My pedicure was beautiful I would definitely recommend going there the seat where clean and new

By far the worst dip manicure I've ever gotten. My cuticles were cut to bits, they're scabbing over now. The finished product was bumpy and looked like there was dirt in the powder they applied. I've had the manicure for five days and it already fell off my right pointer finger. As for the salon itself, pretty dirty chairs and tables. One woman was working on four people at one time. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but for a $45 manicure, I expect way more from my salon. STAY AWAY. read more

I walked in as a first time customer. I asked if they could refill my dip and I was told they don't do dip. Neither of the two women cared to look at my nails to see what they could do for me. I went in to get a pedicure. I have been very disappointed in the services from American Nails in Aurora. My feet looked horrible, as if I had not been to a nail salon in year. My feet was scaly and had dead skin, Cici nails heard my compliant and what I was looking for. The offered a calluses treatment. The treatment worked wonders my feet are not perfect (YET) but they are no longer in hiding. They offered beverages during your massage, they were professional and you were addressed by name. Great new design if you have been to the previous place, Bella Nails. Much brighter. Eager to please. I got a shellac mani and pedi with paraffin. New owners had a salon in Cherry Creek so they know how to serve. They could use a bigger shellac color selection. Prices are comparable to all other nail salon. read more

I've worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and my fiancé and I own a very high, and a pristine restaurant here in Laramie, Wyoming. I have never received such unprofessional and horrible service as I did here while getting eyelashes done. She practically burn my eyes out with glue and blamed me while hissing and spitting in my face. At this salon, the owner, which I know by Tina, treated me terrible and so disrespectful. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I pray someone would teach this lady, some manners and some morals. read more

This nail salon used to be my favorite. I've been coming here for almost 10 years. Today I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and was highly disappointed. It was extremely rushed and rude. My toe nails are now shaped crooked and half of them aren't fully polished. I was also cut twice and didn't even receive an apology. If you're in that much of a rush don't accept an appointment. I came into the salon on a Saturday morning to get my nails done for my college graduation the following week. The experience was nice and clean. I asked for a French manicure set of acrylics with regular polish. When we got to the polish, the nail tech pulled out shellac and when I told her I wanted normal polish, she said "no. Shellac will last longer." Which she did, and I got charged for. But, I said it was fine in the end because it was pretty. Two days later, I had two chipped nails and one nail fell off two days after that. I came in to have those three nails fixed, which they were very accommodating for. However, the morning of my graduation (only 7 days after initial visit) three more acrylic nails fell off. All in all, I spent $85 for nails that lasted 6 days. Walked into this nail salon urgent to get my nails done in between a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Poor planning on my part but I called and they said they could get me in (4PM on a Saturday). The lady who did my nails was nice. However, she did not fill my nails when I asked. She stated they just need filed and gel color. No more acrylic she said. Whatever, I need them done asap! The shape of my nails looked decent as well as the filing job. However, I noticed when she went to get the tools for my Nails, she pulled them out of a crayon box stowed in her desk (not from a sanitizer solution). She also returned the tools to the same box in her desk when finishing me. Leading me to believe they are never sanitized. Well when she was doing her file job she cut me and surprise to surprise 3 days later my finger is the size of a large grape. On top of the infection, the gel was chipped within a day and I had to have a fill within 10 days because they were so chipped I couldn't handle it. I should have known when there was not a single person in this salon on a Saturday afternoon something was up. Dont make the mistake I did again! read more

My cousin and I came in. Didn't really wait for a long time. I started first and shown one of the lady the style I want. I asked her if she had any stickers like stars or other type. They don't have any stickers or types of stones. Only ONE type!!!!!! I don't think she has any sense of fashion/ style/ or what is aesthetically pleasing. With my cousin's nails!!!! I'm really mad!!! She did cat eye and the color should be a really pretty color and the shine should be really clear. After finish, I asked the lady who helped her to add one more layer, because the base color "purple" was showing too much!!!! She said in Korean... and seems she mad at what I was asking!!!! I paid for $95 with $15tip for both of us. I just don't understand why they seem mad!!! First time writing a review...it just made me really mad at this place. I did my nails here one time, the other lady was so nice!!!!!and she did it how I wanted!!!!!!!!!!! Even she said she will try her best!!!!! But now!!! I live in the area and have either gone to the Nail Boutique near the movie theater or Cici Nails. I have been going for a while on and off. I have never had complaints until the past 3 times I went. And this is all about one technician, the older one. My mother and I got pedicures over the summer and my mother complained that this technician was very quick and almost rushed. The last 2 times I have gotten gel manicures. The first time she also seemed a little rushed and put the polish on kind of thick. But I just rolled with it especially bc my nails looked fine. The last time I went I was really disappointed when I saw she was doing my nails. It was a Friday night, an hour and a half before closing, and they were dead. She wasn't necessarily as rushed but she did put the polish on really thick again and didn't pay attention to detail. It looked okay and I left. Now 2 days later 4/10 of my nails are severely cracking which I've never had happen before with gel nails. So I did some research and it's usually the technician and how the polish is applied (usually too thick). I actually really like this place and the owner is super nice and takes a lot of pride in his shop. Just beware of the older technician, her work isn't quality. read more

I've been here 4 or 5 times now, and the first couple times were good--I love their pedicures--but the last couple left me feeling very disappointed. A few times I've gotten shellac and it starts chipping and peeling off after just a couple days. The last time I went I just wanted a manicure with no paint. I asked how much it would be to get my shellac removed and get a manicure without them painting my nails. She said 10$, so I said great. She only soaked the shellac for a couple minutes before roughly scraping it off with the metal tool, and then used the nail file to file the rest of it off. A couple other people had walked in, so she told me to go wash my hands and said I was done. Not only was I rushed out to make room for people wanting full manicures, but my nails have been painfully messed up ever since. read more

So the two stars are based on the quality of work that I received. I went in for acrylics and received what I believe is a glue base with powder acrylic, I am not even sure to be honest but there was not a drill used on me just a bunch of nail glue and a file. Which is different but I thought hey, they must know what they are doing! The nails themselves looked good, but the nail technician was having a hard time getting them to dry and they were lifting & she was getting frustrated which was not my fault. May I add she wasn't the friendliest nail technician either (the older lady) which is fine you don't have to be nice to me. On the last nail I showed her it was messed up she just smudged it with her finger and said there. I let it go and left. The next morning the gel on my nails were already peeling off :( so I remembered as I walked out the owner, who was very nice said they guarantee their work for three days. I truthfully didn't want to be that person and go back but I paid $50.00 and these should not be peeling. So I went back and she fixed them all, of course she was not happy but she did them. I think the part that bothered me the most was her comment at the the end, "Good? No more problems?" Well yes more problems, all the gel peeled again the next day. So 5 days after and all my nails are gel less and started to lift. This is not okay, possibly it is the quality of work this nail technician puts into her clients because the owner seems to take pride in his cute shop. I won't be driving from Aurora to come back here as I do to see my Estonian across the street at eco salon. Maybe it is best if others stay away from the French Tips with gel. Pedi maybe? read more

Love CiCi Nails! I've been here for two shellac manicures & the service was impeccable. Manicurist was so friendly and professional; I was wowed by her painting perfection both times. Person at the front desk was so welcoming and kind, and they treated my grandma so well when I brought her here the first time we went. I am so picky about nail salons because my husband works in public health & many places are a higher risk for contracting hepatitis & HIV, if they don't sterilize their tools and facility properly. It is very clean here, though, and worth the 40min drive from Westminster for me! read more

I just left Cici's, after getting a pedi. I got the Deluxe pedi, which was $50. The salon was clean. They let me test a couple comes before I committed. Everyone was very nice. That said, she risked through my pedi. There salon was basically empty, so there was no reason for this. Even if it was crowded, it shouldn't feel so rushed. I don't live in the area, so I doubt is return. But if I did live I the area, I probably would try done other salons. read more

We went last week for our first manicure. Neither of us knew what to expect from this. The ladies were very nice and attentive. They worked really fast, like it was a competition to see who could finish first. I was feeling like they wanted to get us done so they could get someone else in their chairs, even though there was no one waiting. They charged us an extra $5.00 for a high polish which I wouldn't do again. They didn't get ridges out of our nails and we used my nail buffer at home to finish the job. We think we will save the $22 per person plus tip and do our own nails at home from now on. read more

Okay, this place does amazing nails and I always love the outcome. What strikes me is how subtly rude they are; my second time I was placed with an older lady who ended up making me cry because she was so mean. This lady was rough, mean, and seemed annoyed and pulled at my cuticles like beef jerky! The third time I go, I get asked when I am due from the man, as I proceeded to tell him I am not pregnant just obviously fat, he said oh well your glowing- I am completely embarrassed and wanted to hide under a rock! The fourth time and last time I go and get a pedicure with someone else. The price is ridiculous, but tipped great (so we thought) a 14% tip! The lady asked that we pay more tip that it's not enough; I was baffled and in shock. They charged us extra, and found this to be completely rude! By time we left we had left a $35 tip on a $120 tab!!! Very sad how blunt a group of people could be! Will not be going back and it's really disappointing because they do an amazing job, just wished they were not so rude! read more

Cici nails is AMAZING! My gel manicure and pedicure were done with such detail and care. Color selection was up to date and all the polishes looked so clean. You walk in to this place and immediately feel welcomed. I really love how they use individual covers for the pedicure tubs, which is so sanitary and the massage chair is so comfy you never want to get up. The lotions and scrubs they use smell so good and make your feet and legs feel super soft. I suffer from dry skin and decided to buy this organic Shea butter they carry and my hands and legs have been feeling so much smoother. If you like designs on your nails ask for Cindy, she is so creative and skilled. Overall so pleased and thankful to have found Cici nails! read more

Cici nails is not my normal salon, but I had a couple of hours to spend in the area and needed a pedicure so I went based on reviews. I was impressed with the salon when I first entered - it appeared clean and the chairs were new and in good working order. I was a bit concerned as there was only one other person in the salon. "It's a weekday", I thought. The services, in my opinion, were on the expensive side but I decided on one of their higher end pedicures and thought the value would be there. All seemed to be going well although I did notice a couple of things of concern (like not removing my old polish well). I should have been more concerned! Within two days my polish had begun to chip; just a couple days more and my NAILS began to chip and tear! I suppose I should have followed by instincts and walked out when I noticed only one other person in the salon. I will NEVER return and would NEVER recommend Cici Nails to anyone else. read more
