I use to come here years ago. Decided to try them again for a basic pedicure and a basic manicure. The guy who did my services cut me twice while doing my pedicure, took a personal call during service and walked away and knocked lotion in the water twice. With the manicure he didn't use any cuticle lotion or oil, the shape of my nails is don't all look the same and he painted my nails ( regular polish)and then tried to do the lotion so clearly my hands got no lotion only my forearms. I was a walk in at Magic Nails. I just wanted a Mani and Pedi for vacation. The nail tech tried to up sale the service that I wanted. I explained that I just wanted the basic package and then it went down hill from there. I tried talking to the tech and never got any response. The pedi was ok, then we start on the mani and the tech started my nails and the communation was hand guestures. When the mani was done the tech got up shut off the light and walked away and never said anything to me. I will not go back!! This was the worst customer service!! read more

The nail tech I had was name Brandon very kind man just would suggest him to improve on shaping for full sets! This isn't nearly a "soft almond" shape. Won't be back here sadly. read more

Asked for basic manicure, had to repeatedly say no anything more. The lady started cutting my nails without asking what length I wanted. I stopped her after 2nd nail to say I want them all the same length but they are ridiculously short, and were long to start.Of course I realize they will grow back but have to look at them every day. She soaked my nails in cold water, that was a first, not even room temperature. She was so rushed, barely trimmed my cuticles. Polish doesn't cover nails completely, ragged edges left after filing. I complained to her about all my concerns. She tried to work on cuticles again after they were polished. A second lady came over and looked at my nails ( apparently after she was told I wasn't happy) she looked at my nails and said if the trim my cuticles anymore they would bled. She said they needed oil, I have never had oil applied after a manicure. Worst manicure ever, no one seemed to care. I'm leaving with short nails, uneven edges and raggedy cuticles. Pretty sure I could have done it better myself. I was not offered a discount but they should have paid me for the practice manicure. I have been coming to this place on and off since I moved to highlands ranch 5 years ago. They have definitely added updates and upgrades but this will be the last time I come here. I walked into today and everything seemed fine until the process started. I get my manicure done first, so I can sit in the massage chair a little longer after the pedicure. The manicurists hands were sticky and I asked her a few times if she could wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. She said it was just the lotion and cuticle cream...felt really gross! I have been getting gel or shellac for about 15 years and know what I like. When it came time to put color on I asked for a lot of the sparkle so it was REALLY sparkly and she told me that most people don't do it that way...I asked again and she said that she would but that is not how people do it...really? While I was getting my toes done she would put stuff on the floor and then back In the water my feet were in and then back out again, gross! Finally a woman came in with no mask and was not asked to put one one. At this point our county was at the red level. I get that we go out to our own accord at this time but as a failing business, look at those stars, you should be adhering to all the rules not just ones that you want. Rude staff. Claim that their credit card machine isn't working and ask for check or cash. This isn't the first time they have done this to me. I saw several credit card receipts in the nail techs drawer from today. They asked me write down all of my credit card information and they would run the info. once the machine was working. Wonderful place! I don't get my nails done often because I can't stand the manicure process, but they made sure to accommodate my requests for a gentle manicure. The result was beautiful! By far the WORST nail salon I have EVER been to! I'll give you the highlights.... I got an eyebrow wax- the lady left spots of wax on my face around my eyebrow area! I begin a shellac manicure- a regular customer comes in and they move me over to another tech. Apparently, they think this is okay because even as the regular customer insisted it was okay for her to use another tech they thought it would be best to TRADE! TRADE... who does that? The tech I got was cold and rude. I selected shellac color number 32 a nude shade - HE picked up 22 a BRIGHT PINK shade and right before he was about to apply - I had to SHOW him that it was the wrong color. -By this point I don't need a massage I only want to leave and never come back. Some advice for the salon- work on your customer service. I would rather drive to another city than go back there. P.S. I hate my manicure read more

I have had a lot of pedicures and manicures before and this guy was the worst I have ever had. I wish I could give this 0 stars. I don't even want to pay for this service. He kept going back and forth to go get something every 5 seconds. Not prepared. The water was cold. Kept pinching and cutting my toes. Was not gentle AT ALL. I am so not happy. Do not go here. I have been a customer for several years. I usually get a deluxe pedicure once a month. I went in on a Saturday mid-morning. It was fairly busy and I was fine with getting the first available. The lady was extremely rude. I have never experienced this with this salon. She tossed my feet around. She really cut my toenails too short and was extremely rough with me. She seemed to be very angry and took it out on my feet. I have 2 of my toenails I've been watching, fearful of ingrown nails. I have one toe that's been hurting for 3 weeks now. I've been soaking in warm salt water to hopefully receive what's going on. Needless to say I will never be back! read more

Wow! So unimpressed with this place. Went for a pedicure. No welcome, just "pick out your color." My water when I sat down was cold. Had to straddle tub until they drained and refilled. The technician didn't introduce herself and no communication at all thought service. The salon had no music. No client engagement with ANY of the technicians. I have been to this nail salon many times, as it is close to my home. Before today, I would say that my experiences have been fair. Today, my daughter and son rode their bikes up to the salon with plans for my daughter to get a manicure and for them to then grab a snack. My daughter asked how much it would be to get a manicure and the salon staff asked to see how much money they had. They had $22.22. Well, guess how much it cost for my daughter to get a manicure? $22.22. I called the salon to ask how much a manicure was and they said $15. I asked how much it was for a kid's manicure and they said $13. I asked them, "then why did you just charge my daughter $22.22 for her manicure?" Worst part is the woman had my soak my shellac off in a bowl of acetone which she then poured into a larger container to be re-used after she used it on me.
