I've been to Tan N Tone 3 or 4 times now. Each time I was greeted by a friendly front desk person, young & older, and each time they took the time to confirm the type of results I was looking for. They've been very helpful & are reasonably priced. I go in for the Versa Span Spray tan. It's fairly quick with good results. My legs could always use more color but that's on me as I should ask for a darker result. I will say that the spray goes on cold & it kind of shocks the body a little, LOL. I went to Tan N Tone for the first time today after looking around for a new spot becamy old tanning place closed. I called ahead and asked about pricing and the guy that helped me on the phone was very nice and explained everything thoroughly, which I appreciated. I love that they have different pricing options, such as a punch card style option, by the minute, or monthly. When I showed up, I was given a tour of all the beds, another quick explanation of the pricing, and looked at some tanning options. Again, the man behind the counter was super nice and explained all my options. Edit- After being a semi regular for the past few months, I'd just like to add that the Orbits beds seem to need time TLC. All the ones I've used have broken fan covers and look like they need either a deep clean or parts replaced. Other than the tired looking beds, I do generally enjoy this place. Super clean, fast, and friendly. Went here looking for a base tan before a vacation and their packages are definitely worth the money. I purchased 30 minutes of tanning time in their highest bed and it was only $45 after tax. That got me 3 solid sessions and a solid tan as well. read more

They work hard to keep the place clean and I often hear them greet their customers by name. Nice touch. NO crazy awkward attempt to upsale each time you walk in like ATB. Large selection of top of the line beds and Versa Tan. Many tan packages to choose from. They will ask what you want, which beds you like, how many times you want to come in and then suggest the best value package to meet your needs. They have lotions also if your interested. I am honestly sad I'm having to write this review because I did love this place. I seem to always end up going back tanning here and constantly sign up for memberships because I loved this place. Great owners and pretty clean I signed a year long membership at the end of December 2021 so it would have run out and stopped December 2022. I called today to confirm my membership ended and was done when I find out they already ran my card for Jan 2023. I asked for a refund but was denied. I am really bothered I was never called and warned about charging my card even past my contracted time, nothing. Why even sign a contract if they just keep charging past the end date? good thing I called myself because who knows how many more times they would have ran my card. Really trying to decide if I want to go back. On the plus side they are clean. sometimes it's a hit or miss if the bed fans or misters will work. Super disappointed read more

POSITIVES: + decently priced ($25 per spray tan) with multiple discounts offered. 3 tans for $50 and the like. I'm not a bed person, so the spray was perfect! + coloring is perfect. I opted for the medium color, as I didn't want to look orange but look tan, which looked great! + staff is ultra friendly and willing to give you instructions if it's your first tan - as it was for my cousin! NEGATIVES: - parking is a slight nightmare, as the location is in a small strip mall. - there was NO signage indicating the business by name or if it was open. we literally drove past it a few times before we realized it was unmarked. I am not allowed to use my minutes - there was a global pandemic. icymi, and my 113 minutes and 4 spray tans have expired in 2020. The only way to receive the services I have pre-paid and spent well over $100 for is to spend hundreds more. I must buy five spray tans to receive the 4 I already purchased and 90 more minutes to access the 90 minutes I already purchased. The representative made no exceptions because of a pandemic. I work late. So i needed a place that stays open later. Tan n tone on Washington st. Stays open till 10pm. Last tan goes at 930. I arrived tonight at 922pm. Doors locked..open sign on....i called no answer. Dont say last tan starts at 930...then noone willing to take you. This was gonna be my second tan and was looking forward to it. read more

Absolutely love all the staff, Shaley and Nicole are always SO friendly! People who have had bad experiences here are probably just really sensitive and rude. Pricing is about the same as everywhere else. Have lots of great deals like early bird, where things are discounted. 10/10 recommend. I love this place. Contracts are not their thing but they have them if you want one. Purchase stars and use them instead. Each bed is worth 3-6 stars. I always do the red light therapy. It has done amazing things for my skin. Remember, remove your makeup before laying in the red light bed. The beds are clean. They provide goggles in all rooms if you forget yours. They have stereo systems in every room. The staff is so friendly. Way better than Darque Tan. read more

Second of all, I LOOVVVVEEEE LOVE LOVE love Love LoVE lOVE TAN n TONE because the ceiling is the roof and that's a very important part of the infrastructure of the building to keep the structure safe and steady. Came here for what was advertised as a free tan. I wanted to try it out since I'm new to the area and need to find a place for tanning. Girl was cleaning the bed next to the entrance, didn't say hi. When I told her I was new and looking to test out the tanning here and had the coin, she said they don't honor those and she doesn't know why the owner has it but it must be to get people in.
