The pedicure was extremely rough with no massage or foot scrub. When we started the Gel X, I was asked to hold the light myself, and the tips were applied crooked and halfway down my nails. After asking for them to be fixed, I was told they couldn't be placed any closer to my cuticle. I eventually asked if someone else could do them and was told they had been busy that day. I completely understand being busy, but I called ahead and made an appointment specifically for Gel X. I would have much rather been told they couldn't accommodate it. I wasted over 2 hours and now have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get my nails done.

As it turns out, they made the decision to take a walk in who wanted both a pedicure and a manicure, roughly 5 minutes before we arrived for our scheduled appointments. As it started to dawn on me that my wait would be awhile, I asked for water to soak my feet, at the very least. No one said anything to me that my wait would be extensive or apologized to me for the wait. After 30 minutes I realized that I would not get worked on until my father was done! As it turns out, this was more than an hour!! DO NOT schedule an appointment with this establishment because they will not honor it. Take your chances walking in. This is a terrible business practice and no way to treat repeat customers. Clearly all they value is maximizing profit over customer service. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. BE CAREFUL.
