very uncomfortable as I did not understand what I had done wrong, so I did not comment because I didn't know what to say honestly! Instead, I looked down and sat patiently as she proceeded to finish my nails. I believe she did well with my thumb although it is not straight and is long. However, my index finger is done horribly. It is the wrong length completely and is angled downward whereas all my other nails are nearly straight. I believe it is also the incorrect size as it is much more round than any of my other nails. I was so uncomfortable after she had finished, I did not want to have her fix the horrible job she had done. I've never felt so horribly about being a customer. After she finished, she told me I did not need to pay and I could go. I quietly asked her if I could still leave a tip (as I still know how hard times can be for service workers). She seemed almost surprised that I wanted to and said yes. I left $5 and nearly ran out the door. I was in tears walking out. I do understand stress during busy hours, but I'm not sure why the salon didn't have me wait longer if there was not a technician ready for me. Unfortunately, I will now need to find a new nail salon because I would be EMBARRASSED to go back here ever again. They make you feel bad for coming in -- just be aware!! I also hope the salon finds this review well as my first technician was nearly perfect. This is my first review I have ever felt the need to write to a business. I really hope they can find more people like the first tech soon!
