Came here after yelping some nearby nail places to get my nails done on a whim. I came as soon as they opened at 10 am and a woman named Linda took me. I normally at my regular nail place spend around 50 dollars getting tips, a full set of SNS, and filing it coffin shape. This time around I got a full set of acrylic nails with tips and basic polish. If you can get through the initial upsell - they try to tell you to do things like gel instead of regular polish - the prices are really cheap. My whole set of nails only cost $20 and if you pay cash you get another 5% off on top of it! They do a pretty good job on the actual nails but there is no traditional nail cleaning, cuticle cleaning, NO HOT TOWEL, NO LOTION OR MASSAGE. Literally went there to paint my nails and then leave. One of the reasons I don't paint my nails at home and get them done at a salon is because I like the additional things.. What can I say - this is a classic strip mall nail salon. read more

I walked in to find my favorite manicurist ever, one I'd lost touch with about 5 years ago, Lee!!!! There she was, kind, talented, beautiful as ever. Lee has the ability to make gnarly cuticled, split-nailed finger-tips in to catalog beauties at a very reasonable rate. Thanks, Lee. I've been here twice, both times for a dip manicure. First time was on my bachelorette day to do my bridal nails. I wanted a light pink with and ombré white tip. I got exactly what I wanted, although the nail was quite thick and not as close to the cuticle as I'd like it to be. But still pretty. Second time was GREAT. Different nail tech (Vina, highly recommend). Thin nails. Even. Close to the cuticle and she worked on the area that meets the nail by the cuticle to make it as flusg to the nail as possible. She put in so much effort and redid things if they didn't come out right. I called before I went in making sure there was an opening. I went and had to wait 45 minutes even though I made an appointment. The atmosphere was on the cluttered side and there wasn't much organization of anything. I ended up getting a full set of acrylic nails and they turned out decent. I genuinely think that their prices reflect their services. You get what you pay for. I don't mind a $30 rebase with gel color, if you're used to boujee nails & high prices then I would look elsewhere. Ive been to this place a handful of times before and only once actually liked my nails but I just needed one nail fix and a color change, I figured the place would work for now.... let me start with I left an hour ago and I have an appointment tomorrow morning at a different salon. I feel like if you're not getting T or Chris you might as well not go here... I've never been able to get an appointment with either of them but I'm sure they're the best there. I've been going to this salon for a while now, and I think it's wonderful. Competant, even talented technicians who care about quality, and who care about creating a relationship with their customers. I've read some of the reviews where people had to wait a long time even with an appointment. That's never happened to me. I do know that one time I had to wait for maybe twenty minutes or so. But my technician had tried to call me to let me know there'd be a delay because earlier clients were requesting more services. The prices are fair and the results are exactly what I expect. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had at a salon which is saying a lot. This was my second time here and last time wasn't too bad, so I thought I'd come back. When I walked in I asked if they had time to remove my nails and they said yes. They had me sit down and wait for 20 minutes. Then when the lady finally got around to me she literally tried to start ripping off my nails by sticking a false nail underneath it and ripping it off. When I asked her what she was doing she said oh this is the quick way. I said well I can rip my nails off myself I came here to have them removed properly. She then got very upset with me and she rushed through the process and put acetone on my fingers and then literally started doing somebody else's nails. She was rushing so much, the machine she was using cut my fingers multiple times and I was bleeding in two places by the time I left. This process literally took an hour and a half because she way going back and forth between me and another customer. If they did not have time to do the service, they should have said no when I asked them if they had time. Nail removal should take about 20 to 30 minutes. She did not shape them. She did not even say hi to me. She ignored me when I asked questions. I am flabbergasted that she tried to rip my nails off and charge me for it. She did not talk to me the entire time or answer questions that I was asking her. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. Even when I have exceptionally horrible service I make sure I always tip because I know what it's like to work for tips. This was the first time in my life that the service was so extremely horrible that I could not bring myself to leave a penny. This was such a horrible experience I am now going to find other places online I can leave this review because no one should have to experience that when they are literally PAYING SOMEONE to do a service they say they can provide. I rarely get my nails done because I can do pretty cool designs by myself. However I had a wedding coming up and I wanted to pamper myself by getting shellac. It was easy to get an appointment on the day of for both me and my boyfriend. The store itself is very clean and chic. The workers don't really speak English which is kinda hard to express what I wanted but Kim who was helping me understood. I opted for a champagne design with gold glitter accents to go with my bridesmaid dress. The color we picked first was way too light with even 3 coats so she helped me pick out a nice pink ish color it was beautiful. However, my only complain about this place is, they told me one price on the phone and charged me a different price in person. After my nail paint was done, she put this paraffin wax on my hand but didn't tell me it wasn't included in the cost of the mani. That was a bit weird. For my mani with the wax and my boyfriends pedi with massage it came out to 60. That's a bit pricey in my opinion but I liked how my nails turned out. read more

This place was great! My mother, daughter, and I wanted to get our nails done for an upcoming Disney cruise. I had called the day before to make an appointment since there was three of us. The man I spoke to scheduled us for the first slot at 10 am. When we arrived he was just opening shop and quickly started the foot spas and had us seated. My mother and I both had the Lush pedicures. I also go a regular manicure and my daughter, whose five, got a pedicure and her nails polished. All together it was only a little over $100 which I think is a deal! They were able to give us the designs we found on Pinterest and were super friendly and accommodating. It's been a week since we returned from our trip--two weeks since our appointment at the salon and all our nails have held up pretty well.
