I have moved from another state…read moreand the person on duty really struggled to help me get into the salon and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was their customer. It felt like I was annoying her and she made me wait for a very long time 30 min) before getting me into a room. I was given less than what I normally do at the amount of money that I pay and zero to no explanation. Later, I was contacted by someone who was "not" the district manager, but someone who would try to help me... this facility also has absolutely no sound barriers. There are no ceilings to each room which isn't a necessity however they are so short that you could literally hear paper rustling beyond the next wall. I am actually quitting Palm Beach Tan because of this particular facility as it will be the only one I can go to from this point on. Even if they worked out my membership issues that were in my opinion, a bit of a rip off, the facility itself really is very basic and you feel like you're undressing And doing your tanning, etc., in front of the world. It's a very loud facility they can hear you and you can hear them. Unfortunately, the woman that tried to help me was also trying to teach someone who was new and so that person was getting about as much education as the woman who was working the desk had which she said she doesn't normally work at that facility and did have to call a manager who also could not help me. Overall, I would say this site needs a lot of work if they would like to have a higher clientele of people and be able to justify the amount they tried to charge or up charge me... Then they might be able to do so, but as it is, as I said, I am quitting Palm Beach Tan after a visit to my Texas homebase Palm Beach tan , which is really awesome. My husband and I were both members at the highest platinum level and now we are quitting. And to be quite honest, there is nothing they could do to get me to return to this particular site.

I just don't feel like it's very professional to have your family hanging out, playing video games in a waiting area. There have been plenty of times when I've had to stand in the waiting room because her family is taking up all of the seats. Also, she often has her young sons running the counter and cleaning the beds. I'm not saying that a kid under the age of 12 can't clean a bed or run a register, but it does make me a bit nervous. Spend a bit more and get a much better experience at Forever Summer.

This place was so clean, and the staff is pleasant. The owner helped me through signing up for my monthly membership, also showed me around the place and explained the difference between the beds! It was overall the best experience I've had in this type of setting. HIGHLY recommend!!

Sunspa is a full on salon, with a small oxygen bar out front perfect for anyone waiting for their appointment to get a quick fix. For $1/min, they provide disposable nosehoses and recommend between 10-30min at a time. It has 4 seperate scents and can run 2 people at a time. We paid for 5x10, and took turns in shifts. Since the machine was running anyways for the 5th, they let one of us go again for free. Its easy to swap pipes (not nosehoses eww) so we can all try all the flavors. The scents are very light, and you can barely feel the air, but overall it was a relaxing environment. They also sell bottled oxygen for anyone extremely sensitive to high altitude or planning on doing alot of vertical hiking. #PINAPARTY2019
