A couple of days later I checked my credit card statement and a NuDo charged us $65 for a missed appointment. I called Kristine, the owner, and she said that my wife had missed one previous appointment so that is why she charged us and it didn't matter that my wife was in the hospital with pneumonia. BTW I called the salon the morning my wife was in the hospital and told them she couldn't make the appointment that afternoon since she was in the hospital. Obviously my wife won't be using a NuDo in the future.

I took my 10 month old with me since it was going to be such a short appointment, I figured no big deal. Well, my daughter screamed THE WHOLE TIME and I felt so bad about it. Luckily, there were no other clients in at that moment and Morgan was so kind and helpful with my daughter. She never once made me feel bad for having my baby there and instead, held her so I could get dressed and helped to calm her. Also, the spray tan looks AMAZING.
