Cindy's is awesome, I'm a male who loves being pampered and they make all the marks. Cindy and Zoom are incredible, they are Meticulous with the level of work that they do and beat out any bigger shop in quality...6 stars!!!

Perfect manicure! James was very gentle and detail oriented with my structured manicure. I couldn't be happier with it!

This is the perfect manicure - Cindy is INCREDIBLE! I provided Cindy with a photo to reference what I wanted for shape/color/length and the end result was EXACTLY what I wanted (if not better)! Cindy's exceptional care and attention to detail outperformed what I've experienced at any other salon for this service. She confirmed the nail's length and shape (almond) intermittently throughout the process to ensure I was still satisfied and was really kind/respected my preference to read instead of chatting. I am so beyond impressed with Cindy's services and have gotten so many compliments - thank you Cindy!!! :)

This is 28 days of the metallic color. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend to anyone

I was wanting to find a place closer to my house but the reviews kept telling me to try this place out. They were not wrong. Upon arrival I saw that they have their own parking out back that they share with the liquor store and bar, and that they had cameras watching the lot. When I walked in everyone stopped for a brief moment to smile and said hello. I had called earlier to schedule an appointment. They do get pretty busy so if you walk in you might have to wait. The salon is pretty clean and it doesn't smell like heavy chemicals. They have lots of colors to pick from and do an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I'm already planing on taking my best friend here for our next pampering day :)

Lucky find for a simple mani &pedi. After 2 nine mile hikes this week, this was a treat. Walked in the morning right before they opened but they were booked already. I was able to get a 10:30 for mani and pedi. Staff is very friendly. They are very organized, neat and clean. Great selections of colors. All OPI polishes. My manicurist was very sweet. She did a great job on my mani & pedi. I felt super relaxed. Had wonderful conversations with the staff, giving me recommendations on food around the area. Would definitely come back when I visit. I can see why they're busy with appointments :)

Simple, clean inside, lots of polish to choose from

Sometimes you need a pedi bad.. But spending a bunch isn't really in the budget. That's where Cindy's comes in. Another lucky yelp find. Right on the corner of Colfax and Garfield, is Cindy's nails. Next to the scary looking lost lake lounge. Walk in, and it's clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but that's just fine with me. They have a tv on with CNN. Pedi is $23. It looks like they raised the price in the last year, no big deal. Linda did my nails. She was quiet and polite. Didn't try to give me the hard sale on a manicure. She spent a good amount of time around the toe nail beds and they look great. I opted for a design, which was $5 extra. Guess we will see how long the polish last, but as of right now I'm impressed and will be returning. I have a love/hate relationship with getting my nails done, but this was an enjoyable experience.

I've spent so much time looking for a place where I can get a full set it won't break a day after (had that experience too) and it will look natural and not thick and wide like many places tend to do. Cindy is an angel I couldn't be happier with her. Everyone in this place is amazing. Booking appointments is an easy process and they are always very understanding and will try to accommodate your needs. Trang is my favorite pedicure master!

I really cannot speak highly enough of Cindy's Nails. The entire team is fantastic! They are personable, professional and make me feel so incredibly welcome every time I come in. (Bonus: they always have great movies/shows playing in the salon.) Their COVID protocols are exceptional and have helped me feel safe and protected during my appointments, which is super important for me as an immunocompromised person. As far as the quality of their work goes, let's just say that I knew there was only one place in Denver that I could trust to do my nails for my wedding. They even gave me a little bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion! I always leave Cindy's feeling completely rejuvenated with gorgeous nails and a smile on my face. So, if you are searching for a great nail salon in Denver then look no further!!

Moved here from out of state and i feel like I upgraded 200% I love my nails not only are they perfect but everyone was so nice to me! The place is beautiful and relaxing. Can't wait to go back !!

I called five minutes before coming in and they fit me in on a Saturday. I received a gel manicure and they did a great job, very meticulous. The place is clean and they even offered my kids who were with me their personal iPad to play on. I will be back as I live nearby and appreciate good service.

I'm really conflicted about how many stars to give. I used to LOVE this place, and Zoom and Cindy are the best. They both do my nails perfectly every time. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. HOWEVER, my issue now is every time I make an appointment with Zoom, I show up and they have someone else doing my nails -- and it's just never as good. The photo today is from my most recent manicure, which was super disappointing. It feels rude to say "I don't want you to do my nails" when I'm there, but I make appointments with a specific person for a reason. This has happened to me the last 3 times I've been in and it's honestly making me just want to find somewhere else to go.

pre-prom primping, and first pedi's for the little cousins
    Jesseca T.

We were in town last weekend for a family birthday party and decided to get manis/pedis with all of the cousins. My niece had prom also so we were trying to fit into her schedule. With 7 people total, we needed 7 manis & 4 pedis. One star: good management- Cindy was great at scheduling (and then rescheduling) as we tried to accommodate everyone. We arrived at 9am and had their salon to ourselves with a large staff to help us to get out on time for the prom girl's hair appt. It felt like a private party. One star: nice staff- it really makes the difference and these ladies were very professional and very nice and welcoming. one star: clean - from the front foot baths to the bathroom - clean is nice and they are clean One star: inexpensive but still great quality- my manicure is still holding up and I type 100+ emails a day- still no chips! I paid $90 for 4 manicures and 2 pedicures- that is a great deal One star-location: The BEST part is that Cindy's is 5 miles from my sister's house so the girls now know a nice local place with great prices. Thanks for the fun morning, Cindy and team, we enjoyed ourselves and hopefully will see you again around Thanksgiving!

Just in time for the holidays!!

Ask the Community - Cindy's Nails

Do they dip your nails in the same powder jar they use for everyone or do they use a more sanitary method?

I have done a full acrylic set many times and my nails were never dipped in a powder jar. They use a brash for it. I've been going there for three years and never had a bad experience.

This owner is clearly unwell, who would do something like that. Tech did not spend 20-25 minutes. It was a 10 minute service. Even she said as I was checking out that I should just be billed for a polish change. The tech filed 2 nails for 30 seconds. I scheduled and came in for a polish change which they told me would take 10 minutes and it did. owner insisted afterwards that i pay for a mini manicure which i did not receive per the tech who confirmed verbally with the check out clerk. no massage. no filing and buffing. no lotion, no cutting of cuticles. $33 for a polish change seems excessive and greedy. make sure you get pricing up front from them. aesthetics and interior design very low end, looks cheap and sloppily put together. I tipped the tech $10 on venmo because I do not trust the owner to give the tip to the tech. When I asked them to call the owner back to confirm I was being charged for a service I didn't receive, the owner didn't pick up nor text her worker back. After waiting for 10 minutes I just paid so I could leave. Not a good way to run a business.

The mani stations are set up like an actual bar so it's really nice to be able to go and chat with friends while you are there. The chairs and bar heights are comfortable and perfect for getting your nails done. The young woman who did my nails seemed fairly flexible around helping me pick from the designs I was looking at and actually ended up picking two and mixing them together. I really like working with folks who are comfortable with a little creative license. Overall, she did a pretty nice job but there were some snags along the way. I also like that the art and extras seem priced together- sometimes places will add on all sorts of odds and ends for any type of art, combining them seems like a more reasonable way to charge. Although the pricing is clear on the website, which I appreciate, the overall experience really fell short given how expensive the prices are. Cons- given that I'd checked out the prices ahead of time and my friend recommended the place, I was really looking forward to a top tier nail experience. I don't mind paying more for a nice experience. The staff seemed inconvenienced by our presence. The folks that ended up helping us didn't even introduce themselves before just asking us "what do you want?" I don't expect a ton of conversation, but basic niceties are the bare minimum when you are paying a premium, in my opinion. The young lady helping me also cut my finger which I understand happens occasionally but she tried to say it was because of a hang nail but I saw her clipping the same spot when some of the gel spilled over. She also didn't apologize or check to see if I was ok when she saw me bleeding. The overall finish was pretty good but there's definitely some missed spots with the top coat which again, you don't expect at a higher end place. I also thought given the nail bar name and actual bar, the lack of beverages available/offered seems like a missed opportunity to elevate the experience. TL; DR- pretty good nails and artistry, lack luster customer experience. Would I go back again? Probably not in this economy. I can't justify the cost with a middling experience. I'd rather go to a business that likes having me there.

I was going to Lane for six months at Acronychous. No issues with nail designs as she's talented in…read morereplicating the designs I sent. My issue is with customer loyalty. During my time as a client I was asked by Lane to reschedule 3 of my appointments without explanation. All of which I accommodated by moving things on my schedule. On Sept 3rd, I received a text once again asking to change my appointment on Oct. 29th @ 4p to Oct 28th same time. While I said OK, I asked that this be the last reschedule as it was third time and honestly it was inconvenient - especially considering these appointmentsare booked months in advance so, I build my schedule around it. Fast forward to Oct 27 and I have chosen a design and as usual sent it to Lane via IG stating this was for our Wed Appt on the 29th since that was the time/date still on my calendar from their scheduler and I didn't think about the text two months ago. (To Note: Whenever an appointment was sent by them (even a change) it's updated in the Google calendar). She responded to my message saying " You Got It!". I'm always excited when getting my nails done and have a trip planned this week so, I was really looking forward to it. So, the next day (Tuesday), I receive a text from Lane at 3:52p saying "Hiiii! Just realizing your insta message said Wednesday and our appt is today at 4! Just confirming that I'll see you in a few ". Wait what? I was confused so, I sent her a screenshot of my calendar and email which had the appointment for Wed and was FROM the nail shop. Also, how do you just realize this 8 min prior to an appointment? She asked if I received an email with the new date and time to which I said no because if I had - it would have updated in my calendar. She then says she has no other 4p appts for the remainder of the week. I said " Fine, I guess I'll see you next month" as I was understandably disappointed. She then offered a time for next week to which I say " No thank you. Have a great weekend" because I have a meeting I can't move. Her response? "My policy does state that 100% of a service will be charged for last minute cancellation/no show....ill add that charge to your next appointment on Tuesday, November 25th at 2pm." Seriously? For her mistake/oversight, she wants to charge me basically double next time? Mind you I spend at LEAST $170 each visit not including the 20 - 25% tip I leave every time. Not only that - I've accommodated her requests THREE TIMES prior even though I had to move something. I have been consistent customer who at most has been 7 minutes late MAYBE twice and have always communicated and have been apologetic. I was so disappointed by the unprofessionalism that I canceled my remaining appointments for the year and will not be returning. Just goes to show that loyalty and flexibility doesn't mean much to some service providers.
