I returned to have them "fixed," but the nails continued to lift and fall off afterward. What frustrated me even more was that the technician admitted the clear dip powder he used was "sticky" or gooey and might have caused the issue--yet he still used the same product during the second visit and said himself he needed to purchase new polishes. Now my natural nails are damaged because of it. I would not recommend this place at all. The quality, technique, and overall care were extremely disappointing.

This was by far the most expensive nail salon I've ever visited--$150 for a Gel-X set and a pedicure. While the price alone was shocking, I would have been okay with it if the quality matched. However, the Gel-X set lasted only two weeks before the nails completely started popping off, which is highly unusual. I had them done on April 11, and by April 25 they were already failing. This clearly reflects poor workmanship and is unacceptable given the cost. I would strongly recommend avoiding this nail salon.
