Great service and very attentive to detail ! The salon is nice and clean and the employees are very courteous ! Worth the price !

Gel manicure
Rose H.

I got a regular gel manicure. The place is at a humble strip mall and the owner was friendly but the person who did my nails was not. I was a walk-in with 10 min call-ahead to make sure they were not busy (I came on a Monday at 11:30am). Dana did my nails and the entire process felt very rushed. I did not feel "pampered" in any way. As you can see in the photo, there was some lumpiness on the gel. She was also rough with filing my nails. I couldn't tell how clean the tools were, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt. The assortment of colors was not the most impressive-- I brought in a picture of what I was looking for (color similar to OPI Bubble Bath) but had to just settle for something similar. I was out of there in less than 30 min, beginning to end, and felt so incredibly rushed. I had regular polish on my nails when I showed up and she rushed in getting the polish off with acetone, and it was a sloppy job in the sense that there was still some residue of my other nail polish by the time we started. The cuticle cutting was uneven. I also wish that she spent more time on the hand massage at the end-- she was not really paying attention and it wasn't as relaxing as the hand massages during manicures usually feel. The prices were the real redeeming factor-- it was $33 for the gel manicure and I added a $5 tip at the end to come out to a total of $38. I would say the interaction and service was 2/5 stars. The job done on my nails was 3/5 stars. The price was reasonable, but I've had way better experiences for similar prices elsewhere. I would not recommend friends to come here, nor would I come back.

Dip powder
Chaquille H.

I was in town for my birthday and decided to stop in to get my nails done. I did not have to wait, which was nice. The lady who did my nails plopped the options for dip powder in front of me and walked away. I picked one, and she started working without speaking for at least 10 minutes. I asked her to cut my cuticles, and she waited until the very end, which ended up with her cleaning off the glue and not really my cuticles. When I went to pay, they told me 50.00, however I had seen the prices online quoted at 30.00 so I asked additional questions. They told me it was normally 45.00, but it was an upcharge for the glitter I chose. The woman who did my nails then walked away and to the other woman. I tried to explain there were no prices quoted and certainly nothing about an upcharge when she gave me all the colors. She eventually charged the 45.00, but when I asked if they had prices, they could show me she said no. Long story short, if you go here, please ask upfront for prices and if they will upcharge for anything. Truly, the work was just ok.

I love this place a lot. I've always had a good experience when I go here, and my nails look amazing every time. Jenny is really really good, I definitely recommend her.

This is by far my favorite nail salon! I have never been so happy with my nails. They are so talented and nice here, don't waste your time and money anywhere else. This place is the best!

I went into MT nails today for new holiday themed nails. I got there a little early for my appointment, but they were able to start my nails right away. I absolutely love them and I've already gotten compliments! Great experience.

Cuticles

First time going here . Experience was very weird . But I went in for a fill and the lady who did my nails she cut multiple of my cuticles and my nails are now uneven

Best pedis ever!

I've been going to owner for over 20 years! (Obviously before they opened their own shop) I've never been disappointed with their work and they're always so kind and polite! The salon is nice and clean.

I love how open they are with their designs. It makes it very convenient to get cool and uniques designs on your nails. After going here I feel fabulous and I would definitely recommend it everyone. The customer service was wonderful and everyone there is really nice.

Let's begin with a confession…read more I am a grown man who gets pedicures. I refer to the process, affectionately, as "sanding my hooves." Now before the men reading this clutch their masculinity like a fragile heirloom, let me explain something. At a certain point in life you must confront the reality that the feet you've been ignoring for decades are attached to the rest of you. And if you live in Colorado, those feet are eventually going to end up in flip flops or sandals. Enter Etoile Salon, where professional technicians transform what can only be described as feral hiking hooves into respectable human feet again. They truly are superb. Gentle, focused, and extremely professional. No rushing, no chaos. Just skilled people quietly performing the miracle of turning your feet back into something you wouldn't be ashamed to parade around town. For the record, I usually go with The Classic Etoile Pedicure. 35 minutes, $50. It's the perfect amount of time for someone to politely and methodically restore order to your feet while you sit there contemplating life choices. There are also plenty of add-ons if you want. Scrubs, treatments, upgrades. The spa equivalent of "would you like fries with that?" Then something unexpected happened. I started adding color. At first it was tentative black. You know...safe. Masculine. The gateway color. Then came money green. A little flash. A little attitude. Fiscally responsible. And most recently...royal purple. If this continues, by summer I fully expect to be sitting in that chair calmly selecting something called "cosmic mermaid chrome." The owner, Nara, is an absolute rock star. She's been in the industry for nearly two decades and that makes you realize the person working on your feet knows far more about taking care of them than you ever will. But credentials aside, what really stands out is how she runs the place. Nara has mastered the rare hospitality skill of making every customer feel like a longtime regular. People walk in and greet her like family, and she somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly while making sure everyone feels welcomed and relaxed. Which makes sense, because the entire vibe of the salon is calm and comfortable, not rushed. A logistical tip: they get slammed early on weekends. My last appointment was 1pm on a Saturday and it was practically serene. Six chairs, three customers, zero chaos. Now here's the part that tells you everything you need to know. I live in Cherry Creek, which has roughly one nail salon per block. I could walk to several of them while holding an Americano and pretending I'm productive. Instead, I drive 15 minutes to Etoile. Because when someone is responsible for maintaining your toenails, you develop loyalty. So gentlemen, if you've been avoiding pedicures because you think it's not your thing, let me offer a perspective. You maintain your car. You service your HVAC. You sharpen your kitchen knives. Why would you ignore the two things that literally take you everywhere? Go get your hooves sanded. And if you're feeling bold, try royal purple. It's surprisingly empowering.

I've never had my nails look so bad in my life. I spent 2 1/2 hours and $95 (not including tip)…read morelater for my nails to look like glue on Barbie nails. The attitude of the employees when I went back to get my nails fixed by the same person was extremely unprofessional. I'm still going to need to get my nails redone due to the bumps and bubbles in my nails.

My 25 year old daughter introduced me to this nail salon. Her attention to details and an…read moreestablishment's cleanliness is very important. It's also a big deal for me but she owns a cleaning business so she notices little things I may overlook. We both had the basic pedicure. The seats are comfortable with the massage option which is pretty much standard in nail salons these days. Sparks pedicure chairs are well kept and have been upgraded. The entire place is modern & updated which is another reason we like to go there. We actually drive 18 minutes & 8 miles to go to Sparks even though there are plenty of nail salons within 5 minutes of our house. Okay, so pedicures were great & relaxing. The lady asked if I wanted my nails trimmed or filed - having the option was nice. They have a couple of televisions in the place so you can also splurge on HGTV while you're there. The volume is down on the tvs but you can read the captions. They also had a nice selection of music playing which was well suited for the crowd of mostly ladies between the ages of 30-50. After pedicures we both had our nails done. My daughter opted for shellac and I prefer regular polish. Shellac cures and dries faster than polish. Her nails came out great. Mine did too but with regular polish you get a base clear coat, two coats of color and then a clear coat. I dried my nails under the dryer for about 5-7 minutes while I waited for her nails to be done. Total was $126 and I tipped $25 so our total was $151.00. After we left we went to the mall for a bit and then headed home for the evening. I was going out with friends so I jumped in the shower - this was about 2.5 hours after our nails were done. I got out of the shower and the loofah had destroyed my finger nails. I was pretty bummed because I didn't have time to get them fixed before heading out for the night. So disclaimer: maybe ask to have nails dried slightly in between coats if you have something to do in the next few hours and have chosen regular polish. I don't like shellac because it weakens my nails. The silver lining: I went back to Sparks the next day and explained what happened and they repainted the nails that looked like loofah texture! They did not ask for any type of payment and didn't make a big deal out of it which is the customer service I hope for! I did tip my lady $5.00 because I was pleased with the overall situation. So we'll keep coming back for our relaxing spa day and I'd recommend Sparks for anyone looking to get their nails done.

I've been a monthly visitor for over a year and a half now, only stopping a couple months ago…read morebecause my financial situation hasn't allowed me the leisure to get my nails done anymore. iNail Studio is definitely not the cheapest salon in town but they're in my opinion, the best. Quality products, great technique, and friendly service and conversation every time. My nail lady has been Risa mainly, who did these designs and more. We trialed a bunch of different options in anticipation of my wedding this June. She is incredibly talented, able to recreate any inspo at a glance, and has such a steady line for even the smallest details. I've always been super satisfied with her work and any damage I've incurred to my nails has been my own fault, not hers. Coming to iNail Studio is like hanging out with friends or sisters. The other clients are also very nice and often chat. The staff always offers drinks and bathroom breaks, and I enjoy my visits greatly. They genuinely care about each of their clients and make sure to deliver the best nails every time. I like that the products they use are all premium Japanese or Chinese gel, with a technique that preserves the health of my nails over time. I had no nail length at all when I first started coming, when I got gelx extensions, and had decently long natural nails by the time I stopped. Overall, I'd recommend iNail studio to anyone who likes cute, pretty and fun nails that will last, stun, and earn compliments wherever you go. I love these ladies and can't wait to return eventually!

The sweetest ladies and the best nail experience!…read more I am obsessed with true soft gel, as my nail beds feel less damaged, and I love getting designs to make my mani experience worth the price. This shop does both so well. My gel manis here typically last 3-4 weeks without any damage, which is mindblowing. And the ladies are so courteous. I wanted to take a breather from gels and they happily agreed to a regular mani for me. That white mani has lasted a whole week!
