But she decided that it was a full set or nothing, again, without even seeing me she made this decision. So she cancelled my appointment and told me she has high standards and obviously I am not the right fit for her. You bet I am not the right fit for her. I don't need someone who is trying to extort money from me. I need someone who is wiling to work with me and my budget and if all I want is a touch up, then that should be my call not hers. It would be different had she seen me and explained that my lashes were beyond a touch up and really needed a full set. I was told , " yeah, the franchise owner is trying to no longer use the " Lash Lounge" name", what? Fuzzy, shady business practices seem to be the norm here. All of this felt weird and dishonest. On a positive note, my lash tech, Megan is wonderful, always did a great job and that is why I'm following her as she left because of the unprofessional/questionable business practices of this salon.
