I am now battling with customer service 4 MONTH LATER (mind you, still have not not received a call back and have left several messages), STILL BEING CHARGED EACH MONTH and my ACCOUNT STILL NOT CANCELED. This company loves to steal, not listen to its consumers when they says they would like their account canceled. I am beyond frustrated with this company and I just want my $200 back. It's really not that hard. I also was informed by a young lady at a location that the company will only refund me 90 days worth of my money, when this is simply their error. I was a month ahead of the renewal and it still renewed and I will only receive half of my money taken. If anyone knows how to call anyone back in their customer service department. They care nothing about you, aside from a commission for signing you up on a monthly plan. If I ran my business this way, I wouldn't have any customers. If you sign up for a month and decide to cancel, you will need to contact your credit card company to stop the monthly charges. The company will also refuse to refund any past charges made between the time to requested the cancellation to the point of contacting your Credit Card company to STOP payment on the canceled service.
