Tech did not spend 20-25 minutes. It was a 10 minute service. Even she said as I was checking out that I should just be billed for a polish change. The tech filed 2 nails for 30 seconds. I scheduled and came in for a polish change which they told me would take 10 minutes and it did. owner insisted afterwards that i pay for a mini manicure which i did not receive per the tech who confirmed verbally with the check out clerk. no massage. no filing and buffing. no lotion, no cutting of cuticles. $33 for a polish change seems excessive and greedy. make sure you get pricing up front from them. aesthetics and interior design very low end, looks cheap and sloppily put together. I tipped the tech $10 on venmo because I do not trust the owner to give the tip to the tech. When I asked them to call the owner back to confirm I was being charged for a service I didn't receive, the owner didn't pick up nor text her worker back. I've come here several times now, and unfortunately, the manicures have been of poor quality; the shaping of the nails is not what I asked for. I came in with almond shape and just asked to have them shorter, but the same shape. Every time they did it, the shape was not almond, the nails were not even in length, and all around, they could not get them right. The gel application was also poor quality, once it was so thick it looked like plastic and I had to push them to redo it for free, another time it started to peal after 3 days. When you pay a lot of money for a gel manicure, I expect a great outcome. I came in and asked for a gel french tip pedicure .. and immediately I had to ask for new files to be used .. why is a nail salon using one time use nail files on many clients ? I was a touch nervous, booking around 12hrs prior to the appointment - would they have the staff? But I needn't have worried. We were welcomed, checked in, offered water (we both opted for bubbly - grapefruit for me, lime for him) and instructed to choose a color. I choose mine but my husband was going for a buff instead of polish. We were sat, our foot baths filled, and my tech got started! She was efficient, methodical, and thoughtful as she clipped away at some things that needed to be cleaned up. (Before she started she verified if I'd like my nails cut or simply filed.) The short massage felt lovely. She started with the polish and I mentioned how fun the sparkle was. She stopped and confirmed I actually wanted sparkle and that I was happy with the chosen color as it appeared on my nails vs in the bottle. And after everything, she helped me put my flip-flops on. My husband's tech never showed up, which was a shame, but the manager set us up with another appointment (offered later in the day or a different date) to make up for the inconvenience. The staff that did show up to work handled themselves professionally and I certainly appreciated their handling of the situation. Despite the staffing snafu, we'll return! They did such a good job on myself, the bride, and another friend. They were great at cuticle cutting, nail shaping, and of course applying the polish. We got gel manicures and the bride also got a basic pedi, and all turned out great. We all had different nail techs too, so it was great to see that all of them did a great job. They were so good at shaping my nails into an almond shape, I think it was my favorite out of all the manicures I've gotten (which is a lot). Overall, we had nothing but a great experience. I've been coming here for several years now - like before I even moved here when I was traveling here for work. It was the first spot I tried and I now live near it and continue to go for dip powder nails and then also for their Dazzle Dry polish for my toes. They are the only place around that has it and it is a quick dry that lasts longer than regular polish. It definitely keeps me coming back for pedicures. I only rate this as an 'ok' based on my recent visit yesterday but will surely update once I've had the chance to actually experience the spa's services. My wife wanted a pedicure on this past Sunday morning and most places were booked - even those with average reviews. To my surprise, Cherry Creek Nail Spa had high reviews and almost last minute availability. My wife enjoyed her pedicure very much - her tech was very friendly and pleasant. Communicative and thorough throughout. My tech, however, never showed up - the staff was clearly concerned about this and called to see what her status was. About a half hour after what was supposed to be our start time, we were informed the tech was not coming in and we could either come back later for a make up service, gratis - or re-schedule for another day when we both can come back and have a service together. We opted for another day. They seem to have plenty of staff and technicians - but they also seem to have a strict scheduling assignment protocol and no wiggle room to re-adjust staff at the last minute should this instance arise. I got an eyebrow wax, gel x manicure and a regular pedicure. The manicure was great. The pedicure was ok, but the massage pressure and callus removal was weak AF. Other than that, the pedicure was fine. They also offered dazzle dry polish, which I like and can be hard to find. Clean tools in autoclave. I decided to check out CC Nail Spa because of the rave reviews. It was my first time here and I got a shellac manicure. One of my nails have already chipped. I won't go back to get it fixed, because they are going to charge me for it. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. If I'm already paying for a gel polish manicure, why isn't shaping of nails included in the service. Returning customers have to pay for polish removal. I've gone to other nail salons and they didn't charge additional for shaping your nails or polish removal, as long as they serviced you previously. Loved getting a pedicure here while passing through Denver! This is my friend's go-to nail salon and it did not disappoint. By far one of the best nail experiences I've ever had! I love the appointment-only structure and not having to wait at all for service. They offer water or sparkling water for you to enjoy during your appointment and my pedicure technician Elexia was efficient but thorough! I had a few callouses on my feet that I asked Elexia to avoid and she handled those areas with care and attention and overall was very gentle with the pedicure. I started making the 15 min drive to this salon instead of walking to my neighborhood salon because I just couldn't deal with the chaos and 50% chance of getting poorly done dip, and the drive is definitely worth it! Reservations are easily made online and everybody at Cherry Creek Salon is so calm and welcoming. Neda has done my dip twice now and I'm so pleased with the service and results. She is very careful with my cuticles, and is helping my nails heal from getting over drilled at my last salon. It's obvious she takes pride in her work, and I really appreciate that she checks with me throughout the appointment to make sure I like the way she's shaped my nails or how the color looks. It was my first time here and I got a dip manicure. I've been getting dip for years and just moved to the area so wanted to try it out. I do NOT recommend... after three days two of my nails chipped. I already was going back to get my toes done so when I got in I told them I was just in a few days before and my dip manicure was already breaking. This happens every now and then... but never have I been charged for their lack of quality. I was charged $25 to fix TWO nails!!! $20 for a mini manicure and $5 for a polish change. Last time I assume a salon isn't going to charge me for it, because they never told me I was going to be charged even at checkout. Then I look at my receipt and see I was charged... AFTER I had tipped the woman who did my nails $20... I have been to multiple nail salons that seem to be lower quality than this one and none of them have charged me for their mistakes before. As a longtime customer of Thai Nails, I was so happy to return and support the remodel to Cherry Creek Nail Spa! Despite living on the opposite side of town, I still make the drive every two weeks for a mani/pedi. The techs are consistent; while your favorite technician may be booked, everyone knows how to make your experience just as wonderful as the last time you were there. Your technician may be different, but your nails will still be perfect. My gel manicure lasts well past the typical two week mark, and the 'standard' pedicures are better than most I've received at high-end locations (think Four Seasons). The constant check-ins from their techs on how they're filing your nails, to the first coat of polish, ensures they're paying attention to you and what you like. The pedicure was over 80 dollars for a basic gel pedicure. The nail tech was very nice, but clearly inexperienced. She had trouble soaking off the gel and instead spent almost 20minutes filing and picking it off. She barely cleaned up my cuticles, slapped in the scrub for less than a minute, did a poor job of scrubbing the callous, and performed a short (less than 5 minutes) massage with little to no pressure. I just moved to Denver a month ago and was excited to find a new nail salon. I got a gel mani/pedi and was so disappointed in my manicure. The girl doing my nails kept slipping with the drill while she was removing the polish and hitting my skin making me flinch and mess up the one painting my toes. I showed them a picture of the light pink chrome I wanted on my nails and they looked confused and gave me this ugly rose gold color that wasn't anything like what I wanted. I already hated them but to make matters worse, the chrome started chipping within the next few days.
