First time to get a manicure. clipped my nails. looked at and snipped my cuticles. filing uneven. asked to redo. she did. 20 second hand massage. put my glasses on and pointed out uneven filing, cuticles that could be clipped. sitting at the drying station saw that polish was not on the entire nail on almost every nail. got up asked another person if it looked like a good manicure. they asked if I wanted them to redo it. I had time for A manicure not 2 manicures. I paid and left. never going back!!! read more

I went to go get my toes done and I asked for acrylic on two I pay $65 which would've been fine but they didn't even do the full pedicure. I will never go back to this place again very rude. read more

This nail salon is AMAZING. They take their time and really make you feel like a priority. I had been with the same salon for 5 years, but after my technician moved, I needed to find a new salon. After trying 6 salons, I found Crystal Nails. The environment and calmness in the salon makes you feel relaxed and really enjoy getting your nails done. Even when it's busy, Tom & Judy still make you feel like a priority and take the time to do your nails right. I am going to say first off, you 100% have to trust Yelp. People do not lie. People do not take the time to write the reviews unless they really had either a great or horrible experience. I use it for everything. And I learned my lesson this time. I had never been to this salon. I merely went out of convenience in regards to the location that I was in all week. When I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately pulled up Yelp. When I saw that they only had three stars, my instinct was to drive away. I should've done that. Very regrettable. I am giving this place two stars... which is very generous because I was planning only to give one. I gave one star because the owner did attempt to fix the issue. Two-- because it was not his fault that his staff member did an awful job on my nails & her behavior made my experience uncomfortable. Let's start with the fact that the lady that was doing my nails was very irritated that I wanted to have her show me how the different colors looked on my nails... just show me how they compare to the colors on the samples. Literally, it's like pairing a tiny piece of my nails *one time* to show me if the color is truly what is shown on the samples. I am the customer. I am a PAYING customer. LET ME REMIND YOU that I have never been there. If I want to try five different colors until I decide, that's my prerogative and my right. Since her irritation was so noticeable-- I ended up just picking a color. Ironically, it was so much darker and honestly not appealing. She had another customer arrive for a pedicure and she was more concerned about getting to that other customer than about the customer sitting right in front of her... a potential new customer. She stated in her aggravation that she needed to get to that other customer. That's poor manners. What really irks me the most is that while the owner tried to fix the issue, the lady was being super argumentative. I get it. Typically, they detest when customers complain & they usually blame the customer. I have seen it time and time again. It's just not the right way to do business. Also, it was still not 100% what it should've been. I had a very dark purple & chose a coral/pink to replace it. He of course had to use the filing tool to remove the dark purple. However, I had one finger that had just a little bit of purple on it. I specifically asked, is this lighter color going to cover that spot when you paint over it? I knew it wouldn't but at that point again, I just wanted to get it over with and I was terrified to say something. Of course he assured me it would. Low and behold, it did not. Now, for two weeks I'm going look at that ONE NAIL & be reminded of this horrible experience. Really, you couldn't take 10 more seconds to take the rest of that purple off? I really hope I can get through these next two weeks without focusing on it too much! The lesson for them in all of this, is that they need to think about Customer Service and retaining business. read more

I made an appointment for a shellac pedicure at 5:30pm on a Wednesday night. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and said I had a 5:30 appointment so I sat down to look at the color samples. About 5-10 minutes later I was told to go sit in a chair and they left me with my feet in a tub of water while she finished someone else's hands. The chair did not have a massage feature so it wasn't even relaxing to wait. I waited for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I finally asked for a towel to dry my feet because I wanted to leave and THEN they said they would be right with me. Do not go here! I didn't even see what they were capable of with services but their customer service was horrible. read more

Just went here for Mother's Day with my mom. We, surprisingly, didn't have to wait at all to get pedicures done. They were really sweet and friendly and the place is clean (which is exactly what I look for at all nail salons, no fungus please!!). I definitely recommend trying this place out if you are contemplating. The prices are good, and they really take the time to do exactly what you ask for. My mom even smudged her color checking to see if they were dry yet, and the lady who did her pedicure came over and fixed it without my mom even having to ask. Which is great, because you know when you mess up your own nail color and you shamefully don;t want to ask to have it fixed because you did it? Maybe that's just me... The prices are decent, about what you pay on average. $22 for a pedicure, an extra $4 if you do french. read more

My granddaughter went to get a full set after asking how much. They told her $35.00 and that's what was on the sign. They didn't tell her it would be extra for shaping the nail, nail polish which they did gel polish without asking, and charged her 10.00 for this tiny heart on her nail. She went from 35.00 to 60.00 and didn't tell her at all the extra charges. When she asked why so much at the end, they got snotty with her about it just for asking because she was told 35.00. I met two friends for lunch yesterday and we decided we didn't want the afternoon to end - why not get pedicures which we all badly needed. I yelped a close nail shop - Crystal nails was close and they had availability soon. Very clean, nice employees, did a good job on the pedicures. Only con was that the chairs were a little uncomfortable. They are the massage chairs which everyone seems to like, but I always find them a bit awkward. But pedicure looks good - I hope it lasts a few weeks. read more

Service- bad Quality- HORRIBLE Selection- mediocre The one time I had Tom doing my manicure he spent more time on his iPhone then doing my nails. Defiantly the worst manicure I have ever had, I could have done twice as good doing it myself. The polish was sloppy, my cubicles were left long, the design I asked for looked like a three year old tried to draw on my nail, and my hands were really dry AFTER. This place is also not clean in any way, the tools are not sanitized and the counters feel like they have a layer of dirt built up. read more

This place sucks. I went in for a re-base acrylic and the man at the front did not acknowledge that I even entered the place. When I asked for a rebase he said "ok..." and I awkwardly wondered where to go or sit. Then, the woman that did my nails was lazy and sloppy. The surface of my nails are now super uneven and every nail is a different length and shape. When she was done she just said "thanks" and I don't know if they had a drying station or if they just expected me to wait for my nails to dry on their own. The shop also smelt really weird and I felt uncomfortable from the second I entered until I left. I will not be returning. Seriously, this place is the worst nail salon I've ever been in. read more

I've been getting my silk wrap nails done here for over 10 years. They do a nice job and I'm always able to get an appointment.

I went here for my first time and got a full acrylic set. They were fairly busy but I did not have any wait time. I've been to a few other nail salons in the area and so far I have liked this place the best! It is also very reasonably priced. My only complaint is my nails are a little 'thick' but they are perfectly shaped and painted! Highly recommend this place. read more

My friend and I did not have a good experience here. We went to get our nails rebased and they looked so horrible when the techs were done. I was in so much pain my nail tech made my nails bleed and when she was using the drill, made my nails burn. And what was worse about was that my nails looked ten times better before the rebase!!! If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I had one of the worst experiences ever. Long story short, Their Credit card machine was broken, so almost everyone in the salon had to leave to their bank and get cash. When it came to me, I was racially profiled and told that they needed to hold my cell phone, I told them No, and that I watched everyone else just walk out without any collateral being held and that they'll just have to trust me. I felt humiliated while telling them I didn't come there to steal from them, and why should I have to explain why I'm legit when no one else had. I cried as I left leaving no collateral. My bank was next door, I brought the cash and confronted them on their behavior, letting them know that not all Black people are going to steal from them and that I'll never step foot in their shop again. They tried to apologize, I told them that wasn't okay and that the damage was already done. I don't recommend them read more

Absolutely the worst experience! I went for a pink and white rebase and my nails look awful. They are slanted and uneven, some nails are wide some are narrow.... the only way to fix them is to take them off and get a full set SOMEWHERE ELSE!
