Actually, I stopped going to this place shortly after the good review because one day I got a different technician than Lilly, and the acrylics started lifting up from the bottom after only two weeks. I went back and complained and Lilly still charged me extra for the new nails that were no longer there to be rebased. I found a better place closer to my home so never went back. No antifungal, cleaning agent was used. No plastic lining in the bowl where your feet are soaked. Beware. I do not recommend. When I came in, I waited while the one customer who was being served finished their treatment. There was a woman and a man working that day. First, the man started to remove my previous my polish and then stopped my pedicure to serve one of two other people that came in after me. The woman also served one of the two people that came in after me while I waited. I sat waiting while the couple that came in after me got a soak, a toe trim, a massage, a hot towel wrap around the legs, and a paraffin wax. The person who took my toenail polish off, didn't take all of it off, so I had to be redone. The woman who works there asked him what was wrong with him and told me he doesn't listen. Then she upcharged me $25 for marble paint job and did a very amateur job on my nails. I was not happy but did not want to embarrass her in front of her other clients so I paid her and left. I was there for over two hours until my bottom was hurting from sitting on the hard seat and I couldn't wait to just go home. I paid $70 for a pedicure only. Every time I looked at my nails, I was displeased, so I came back in the next morning to ask if she could redo my nails because I could see the clear nail bed under the polish. She yelled at me and told me she would have to charge me again if I wanted her to fix it. She told me that I left with it so I was "happy with it yesterday."I told her I did not want to embarrass her in front of her other clients so I waited until the next morning, but this is not what I wanted. I reminded her that she showed me no pictures before she started painting and didn't ask if this was the style that I wanted when she started painting. She yelled at me again and told me to choose a polish, but only one and she refused to do anything in the pictures that I had brought on my phone from YouTube videos even though they were so simple, I could've done them myself. In other words, I got a $45 pedicure for $70 and I was yelled at because I was displeased with her service. This is the least professional place I have ever been. While she was working on my toes (with an instrument that was not cleaned before she used it on me) she ignored me, and talked to her other male customer about his fungus that he had when he came in before. I was disgusted. Not only does this make me afraid of getting a fungus from her salon, but it's also unprofessional to talk about things that should be confidential between the salon provider and the client. There are lots of places you can go that are going to be a lot better than this one. Most of her clients are male because they don't need their toes painted. She does not have the skill level required for anything beyond a basic paint job. She was very rude and her attitude was unprofessional. I paid $70 for a basic pedicure with one color when the listed price is $45 for a basic pedicure. The upcharge was for a special pay job with a flower on it that she refused to give to me because she had already taken my money. If you don't care if you get a fungus from someone else, go to her salon. If you want the treatment that you're paying for & excellent customer service, go somewhere else. read more

I looked to trusty yelp to guide the way and I encounter CM nails, and decided to give it a shot. This location is not far from my house and I have managed to overlook it on several occasions. I appreciate the reserved parking in a crowded little plaza. I called prior to entering to make sure they could see me as a walk in, and Roy picked up the phone. Roy was very polite and professional! He allowed me to come in right away and greeted me with water and a salon tech promptly as I entered. Their color selection is vast and I greatly appreciated the mood-changing colors. Cindy took care of me and used sterilized instruments (a huge plus!!) to clean me up and treat me properly. I brought my mother here as well to have pedicures. Once again, Cindy helped us out, but I also got to meet James. He was sweet, treated us like princesses, and made sure I was happy the entire time! Hi i scheduled a appiontment and arrived 10 minutes early. When i arrived all of the staff were with customers. I waited 40 minutes before that started my pedi. The water was ice cold. The pedicure service itself was good. My appiontment was for 3 people. All 3 of us were juggled between other customers. At one piont, i think they forgot me i was sitting for 20 minutes with no service. My daughter's stylist stopped in the mind of during shellac mani, stating she had a movie date with her boyfriend and left the shop. Visited fit the first time after seeing positive reviews. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon for a 1:30 appointment. Got an EXCELLENT pedicure from Mimi. She was very thorough with my callouses and cuticles, gave an excellent massage during the scrub and lotion parts, and did a very tidy job of polishing. Chair was comfy, great polish selection, and very well ventilated. I could not smell that "nail salon" smell, even though there were multiple clients getting acrylics. I've gone to this salon every other week for 3 years consistently. They have almost always been great to me, as well as decently priced. When you frequent a place, you obviously increase your chances of having a not so great visit. This has been the case just a few times, and it's been minor instances (lines in the polish, accidentally cutting a finger, etc.) They recently changed management and the quality of the mani has gone down a bit, but so have the prices. let's start to say, this was a horrible experience personally. i went to the nail salon looking for acrylic COFFIN nails with gel polish. i got there everything was fine tips on everything. after the acrylic i looked at them, not coffin. they were i don't know how even explain them. i told her they were crooked and my thumb was beyond short. so she clipped them off, and didn't even file the acrylic on my real nail. she then proceed to glue tips on the old acrylic. at first she was super nice. we went on and it was getting worse by the second i decided to call my grandma to see if she liked them and i should pay, if not i was gonna have her clip them off. i called her and she said she was on her way, mind you the nail tech heard out conversation. she then started getting rude and pulling on my hand and fingerings. BURNING ME with the drill after i said it 5 times that it hurt. before she started painting she said "PAY ME!" rude as heck. i don't know what her problem was i never once said i wasn't gonna pay her, i repeatedly told her can my grandma come see them before i spend 50$ on this i had my credit card in my phone case which is clear on the back on my phone, she tried to grab my phone and get the card to pay. i got up and showed the ladies who were getting a pedi, they agreed with me. me getting upset and angry i am leaving the nail salon with messed up non painted nails. i didn't pay for them but definitely read reviews before you go, and or don't try new places just cause they're open after quarantine. i recommend going to the guys. i do nails often so i came home and fixed them up, i have a before and after of the nails. Went for the first time two weeks ago. I've been trying in vain to find a nail salon close(ish) to my new home that doesn't charge an arm & a leg for a shellac mani. Enter CM Nails Salon. Mimi was my nail tech who quickly and kindly took care of my mani needs. We all know what a shellac can start to look like quickly after completion if not done properly... well, mine looks as good as new (literally!) two whole weeks later. This was the third time that I've been to CM Nails to get my acrylic nails done. The first time I went there, it was for my full set and each time I've been, Lynne has done my nails. Lynne is very polite and it phenomenal at nail shape -- something I am super picky about! First, I'll mention the positives of CM Nails: *The location: They are on my way home from work and very close to where I live *The price: At $16 for a rebase, I'm sold! *The quality: Lynne is awesome at shaping the nail and I haven't broken a single nail. Furthermore, my polish will last a full two weeks before my next appointment (not gel polish) Now, some of the areas of improvement: *The parking: The shopping center is home to a BINGO hall and gets really crowded, especially during the weekend daytime * Appointments: If you want to ensure that your appointment is honored, don't make it over the phone. I made an appointment for a friend and I the second time we went, and neither of our appointments were honored when we got there. I ended up getting Lynne to finish my nails, but my friend had to settle for someone that she wasn't so happy with. *Time: If you don't set up an appointment, or even sometimes if you do, expect to be there for a while. Their time management skills leave something to be desired. I usually schedule appointments when I have nothing else going on. The first time I was there, it was a 2.5 hour appointment; the second time 1.5 hours; the third tim 1 hour. The first time was for a full set and the last two were for rebases...still a little too long in my eyes. In the end, I will continue to go to CM Nails because I love the location, price, and the quality of Lynne's work. Can I say the same for the quality of the work of everyone else? This place is very hit or miss for me. I have gotten 2 great gel manicures that lasted the longest i've ever experienced, and one meh gel manicure. The first two manicures I got were fantastic and the cheapest in the area. I was ready to make this my go to place, until last time when and friend and I went. She was cut pretty badly, but got a nice manicure in the end. The one I got felt very rushed (despite having an appointment and nobody waiting after me) and the woman doing my manicure seemed to be very new and didn't really know what she was doing. She started filing my nails square after I asked for round, and then when she didn't understand what I wanted, had to get help from the lady next to her. For most of the gel application, another woman came over and supervised her. Though she did an OK job, it was not great. She did not get the edges of my nails, and did not get as close to my cuticles as I am used to, so right when I left, it looked as if my nails had a week of growth. All in all, a good place usually, but not consistent at all. I'm a little annoyed I paid the same price for both experiences. Ill be shopping around a bit more. read more

I booked for a 5:30pmspa pedicure for 2 adults and 1 child. When we got there, they seated us immediately. However, I noticed there were only 2 people working and they weren't using the plastic cover for the spa pedicure. Before we got seated, they only sprayed the place where you immerse your feet in water with just water. I understand that the place was understaffed. However, you can't overbook and try to accommodate too many people when you're understaffed. That's when you start cutting corners with your work and cleanliness. I previously used Cindy who is no longer employed there, so I will now only work with Karen for my acrylic-shellac manicures. I have never been in a more disgusting nail salon in my life. The two guys were nice and accommodating but man this place should probably be shut down due to health code violations. My friend and I had scheduled an appointment at 8PM, this one had closed at 10. Her and I were the only ones in there. I planned on getting a mani and pedi but I only got a pedi. I noticed there wasn't any plastic bags in any of the chairs, gross. The lady who did my toes was very nice and took her time filling my toes. When she was using the scrapper for the bottoms of my feet I noticed she had dropped it on the floor picked it up and used it again on my feet. As she was spilling water everywhere, she used the towel she had on her lap cleaned the water off of the floor and reused it again. Once she started painting my toes she did a sloppy job, polish on my skin which she didn't clean up, hair was stuck in the polish. After she finished she used a fan and a very cold spray to dry my toes which didn't dry them. There were baby items everywhere, car seats, bottles full of milk, do people live in the back? This place is located in a pretty run down looking strip mall but my fellow yelpers led me here. I have found my go to nail place near my work. Karen is amazing. I usually only do shellac nails and her attention to detail and pulse is incredible, she never has to clean up my cuticles and they always come out perfect. They have a wide range of colors available and I've seen them do beautiful designs on others. They accept walk ins but I'd suggest an appointment, you can wait for a while if your requesting a specific technician. read more

I am giving this salon a 3 only because I do like the way they do pedicures although I don't like the fact that they took the hot stones off when you get a classic pedicure they use to offer it not anymore. They try to up sell you on everything and the most aggravating thing they did was that they put out a draw to "WIN a FREE" facial supposedly so I put my name and my number only to find out is was a Mary Kay representative that calls me telling me I got a free facial!!!
