HIGHLY RECOMMEND!…read more Above and beyond customer service and business practices. I hesitated to call and ask for a correction, but I decided this spa deserved a second chance due to the fantastic customer service I received. Mimi, the owner, made the correction and exceeded my initial expectations. The woman who initially did my manicure was apologetic and kind upon seeing me the second time, with no awkwardness. I have never seen such calm and focused multitasking skills. Mimi has over 30 years of experience, and it shows. While meticulously painting the "ballerina slipper" white across the tips of my nails, she's answering phones, greeting customers, and being an attentive mother. Sunshine is not a hoity-toity spa where the polish is organic, the wallpaper is made of hemp. Sunshine is a family-owned business and family, is the heart of their business. I will definitely be back! Thank you Mimi!

A little background on me - I am 68, overweight but active and I probably get a deep tissue massage once every two weeks. It has been a stress relief, a proactive physical remedy and all around health benefit for 40 years. I have had massages in 20 different countries, most good, some really bad and a few really good. This massage, by Frankie was one of the best ever! She takes the time, off the clock, to ask the right questions. Then, when she starts the massage, she is so intuitive to know just the right things to do, adding stretching when needed. I felt like she worked on me for two hours. It was truly amazing! The spa itself is simple, very clean and comfortable with a state of the art massage table. You could tell Frankie wanted to make a difference in my life. She wasn't just going through the motions. After years of doing everything wrong, my skin was so sensitized it would be red for hours after just washing my face. Thank the good lord I came across a groupon for Flawless Skin Studio. It was so bad that Roxy did not even treat me on my first visit. She gave me an order to stop everything I was doing, put my products under the counter and do not touch them again. She gave me a very short shopping list and send me on my way. When I returned a couple weeks later there was already a huge difference in my skin. I have been seeing Roxy for over a year now and am in her club (it really is a fantastic deal!!). As a result I feel more confident than I ever have about the state of my skin.
