Most recently, I sat waiting for 30 minutes after paying because I was told someone was in the machine. Turns out it was open the whole time--they completely forgot about me. Another time, I came in at 8:50 pm (they close at 9), and I was rudely told I couldn't spray tan. I understand having a cutoff, but the attitude was uncalled for. On top of that, I noticed a Geek Bar vape sitting right at the front register, which is super unprofessional for a business environment. While the manager has been kind and has listened to my concerns, it doesn't change the fact that I almost never have a good experience here. Two of my friends won't even come here anymore because of how badly they were treated. The worst part is that the tans themselves are actually great--but the service is so bad, it makes the whole experience frustrating every time.
