WORST SERVICE EVER. I walked in and asked Hola Lam (sits at station #9 and said she's the owner) if the nails I wanted were easy. She said yes -- clearly not true. The nail shape came out bulky, uneven, and sloppy. When I asked her to fix them, she yelled at me and said, "wait, I'll fix it later," with a horrible attitude. During the design portion, she then said she couldn't do a simple heart shape facing the direction I requested. Instead of correcting her mistakes, she told me, "If you don't like it, I'll cut them off." Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. At that point, I let her finish because I didn't want my time wasted any further -- which was another mistake. This was by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. A complete waste of time and money. I will never return and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I'm giving 2 stars solely because of the pedi. No pun intended. The pedi was great aside from not looking at my cuticles. She paid attention to my feet and getting them back into shape- I'm on my feet 12 hours a day and they were in need of a little help. My "mani" left a lot to be desired. There was no mani, just applying the dip. She filed them some, but didn't ask what shape I wanted, nor was the skin around my nail or the cuticles addressed. When I get stressed or nervous, I scratch on my thumb for whatever reason. Everywhere I have been has clipped and made it look better. Before leaving, I had to ask the lady to redo a finger because it felt so rough. At that point, I was done. The dip color selection is minimal and they will try to sell you on the more expensive pedi- handing you the menu open to the highest priced. Thankfully I noticed the numbers and turned it over and she turned it back showing me the more expensive even though I said I just wanted a basic for today. Very pushy in that regard. Personally, I stopped going to my other place and only come here now. Hannah is AMAZING and uses quality products. I don't like to go over 3 weeks before getting a fill but like happens and I've gone at least a month and a half with no issues other than growth. In the pic, I broke my nail.. nothing to do with the person but that is over a month since they were done. No lifting or anything... nails just grew out. Angel is so great at doing my eyebrows and I can't thank her enough! So many don't know how to get both of mine even but she has no problem at all. It is nice and quiet. Don't come here after 5pm or 2 hours before their closing time. They do a sloppy job at the end of the day because the workers want to go home (which I understand as I'm sure it's been a long day), but they do a sloppy job and literally cut into my cuticles and made 2 of my cuticles bleed. They didn't file my nails nor had me wash my hands after they cut my cuticles and then proceeded to rub lotion all into my hands along with my cuticle blood. I was really hopeful that it would be nice but I feel like what I paid was also very overpriced for the quality and time. After a wonderful day at the spa which was amazing (cheery spa) . We decided to cap our spa day off with pedicures and manicures at a salon a bit closer to home. The pedicure was basic but fine they have options for upgrades and are transparent about prices as they give you a sheet saying extra charges etc. it's clear they may have had some communication issues in the past. As I'm 7 months pregnant I had to use the restroom and that was interesting they had no toilet paper (I looked crazy frantically searching) , the door was held open with a shoe string and it was cleaned to my teenage daughters standard. Which also come on guys let's put away some of the stuff why must the whole store remind me of an episode of hoarders it's nice to relax at a salon but my ocd was extra on alert. Now my manicure.... I understand this is your profession you do this every single day and I value your input but at the end of the day if I want my nails shorter please just oblige. I know they won't last as long etc and giving me your input is ok but continuing to not listen and doing what length you feel works is not ok. I also of course got the tech that must be the owner and has to always get up multi task do this and that etc. which made things take longer and her miss attention to details. I'm really not a picky person regarding stuff like this but my nails are not even. The dip is very bumpy and then not filed smooth. We have trials and errors and this salon was for sure an error. Like I said I have experienced worse for sure but with so much competition out there this one is a pass. read more

I honestly don't know what all the bad reviews I have seen are about. Rosemary did a wonderful job on my nails! She took her time and helped me pick out colors for my nails. (I am SUPER indecisive!) I called and made an appointment last minute and they were able to take me. Everyone was super nice and the prices are very fair! It is super close to my work and very convenient! I went in wanting a simple gel color with no design and told the nail technician when she asked I said "no design just plain" After doing my color she just starts putting on designs which is of course an extra charge in which I did not ask for. So when I was done she charged me for the designs that she put on my nails when I told her I didn't want any. In shock, I paid and then I left .. it was until I got to my house that I realized she didn't give me my card back. The girl was also texting almost the entire time she did my nails, and maybe that's why they're super uneven and irregular in length and shape. The edges of some of the are strange and too skinny/small, my pointer nails are almost half an inch longer than the rest and the thumbs are probably a quarter inch longer than the others too. I went to the salon yesterday when I was in the area. I have been getting my nails and toes done for over twenty years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. 1) they only had 3 technicians working on a Sunday so there was a wait 2) they are overpriced for what they provide 3) I am positive that there is no way the technician I had was licensed because she did everything wrong. Bear in mind, I am not a technician myself but I always get the same thing so I generally know what to expect. 4) it's been 1 day and my dip powder is already chipping (my last dip lasted 5 weeks from another salon without a single chip) 5) for $90 I would expect to not have an infection on my toe and in pain as well as received the appropriate level of service for that kind of money 6) they weren't friendly by any sort of the imagination I highly recommend going elsewhere. I will never go back to this place and will warn every female I know in Denver to stay away. read more

Got a paronychia (essentially a type of staph infection) from a pedicure on my big toe from improper nail cutting. Upon asking around they're supposed to use plastic bags in the tub for sanitary purposes, she did not. She sliced way too much out of the sides of my nails and barely noticed when I flinched in pain. The actual pedicure was AWFUL, it rippled while the guy finished my dip manicure. I pointed it out to the guy and he seemed annoyed to have to redo the toe, and then proceeded to tell ME TO BE MORE CAREFUL. lol gaslighting me into thinking that was my fault! anyway that toe developed a painful infection hours later causing me to go on a course of antibiotics. The dip manicure also fell apart THREE DAYS LATER. I went back to the salon and demanded they remove the rest of the dip polish free of charge and they'll never see me again. Trying to report them to the state has been a nightmare but I'll keep trying. read more

These are the worst nails I've ever gotten. The chick that was doing my nails tried to fix them for like 20 minutes.she left my nails ridged, bumpy and totally uneven. They are all different length and shapes! I asked her if she could just to an ombré glitter and she first tried to do this wonky foil stuff that just looked terrible then she did this... the pedicure was ehh except I told the lady I get ingrown toe nails if they are cut too short so please leave them a tad longer, well she took that as I HAD an ingrown toe nail and started to rip my friggin toe nail off! My toe nail started bleeding on both sides! I didn't have anything wrong with my toe nails at all! I told her to just stop and leave it alone. I paid $45 for this rebase and $30 for the pedicure...I'm sooo disappointed! I will never be back! Im disappointed, my sister always has super cute sets and so I decided to give them a chance. It was the the worst! I came in on a weekend with friends. I was sat at a pedicure chair and left in the water for about 20 minutes before the lady returned to start and as she is starting she maybe just cut the cuticle then left again. She did this several times. My group was done and I wasn't even started. She came back and then continued to work on my feet, I chose the basic. She just rubbed my feet a bit put the color and then asked me to sit in her chair. She then proceeded to soak my nails then leave AGAIN to go work on someone's feet. My friend and I complained and she just smiled then began my nails as I said I wanted just a removal and mani. She glued the tips and at this point I said what Can go wrong....WELL she dropped the glitter on the floor then scooped it from the floor, then put it on my nails! That's soooo unsanitary. This salon has terrible service when they are busy and is not sanitary. There seems to be one good nail tech for manis only but everyone else rushes, they don't use clean tools and they will nickel and dime you for everything with poor product in the end. People only like them because they are cheap. My gel pedi peeled within one week and was poorly painted and my feet (which I asked the lady not to use the cheese style grater on and she did anyway) are flaking and in terrible shape. I told my technician that the clipping she was doing hurt she smiled and kept going. When I tried to pull my foot back she grabbed it and proceeded to do what I didn't want right before I was about to say stop and walk out she stopped. Generally a terrible experience and I won't go there again. I'm hoping to file a DORA complaint to stop the dirty practices. read more

This salon is under new management and operating under a different name, but they do not have proper signage up. I asked for a basic mani pedi with shellac polish. The pedicure I got lasted maybe 10 minutes from start to finish. When I asked for polish choices, I was given a total of 10 shellac color choices, almost all of which were pink. The leg massage was more of a pounding/beating my my legs instead of a massage. The tech used cuticle oil to rub my legs which stained my jeans. When it was done she told me to put my shoes on and walked away to her manicure table. No assistance what so ever. Then, the entire time she was doing my manicure she kept complaining about the owner and how the business is run, trying to make me feel bad for her - I assume to get a better tip. She told me they pay her $6 an hour. None of the tools she used were in sanitizer or new packaging, either. Oh, and she proceeded to coat my arms in cuticle oil as well while beating/massaging them, too. The nail tech talked the entire time even when I blatantly told her I came there to relax! Upon leaving, she awkwardly hugged me and planted a kiss on my neck. I will NOT be back. read more

Today was my first visit at the salon, and what a relief it was to see a clean environment. Helen quickly greeted my friend and I and asked what we were looking for. I have been seeing Helen now for 2 years. When she left her old salon I followed!! She's been AMAZING!! I'm always greeted with warmth and big smiles. My nails have never been healthier than they are now. I was having som problems with Shellac making my nails weak. Helen has now gotten a healthier alternative to Shellac. It's a dipping powder and it lasts almost 3 weeks! When she takes it off my nails are strong!! There's over 400 colors of it to choose from!!!
