From start to finish, I had an amazing experience with the salon. My boyfriend treated me and so he had picked out the cat eye color and the staff did such an amazing job to match the picture I brought in exactly. They didn't have the exact green, but they worked with what they had to achieve the look and I loved it. I had never gotten a Russian manicure. My cuticles and nail beds looked amazing after the appointment was around 2 1/2 hours and the total was 140 without tip. I did get builder and a fake tip added to make them uniform lengths. really wanted to love this place and make it my new go-to spot. After my first appointment, I left very happy. Aside from the $20 charge to remove someone else's work--which, whatever, I understand--the cuticle work, builder gel, and design were beautiful. Because of that, I booked another appointment for both my nails and toes. This time around was much different. My cuticles were bleeding on two different nails. The cat-eye effect was an additional $25, which was never communicated to me beforehand. The French tip on my toes was another $30 extra, again without being mentioned until it was time to pay. Removing the gel on my toes was an additional $20. Honestly, these prices felt incredibly high for the amount of work being done. I've never understood large upcharges for French tips, but thirty dollars? That's insane to me. The salon is also quite far from me, so I'll be going elsewhere in the future. To her credit, she did take about $15-$20 off the final bill after I expressed my concerns about all the additional charges. Having to pay through Zelle is also a bit annoying, but I have it, so it wasn't a major issue. read more

This place has quickly become my go-to nail salon. I just started going a few months ago and my nails have truly never been healther (real nail, no extensions, and they're super long). From someone who is extremely picky about my nails, I can honestly say they do it right the first time and I've never had a complaint. Yes, it's expensive. Its a russian manicure...in Cherry Creek..Those in the reviews complaining about price must not realize this is not a normal nail salon, so it's expected to have to pay more. My russian manicures last me multiple weeks longer than normal gel mani's do. Worth the extra $$$ than having to get my nails done every 2 weeks. I recommend Yeni and Lola, who are both exceptional! I left this appointment with mismatched nail lengths, rushed work on two fingers that needed extensions, and painful micro-cuts around my nail beds despite repeatedly telling them my nails are very sensitive. For the price and the reputation, this was an incomplete and disappointing service. I specifically booked with the owner because she came highly recommended. My appointment was for 9:30, but I waited over 15 minutes past that time before being seated. To her credit, she comped the cost of the nail extensions as an apology for the delay, which I appreciated. At the very start of the session, I clearly explained everything I wanted: a builder gel + gel manicure, extensions on four shorter nails so the length would match, and a specific design. That was the moment she should have told me if there wasn't enough time to complete the service. Instead, she went ahead, then near the end told me I should have called ahead about the extensions -- even though I had explained every detail right at the beginning. It was her responsibility to manage that expectation at the start. Throughout the session, though she was so kind, the owner was multitasking -- helping employees, talking to them, even taking phone calls. I believe this slowed the process down and contributed to her leaving two of my fingers undone until the very end. Both nails needed extensions but were rushed through at the last minute, leaving them shorter than the others. When I pointed this out, I was told to "just model with the left hand that looked good," which is not acceptable when I booked this specifically before a photoshoot where I'm modeling my hands. On top of that, my nails were over-prepped: I was cut on two fingers, and I left with micro-tears around my nail beds that sting whenever I wash my hands. This was despite me telling her multiple times that my nails are extremely sensitive and even asking her to stop cutting when it became too much. Again, she was very kind, and so was her employee who she was speaking to a majority of the appointment. I also understand that as the owner, she has many things to manage, and I respect that. But that does not fix my incomplete nails. Bottom line: While the owner was polite and did try to make up for the wait with a discount, her lack of communication, multitasking, and poor time management left me with unfinished, uneven nails and painful damage. If there isn't time to complete the service as requested, that should be stated up front -- not after the fact. read more

They did a wonderful job at my first appointment when I got my nails done. I went the second time to get my gel removed, this time by Oda, which is an additional cost that I was willing to pay. The service she provided was uninviting. I had ONE SINGLE hangnail on my thumb and kindly asked her to remove it, and she refused twice and said I would need to book a separate full service polish appointment. Unfortunate, because I wanted to go back but that kind of service leaves a bitter taste. I recommend you go somewhere else that can spare a bit more kindness for the same price. read more

I really wanted to like this place but the service doesn't match the pricing. I had to get my nails redone multiple times because first the French was crooked and then they did not listen to my instructions on my French on my toes. I have been to some really nice salons where they offer real snacks and champagne, cappuccinos, espresso, etc. I wasn't offered anything until I complained about my nails. Usually at the nicer places the French is only 15-20 extra and they don't charge for removal but this place and how sub par it was charged for every little thing and they could barely do French tip. I was shocked nearly $300 and 5 hours. He took $20 off because um you should after the bad service job but not enough to ever make recommend this place. I also had to Zelle because their machine charges extra fees. I tried to be nice but I won't be back. I can go to nicer places for a little less. I only came here because it's close by. Aside from nails, they now offer additional array of services that should be added along to any nail appt! The ambiance during the facial and massage was soothing. You won't regret booking either! The massage was 10/10. I left feeling like a brand new person. Anna has great technique, perfect pressure and at the end I felt relief from head to toe. The facial was also a 10/10. Lola is as amazing with facials as she is nails. Her attention to detail on face is on point, attention, overall relaxation achieved, and at end of facial noticeable improvements in skin texture and appearance. And as I tell others, this is hands down a favorite nail salon with talented staff. The process is perfection and nails look great after every appointment. By far the best manicure I have ever had in my entire life. The women were so kind and helpful! They gave me water and were funny and very welcoming. My nails have literally never looked better. Even if I move out of Colorado, I will fly back here for a manicure. The attention to detail is beyond exceptional. Every little thing was focused on and made to perfection. I am giving this place 5 stars because they do seriously high quality work but I believe that everyone should get a WARNING before coming here lol So far I have come here 3 times and the services I get are a hard gel mani + pedi (no extensions, just hard gel.) The warning is this: these services take FOREVER. I just left my third appointment and I was there for 5 hours and 20 minutes. This is more than double the amount of time these services would take at (for example) a Vietnamese salon. They dont give massages or anything so the extra time really comes down to the Russian technique being extremely detail oriented. The cuticle process is very meticulous. I do get about 10 extra days out of my manicure which makes it worth it for me. (I can go a good 4 weeks between manicures now) Some of the girls are a little faster. My last time only took 4 hours (only lol) but they have recently started charging extra for the more experienced girls as well. Every employee here is extremely nice and they do such a great job on cuticles. Just be prepared for the time commitment. bring a snack... water.... headphones... but definitely try this place :) read more

Went here and got the Japanese mani/pedi. Gave five stars because I had very thick callouses on my feet that were long over due a removal and it took them like 20-30 minutes to remove it and my feet were so smooth. I think it's best to get the Japanese manicure if you want a polish look with no polish. My nails were so gorgeous and neat! The pedicure didn't come with a soak but I think that's fair considering how long it took her to remove my callouses. I will be back to try their spa pedicure too! This was my second time at Bonati Nail House. On my first visit, I had my nails done by Alex and they were perfect. On my second visit, I had the misfortune of having an attendant whose name I don't know, but who was completely inattentive and unprepared for the job. I showed her a reference photo and she didn't want to see it. I asked for a milky almond style nail, and she said she understood and that she didn't need to see photos, so she gave me a WHITE extension. We started with the color problem, but the situation only got worse because I've never seen an extension done so poorly. They were hollow inside, the extension didn't follow the finger, so it was one finger going one way and the extension going the other. There was no polish on the sides. It was extremely thick and poorly done. And worst of all, she cut me and made me bleed, which could have infected me with several types of diseases. THIS IS VERY SERIOUS! They didn't want to charge me the full amount of $150 for the extension so I paid half the amount, giving me $76.80, but Honestly the work was so poorly done, a shoddy job, that it's not even worth $76.80. Duration of service: 3:30 I really believe that this situation could have been avoided if the attendant had been better prepared to perform the function and without a doubt more attentive! read more
