However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.

The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again.
