I am all about support local, small, and family owned businesses but this experience was so horrific, I was compelled to write a review. I went in for simple dip powder mani and their reviews looked amazing. The beginning of my appointment was great while the female owner took great attention to my nails however another (only one other) customer walked in and asked for a pedicure. She was all alone and asked if her husband could take over. She reassured me that he was "better than her" and "I would be impressed". I wanted them to make all the $ they could so I said yes. I waited 15 minutes for him to arrive and the difference was immediate. He was rough, cutting me multiple times and then saying "it's okay it's okay." No bro, it wasn't okay...I'm bleeding all over your table and no apology. Anyway, 2 hours later, I left with uneven nails, cuts everywhere and incredibly disappointed. I sat in my car and just cried. I came home and my partner told me to call and say something so they could fix their service and provide another customer with different experience. I NEVER DO THIS! But I listened and called them. The female owner apologized and offered to redo my nails. I didn't want to put them in acetone so I asked for a refund. She said absolutely and they would just "Venmo" me back my payment. I kid you not, I called everyday for over a week and still nothing. She demanded I come in so she could "take off their work" before giving a refund to which I did. I waited 40 minutes for them to remove the dipping powder and then waited another 5 days for the refund....and the funny part is, they still shorted me $10. I paid $55 and they gave back $45. I honestly called it a loss just so I never have to go back there again. Please please please go else where. What a horrible experience read more

I normally don't go here but was in a pinch for a pedi and it's close by however I don't think I'll be back. Gel polish was all over my toes and under my toenails. The tech was a bit aggressive with the cuticle pusher and trimmed way too far down. The water was cold and not even room temperature. The owner tries to be friendly and engaging but comes off very pushy. I watched her "advise" another customer into doing a different service than what she asked for. I give them a star because they have a great color selection but likely will not be returning. read more

Support local business!!! This is the only place I will ever get my nails done. It's such an easy location to get to, beautiful interior, tons of color choices, and the owners are SO kind. The ownership changed in December and they've really put so much work to make this place comfortable. They are so personable and take the extra time to make you feel welcome and do a great job. The pedis are the best. They use amazing scents to soak your feet in, like lavender or lemongrass. Then they have a paraffin wax on your feet which makes them sooooo smooth! The cheese grater always is good on the feet but this wax is a game changer!! It's a little extra but completely worth it :) And they are absolutely taking covid precautions. Hands down the nicest nail technicians I've ever met which made me REALLY want to love this local business. Now here's the thing, my nails look (mostly) great, and like I said they were so friendly, hence the three stars. But there were definitely issues. First and foremost I made a manicure appointment for two people at 3pm. When we arrived, we were the only two there and therefore one technician started with me and the other with my friend. However, around 3:15pm, another woman entered and my friend was then transferred to the technician originally working with me so that the technician originally working on her could work on the new woman. This was rather irritating as I had just been passed off to the side despite being there first, having an appointment, and even been started to be worked on. I ended up sitting there for the entirety of my friends dip manicure with aluminum wrapped nail polish remover cotton balls on my fingers to remove the gel I had on. That shit starts to burn after a while and it had been on so long my fingers were pruned by the time they were taken off. After finishing with the other woman, the man then came over and completed my nails. As I now see is a pattern with these other reviews, I walked away with several cuts and painful cuticles. Since they did not do our n parallel as expected when making an appointment, we did not end up leaving until 4:40 which was rather inconvenient considering we had plans at 5pm 30 minutes away and still had to get ready. read more

Came in and got a full set. They were beautiful but waaaay overpriced. I don't normally come here but I was in the area and didn't want to drive to my normal place. I was charged 85 dollars. When I called and asked I was told they charge 55 for the full set, 15 for the design(as they should), 10 for the French tip and 5 for the shape.?? It seemed made up in the moment. I don't think they should be charging for a design and additionally for a French tip. Either way too rich for my blood. They are very cute but definitely not worth close to 100 bucks. Sadly. A friend of Shelby's (Lucy) helped fill in on a very busy Thursday! There were several walk-ins when I was there in just 1 hour. Lucy was an incredible hostess and was very polite, upbeat, organized and accommodating. She was doing her best! Lucy had 5 clients while I was there and managed to make us all feel welcome and heard. She did a great job juggling everyone and my gel manicure looks great! The salon itself is pristine. Happy, bright, clean, well organized. Great first experience here. They are doing a good job of social distancing and keeping the salon clean. Everyone gets asked to wash ha d as soon as they walk in. Stations are socially distanced. Tubs are jet free and use a new liner with each customer. And it's pretty quiet in general - only 2 other patrons there while I was there. Lina (?) did a great job on my pedicure too. Took her time and paid close attention to detail. She was also very accommodating. I'm in my 3rd trimester with very swollen feet and COVID calluses (no pedicure in 5+ months - ew!). I asked for an extended foot massage ($15 for 10 extra minutes) and it was so nice. One of the things I loved the most about this salon is that it didn't feel like there was any judgement or talking behind the customers back (in another language). As I said, I came in as a hot mess and was never made to feel embarrassed about how bad of shape my feet were in. I will be back! Very nice staff. Clean salon. Nice pedicure too. read more

This place is phenomenal! They have SO many color options, it's super clean, and Jennifer and her assistant are fantastic. I had a group of girls come with me to get mani/pedis (only $45 with a hot stone massage) for my wedding and they closed off the space for us, let us bring snacks and beverages, and they were just so accommodating. I really wanted to support this local business, unfortunately and sadly the service is nowhere justifiable for the price you pay. The interior/facility is just amazing, but quality of the product and service is poor. Jennifer is very friendly but the service is either rushed or perhaps the nail technician is not qualified enough. You get cuts/and the cuticle clean up always painful. It is always rushed such that she would start working on a nail, but then pick up a call or talk to a customer who walked in because she overbooked and she forgets which nail she was doing and moves on to the other without completing the one she started. As a customer, you don't want to be controlling or be rude by always asking her to complete the nail she started or by asking her to do the job properly. Honestly I feel they don't know the right technique for gel/dip manicure - there are always air bubbles after a gel manicure or it is done over the skin/cuticle such that it peels off in a day. She does not know how to seal the edges for a gel manicure. Or maybe it's a cheap/fake gel brand that just doesn't stick on like the original - I don't know, the point is - gel manicure peels off within 24hrs. I have gone there 2-3 times thinking the bad experience was just a one-time experience but the quality of service just never got better. The price is not cheap so you are expecting a minimum quality standard. It is unfair to other customers if I don't share my experience/feedback. I hope that they do the needful to turn this situation around - get proper training to improve quality of the service, be efficient with booking, do not double book, give your current customer full attention when providing the service, they are paying you for it. read more

I came in last minute on a Sunday afternoon before a business trip to get my nails done. It was empty and the owner was the only one working. She was great and I was in and out in 35 mins. I am very happy with how my dip mani turned out and absolutely love the color. Since this is very convenient to where I live, I'll definitely be returning for future mani's, however I noticed there aren't any massage chairs (my favorite part!) at the pedicure stations so for this reason I probably wont get pedicures here. read more

I was the only customer in the salon and unfortunately I did not have the owner, Shelby doing my nails. The other girl who did my nails seemed like she had never done nails before. She was not good at all with filing/shaping or cuticles and the owner had to come over and do my painting because I think she picked up that the other girl wasn't going to be able to handle it. My appointment was for 345 on a Sunday, and even though they close at 5 pm they kept me until 545 and didn't rush my services. I really wanted to like this place but I just didn't. It's so close to my house so I had really hoped this would be my new go-to salon. I called for an appointment and I greatly appreciated their willingness to get me into a 6:30pm appointment without hesitation (they closed at 7pm). I arrived a few minutes early and was in and out in under 20 minutes which isn't necessarily a positive for me. I'm all for efficiency but I don't want the quality to be lacking. I was the only person in the salon and two people were working. I had jogged there and was a little disappointed I wasn't offered water or a beverage, which I feel like is pretty standard these days. The women working were very friendly and immediately got me seated and helped to choose my color. I was only getting a classic manicure (no gel or dip) but felt like it was very rushed. I didn't soak my nails in warm water nor was there ever lotion applied to my hands. My cuticles were pushed down but not removed so the polish doesn't cover the entirety of my nails. While it is less expensive than my normal nail salon, I feel the quality of service was heavily compromised. Even with the close proximity to my house, I likely will not return. read more
