I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and, upon arrival, was informed that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule. While inconvenient, I understand that delays happen and did not have an issue with that. My concern is with the quality of the service itself. I was charged $60 for a gel manicure with chrome, which was significantly more expensive than I was accustomed to paying here. Unfortunately, the results did not reflect that price point. The chrome effect is barely visible and simply looks like a standard shiny top coat. My cuticles were minimally attended to, leaving the manicure looking unfinished and uneven. Additionally, several nails are lumpy and inconsistent in appearance. Most disappointing of all, the polish on my thumb began peeling less than 24 hours after the appointment. For a gel manicure at this price, I expected much better quality and longevity. As a long-time customer who has had many positive experiences here over the years, it is especially disheartening to leave such a review. I have always appreciated this salon, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.

Typically I ask for extra massage time but I really didn't need to because the massage time that was included with the package I got was great!! Definitely felt very relaxed. The only things I noticed (and why one star is missing) that could be improved is the ventilation... Cause it smells RIPE with acetone... Our nail techs were super friendly, and did such a great job with the pedicure. I really liked the chair massage too! I ordered an iced coffee, but they had an issue with the ice machine taken too long so because it took so long and I got it towards the end of the service they comped my coffee for me. Very nice of them and the coffee was absolutely delicious! Anywho, since my daughter now lives closer to this location, this will be where I go whenever I am in town :)

A few days ago I made an appointment online for builder gel with Yvonne at 6:30pm. I walked in a little before 6:30pm and the man at the desk who I assume is the manager said I didn't have an appointment but they could still get me in. My nail tech was a man and unfortunately I didn't get his name. Every 5 mins he kept looking at his phone to check the time and told me that he was going to do my nails fast but nice, and insinuated that he wanted to go home. I get that the nail techs work long days and that I was going to be his last client of the day but I should be treated with the same respect as a client who shows up at 1pm. The nail tech was sassy and snarky throughout the entire time I was there. I showed him what I wanted on Pinterest and he got the colors. Once he started painting, I realized that the colors he chose were not accurate to the photo. I told him and I didn't like it and asked to change the color. One of the other nail techs tried to find colors that matched the photo but unfortunately the salon didn't have anything that matched. I know that salons aren't going to have every color and I would have appreciated if my nail tech was upfront and honest that they didn't have what I wanted. I ended up choosing maroon french tips. The color is fine. However, once I got home I realized I could still see the silver that the nail tech originally put. I could tell he was rushing so he could leave. The nail tech spoke to another colleague in their native language and they both started laughing. I felt like I was getting made fun of for asking for a different color. Additionally, after the nail tech finished painting one hand he said "you don't want to change the color right?" and it was in a very rude and annoyed tone. The nail tech didn't put cuticle oil on my hands after he was finished. He put lotion on my hands and told me to rub it in myself. After we were done, the nail tech complained that he will now be getting home at 9pm. Right when I got up to the front to pay, all the workers were there waiting to leave and someone turned off the lights. Overall, I'm very disappointed in my experience here and I will need to go back to a different salon to get my nails fixed. They look awful and definitely not $65 worth. So this is a warning that if you want good service, don't go at 6:30pm even though they close at 8pm
